28、partly paved with wood chips having beencompressed under super-heated high-pressure steam at 182C for 30 minutes, a process that altersthe crystal lattice structure of the fibrin in wood chips to make them permanently deformed (Shape Memory Effect). As they are chemical-free natural materials, the w

29、ood chips will cause no burden tothe natural environment after decomposition. After the World Expo, we could decompose the chips and lay soil for planting so as to avoid excavation provided hard-base paving had been adopted.The proposal is to take our departure from a playing-field construction.
