3、現(xiàn)場試驗10. field test for the generator1 總則1 general principles本說明書適用于立式水輪發(fā)電機。This instruction is applied to type vertical hydro-generator.凡本說明書未規(guī)定事項均應符合GB755-2000旋轉(zhuǎn)電機定額與性能、GB/T7894-2001水輪發(fā)電機基本技術條件、GB/T8564-2003水輪發(fā)電機組安裝技術規(guī)范等有關規(guī)定。All the rules in this instruction shall obey the regulations in GB755-2000

Brief introduction for the generator structure 本機組為立軸懸式水輪發(fā)電機。與水輪機軸采用剛性連接。推力軸承在上機架本體內(nèi)，具有上、下導軸承。通風形式為密閉雙路徑向通風。This unit is a vertical suspend

8、ed hydro-generator, connecting to the turbine main shaft with a rigid coupling. The thrust bearing is installed in the upper bracket with an upper guide bearing and a lower guide bearing. And the ventilating system applies a radial direction closed-double loop mode. 3.1 定子3.1 stator發(fā)電機定子機座為整圓，外徑5000

9、mm。定子鐵心外徑4250mm，內(nèi)徑3710mm，鐵心長780mm，沖片采用低損耗優(yōu)質(zhì)硅鋼片50W310，槽數(shù)為240，線圈采用F級絕緣的圈式疊繞組形式。定子在廠內(nèi)疊片、下線及試驗。主引出線和中性點引出線各三根。主引出線方向為+Y偏 -X 15°，中性引出線方向為+X偏 -Y 15°，相序為俯視逆時針方向U、排列。The stator frame of the generator is an entire circle with an outer diameter of5000mm.While the outer and inner diameters of the sta

10、tor core are4250mm and3710mm respectively, and the core length is 780mm. As for the stator sheet, it applies a low-loss and high-quality silicon-steel plate 50W310. The slot number is 240，and the coil is with class F insulations lap winding. The whole process of lamination, winding, and test of the

11、stator will be finished in the workshop. For main terminal and neutral point terminal, each of them has three leads.主引出線方向為+Y偏 -X 15°，中性引出線方向為+X偏 -Y 15°，and the phase sequence is overlook-counterclockwise arranged as U, V, w. 3.2 轉(zhuǎn)子3.2 rotor 發(fā)電機轉(zhuǎn)子由主軸、轉(zhuǎn)子支架、磁軛、磁極等零部件組成。轉(zhuǎn)子外徑3680mm，轉(zhuǎn)子支架與主軸在廠內(nèi)熱

12、套，磁軛由3mm厚的Q345鋼板疊成，磁軛軸向長1000mm，并在廠內(nèi)完成疊裝工作。磁軛下部裝有5塊制動環(huán)。磁極鐵心采用1.5mm厚的Q345鋼板疊成，用雙尾與磁軛連接，磁極線圈采用4×40矩形銅母線焊接而成，采用級絕緣。磁極上裝有縱橫阻尼繞組，磁極掛裝、磁極線圈連接以及阻尼環(huán)連接均在工地進行。The generator consists of generator shaft, stator frame, rim, pole and some other components. The shrinkage fitting process of the rotor spider and

13、 its main shaft shall be finished in the workshop and the outer diameter of the rotor is3680mm. The building-up of the rim shall also be accomplished in the workshop. It is made of 3mm Q345 steel plates with a vertical shaft length of 1000mm. In the lower part of the rim, there are five brake rings.

14、 The pole core is built up of 1.5mm Q345 steel plates connecting with the rim by the double “T” ends. The rotor coil is welded of 4×40 rectangular copper busbar with insulation rated class F. And the pole is equipped with vertical and horizontal damper winding. The assembly of poles, the connec

15、tion of coils and damper rings shall accomplished at the site. 3.3 軸承3.3 bearing 發(fā)電機設有推力軸承和上、下兩個導軸承。推力軸承和上導軸承共用一個油冷卻器。推力軸承采用支柱螺釘加托盤的剛性支撐結(jié)構，推力瓦為彈性金屬塑料瓦，共8塊。上導瓦8塊、下導瓦8塊，均為分塊可調(diào)結(jié)構，每塊瓦都裝有Pt100鉑熱電阻檢溫計。 The generator is equipped with thrust bearing, upper guide bearing and lower guide bearing. And they sha

16、re one single oil cooler. By using pillar screws and tray, the thrust bearing is rigid support structured. There are 8 elastic metal-plastic pads used in the thrust bearing. All of the 8 upper thrust sectors and the 8 lower thrust sectors are adjustable structured with Pt100 platinum resistance ther

17、mometer on each of them. 3.4 機架3.4 bracket發(fā)電機上機架有四條支臂，呈放射狀，外徑5000mm。下機架有四條支臂，呈放射狀，至對邊3300mm，下機架與基礎相連接。上、下機架內(nèi)均設有油冷卻器，下機架支臂上還裝有4個220mm的制動器。The upper bracket of the generator is radial arranged with 4 spiders with an outer diameter of 5000mm. Meanwhile, the lower bracket which is fixed with the base pl

18、ate is also in radial pattern with 4 spiders, reaching 3300mm to the opposite side. Each of the bracket has its own oil cooler and the lower bracket spider is additionally with 4220mm brakes.3.5 空氣冷卻器及其它3.5 air cooler and other auxiliaries發(fā)電機定子機座壁上裝設4個空氣冷卻器，定子線圈上、下兩端各裝有一根滅火用環(huán)管，共設52只水噴霧頭（上端、下端各26只），同

19、時還在機坑內(nèi)設有感溫感煙火警探測裝置。為保證停機時發(fā)電機內(nèi)部的空氣干燥，在機坑內(nèi)還設置有防潮電加熱器。此外，在機組內(nèi)部各個不同部位埋置有測溫元件和其它自動化元件，以供監(jiān)視和保護機組用。The stator frame is fixed with 4 air coolers and on each end of the stator coil there is a fire-extinguishing pipe with 26 water nozzles respectively. And at the same time, the pit is equipped with a smoke &a

20、mp; temperature detector. To ensure a constant dry air inside during the power off period, the pit is with a moisture-proof electric heater. Besides, there are temperature sensors and automatic elements embedded evenly in the unit for monitoring and protection. 驗收、儲存與開箱 acceptance inspection, storag

21、e and unpacking 4.1 運輸包裝及開箱驗收4.1 transport package and acceptance unpacking發(fā)電機及其附屬設備中所有零部件由賣方按照其尺寸、結(jié)構形狀、重量以及保護特性等要求進行包裝發(fā)運。在運輸過程中均應按有關規(guī)定進行裝卸。The seller shall pack the generator and its auxiliary components according to their size, shape, weight and protection features, and shall also obey relevant re

22、gulations for loading and unloading during the transportation period.貨物運達工地后，由買賣雙方代表一起開箱檢查，開箱時應注意不得損傷零部件。拆箱后對照發(fā)貨明細表逐一清點并分類放置在架子或墊木上，有關產(chǎn)品圖號標簽應醒目，排列有序，以便查找。開箱時應檢查是否有在運輸中遺失或損壞的情況，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有運輸中損壞或遺失應立即報告運輸承包方和賣方，并列出清單或出具損傷報告，以便進行必要的調(diào)查、分析和處理。Once the goods are sent to the site, representatives from both contra

23、cting parties shall witness the open-case inspection together. Do be careful when unpacking and try to avoid damaging the components. After checking the components on the packing list one by one, please sort them on the frames or skids. Any labels or marks of the product shall be distinct and organi

24、zed for convenient look-up. In the mean time, please check if theres any lose or damage during the transportation. Once it happens please report the detailed list or the damage report to the transportation contractor and the seller immediately for necessary investigation, analysis and treatment. 4.2

25、 儲存4.2 storage在收到貨物后，買方應立即將所收到貨物存放到有遮蓋的庫房內(nèi)。庫房應干燥、清潔，并應防止動物咬噬。庫房溫度不得低于+5oC。The buyer shall store the goods in a shieled storeroom where it is dry, clean and anti-animal bites right after the acceptance. The room temperature shall be above 5oC.在儲存期間，對定子線圈、磁極應采取防潮措施并作定期檢查和測量絕緣電阻，記錄并保存數(shù)據(jù)備查。During the st

26、orage period, please take moisture-proof measures for the stator coil and pole and make periodic inspection and measures for the insulation resistance. Please record and save these date for future reference. 對于重要零部件如主軸等應有適當墊塊加以支撐以免產(chǎn)生變形。大件的支撐應使其重量均布，以免產(chǎn)生永久變形。所有零部件均應小心存放，防止損傷。對零部件表面應經(jīng)常檢查，并采取適當?shù)姆冷P措施。但對

27、重要表面，如推力頭、大軸、鏡板等粗糙度和形位公差要求很高的表面處理應先與賣方商議，對于油漆及絕緣材料等特殊材料應按其相關規(guī)定保管存放。Cushions are added to prevent deformation of the main components like main shaft and their weight shall be equispaced to avoid permanent deformation. All the components shall be stored carefully and checked regularly and at the same

28、time take some anti-corrosive steps. As for the surface treatment, particularly for some important surface such as thrust collar, main shaft, thrust runner and so on, the requirement for roughness and the form and position tolerance are very high. So negotiation with the seller before the surface tr

29、eatment is essential.
