4、 rain water drainage design 根據(jù)建設部關于發(fā)布化學建材技術與產(chǎn)品的公告精神,應用于排水的新型管材主要是塑料管材,其主要品種包括:聚氯乙烯管(pvc-u)、聚氯乙烯芯層發(fā)泡管(pvc-u)、聚氯乙烯雙壁波紋管(pvc-u)、玻璃鋼夾砂管(rpmp)、塑料螺旋纏繞管hdpe、pvc、聚氯乙烯徑向加筋管(pvc-u)等。目前塑料管道已被國內(nèi)外廣泛應用在城市供水、城市排水、建筑給水、建筑排水、熱水供應、供熱采暖、建筑雨水排水、城市燃氣、農(nóng)業(yè)排灌、化工流體輸送以及電線、電纜護套管等領域。according to the ministry of construction &qu

13、)規(guī)定,優(yōu)先采用塑料檢查井。另外建筑小區(qū)排水用塑料檢查井(cj/t2332006)建筑小區(qū)塑料排水檢查井應用技術規(guī)程(cecs227:2007)國標圖集08ss523建筑小區(qū)塑料排水檢查井陸續(xù)頒布。這些都從政策和標準化層面為塑料檢查井的推廣起到了推動作用。塑料檢查井單井造價是磚砌檢查井的74%94%,折合每年的成本只是后者的30%38%(塑料檢查井使用壽命按50年、磚砌檢查井壽命按20年計)。塑料檢查井價格優(yōu)勢還是很明顯的。所以在建筑小區(qū)內(nèi)應該優(yōu)先采用塑料檢查井。plastic check well holland, and japan in the early 1980 s, the dev

20、為了達到安全運行要求,又節(jié)省土方工程量,降低工程造價,取得較高的經(jīng)濟效益,設計時合理地確定其埋深是十分重要的。管道覆土深度通常要滿足三個因數(shù):防止管道內(nèi)的水冰凍和因土壤凍脹而損壞管道,防止管壁因荷載而受到破壞,無壓管還必須滿足上游管線銜接的要求。對于每一條管道,從這三個不同的因素出發(fā)可以得出三個不同的管頂覆土厚度值,取三個中的最大值就可以同時滿足上述三個因數(shù)的要求,這就是管道允許的最小覆土厚度,也是設計時的重要依據(jù)。一般情況下,塑料管道應該埋設在土壤冰凍線以下,設計時應先了解項目所在地的氣象資料,弄清當?shù)氐膬鐾翆雍穸?。有的地方凍土層很?為了節(jié)省投資、提高效益,當該地區(qū)或條件相似地區(qū)有淺埋經(jīng)驗
21、或采取相應的措施時,也可埋設在冰凍線以上,具體埋設深度應能保證管道長期運行的安全性。在非冰凍地區(qū)和土壤凍深較淺的地區(qū),為防止管壁荷載因數(shù)起主要作用而破壞埋地塑料管時,宜對覆土深度進行計算。buried plastic pipe in the design, it turns the soil depth is, the designer must consider the buried too shallow, the influence of the pipe will not freeze or load resistance and loss of bearing capacity, u

28、id attention to in the design 在場地允許的條件下,要盡量避免把檢查井布置到一般車行道、消防行車道上,減少防護井蓋的使用,降低造價。塑料雨水檢查井應與塑料雨水口井座配套使用,塑料檢查井座均設有沉泥室,較大顆粒雜物不進入雨水管道,較小顆粒泥沙則順水流沖到下游管道,普通的磚砌雨水口則不能達到這種效果。出戶管從井座接入時,每個接戶井最多可以與兩個出戶管連接,出戶管從井桶接入時,每個接戶井最多可以與四個出戶管連接。條件允許時,匯入管接入角應盡量調(diào)整為45°、90°,避免使用變角接頭、球型彎頭,改善水力條件、降低造價、加快施工速度。(1) under th

32、 cost, speed up the construction speed. 3 塑料管材和塑料檢查井在排水設計中不宜應用的情況3 plastic pipe and plastic should not be applied in the drainage design of inspection wells (一)塑料管材(a) plastic tubing 在排水中,塑料管雖然具有重量輕、不腐蝕、外壁光滑、容易切割、便于安裝、可制成各種顏色、投資省和節(jié)能的優(yōu)點,但塑料管也有強度低、耐溫性差(使用溫度在-5+50之間)、立管噪聲大、暴露于陽光下的管道易老化、防火性能差等缺點,故建筑高度超過
33、100m的高層建筑、對防火等級要求高的建筑物、要求環(huán)境安靜的場所,環(huán)境溫度可能出現(xiàn)0以下的場所以及連續(xù)排水溫度大于40或瞬時排水溫度大于80的排水管道應采用柔性接口機制排水鑄鐵管,而不用塑料管。對于建筑內(nèi)雨水管道,規(guī)范4.9.26條規(guī)定:“1.重力流排水系統(tǒng)多層建筑宜采用建筑排水塑料管,高層建筑宜采用承壓塑料管、金屬管。2.壓力流排水系統(tǒng)宜采用內(nèi)壁較光滑的帶內(nèi)襯的承壓排水鑄鐵管、承壓塑料管和鋼塑復合管等,其管材工作壓力應大于建筑物凈高度產(chǎn)生的靜水壓力。用于壓力流排水的塑料管,其管材抗環(huán)變形外壓力應大于0.15mpa。3.小區(qū)雨水排水系統(tǒng)可選用埋地塑料管、混凝土管或鋼筋混凝土管、鑄鐵管等?!眎n

39、astic pipe, concrete or reinforced concrete pipe, cast iron pipe, etc." (二)塑料檢查井(2) plastic check well 塑料檢查井適用于建設小區(qū)(別墅、居住區(qū)、科研院所、學校、廠房、大型廣場)等。對于重型企業(yè)外廠區(qū),例如港口企業(yè)室外雨污水檢查井,使用鋼筋混凝土磚砌井加承重鑄鐵井蓋,可能更加適合。尤其新廠區(qū)地勢低洼,為了盡快排走雨水,設計上需要采用1000及以上的雨水管,而市場上能接納600以上塑料雨水管的塑料井筒的生產(chǎn)廠家?guī)缀鯖]有;建排第4.5.4生活排水管道不宜在建筑物內(nèi)設檢查井。當必須設置時,應
40、采取密封措施。筆者認為可以采用變通的做法。比如一別墅底層有衛(wèi)生間,必須采取內(nèi)排污水檢查井的做法,可以用塑料井替代磚砌井,并且在塑料井井蓋上設dn50的塑料排水管,埋地、就近沿柱子外包伸頂,接屋面雨水系統(tǒng)。無雨水時,此管做通氣用;有雨水時,此管輔助排雨水,讓室內(nèi)污水井不至于干涸。兩幢聯(lián)排別墅,是南北對稱的,后院間有一1.6m的院間小路,中間要走雨水和污水管道,在中軸兩側(cè)有兩個污水檢查井,每只井需要同時接納南北向六根污水管和兩根東西向的污水管。單向接納三根北向(或南向)污水出戶支管,是塑料檢查井的優(yōu)勢所在,但是此種場合下,施工方更愿意用非標的矩形磚砌井替代圓形檢查井。plastic is suit
