2、做先進(jìn)先出, 即先做的那塊(或LOT)板一定要先出PPC負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)生產(chǎn)部執(zhí)行DFT的情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)督, 并不定時(shí)檢查.監(jiān)督的具體內(nèi)容: 半成品和物料擺放位置是否整齊 數(shù)量與所規(guī)定的Kanban數(shù)量是否相符 實(shí)際操作與要求是否相符不符合處不符合處, PPC有權(quán)要求生產(chǎn)部必須改正有權(quán)要求生產(chǎn)部必須改正.如果生產(chǎn)工藝有改變或者設(shè)備有增減時(shí), 相關(guān)部門(mén)要積極配合PPC及時(shí)執(zhí)行的重點(diǎn)執(zhí)行的重點(diǎn): WIP的數(shù)量必須符合的數(shù)量必須符合IPK所所限制限制對(duì)不能遵守時(shí)的處理: 必須知會(huì)上司和PPC, 以求暫時(shí)的批準(zhǔn), 或?qū)PK數(shù)量重新調(diào)整.Arrangement of IPK on shop floor原則上因物料的
