11、fucius InstituteVOLUME 09| NO. 4 JUL, 2010DIRECTORS' FORUM每所孔子學院應該 根據(jù)各自情況，堅持 優(yōu)勢、突出特色、重 點辦學，有所為有所 不為，不應都是一個黃小明：泰國各孔子學院（課堂）辦學 特色鮮明，卓有成效，首先請大家介紹一下 各自孔子學院的辦學特色。傅增有：朱拉隆功大學孔子學院自創(chuàng) 辦以來，發(fā)展迅速，成果顯著。在教學 方面，除了承擔朱拉隆功大學中文專業(yè) 本科生和研究生部分課程外，孔子學院 還面向社會開辦漢語 培訓班，重點開展高 層次的活動項目，如 泰國王宮官員漢語培訓 班、漢語教師培訓班、 泰國國家移民局官員 漢語培訓班等，

12、其中 王宮官員漢語培訓班已 舉辦12期。為了促進泰國學 生更好地學習漢語和了解中國文化，朱拉 模式。 隆功大學孔子學院以。中國傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日和當前 中泰兩國社會熱點為 內(nèi)容，舉辦了多種多樣的文化活動。其 中包括2010年王宮官員漢語培訓班的 “說漢語過大年”、中國語言文化夏令營、 “詩琳通杯”泰國大學生漢語演講比賽 等活動，還曾邀請中國著名作家王蒙和 余秋雨等做中國文學、歷史、文化等方 面的專題講座。黃小明：孔敬大學孔子學院始終把 漢語教學和培訓、中國文化推廣和交流、 兩校兩國間的交流和合作當作三項主要 任務。目前，孔敬大學孔子學院的漢語 教學已經(jīng)正式進入孔敬大學的教學體 系；同時，學院還在2個附屬

13、中學開設 了漢語選修課程。在本土漢語師資培訓 方面，孔子學院每年舉辦 2-3期本土漢 語師資培訓班，提高了該地區(qū)中小學的 漢語教學水平，緩解了該地區(qū)漢語教師 缺乏的現(xiàn)狀。我們堅持經(jīng)常的、多形式的中國文 化推廣，不僅在學院開設多種中國文化課 程，每月至少還舉辦1-2次中、大型中國 文化宣傳活動。我們在孔敬大學校園廣 播和校園電視播放漢語節(jié)目，讓學生們在 課堂上、活動中都能了解中國文化；我們 還在泰國國家廣播電 臺開辦漢語頻道，讓 更多的泰國人能接觸 中國文化，進而更深 入地了解中國，認識 中國，也更加喜歡中 國。與此同時，我們 每年組織學生漢語夏 令營、組織兩校學生 藝術團互訪等活動。 此外，我

14、院積極促進 校際交流互訪，組織 地方政府官員對中國 進行學習考察。白玉國：皇太后 大學孔子學院立足于泰北，積極開展?jié)h 語教學及中國文化推廣，反響良好。建院 初期，孔子學院主要為本校中文系及周 邊三所中學教授中文，開辦短期培訓班。 隨著規(guī)模擴大，學院積極為泰國知名機 構如泰國航空、泰萬食品等公司舉辦漢 語培訓。此外，學院幾年來共舉辦各種 文化活動30余項，如中國文化節(jié)、祭孔 大典、書畫展覽，并多次舉辦書法、繪畫、 演講、寫作、中文歌曲比賽以及各種形 式的夏令營。丁力：孔子學院在泰國發(fā)展比較迅速 并卓有成效。東方大學孔子學院在開展 漢語教學、文化交流的基礎上，發(fā)揮國內(nèi) 合作院校的資源優(yōu)勢，積極開展

15、中華傳 統(tǒng)醫(yī)學文化推廣，成為中華傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學文化 的重要載體。趙新城：農(nóng)業(yè)大學孔子學院自 2006 年成立以來，始終堅持以語言教學為本。 目前根據(jù)社會需求已累計開設30多種漢語課程，并通過小班授課、個別輔導、 送教上門等各種途徑，滿足各類學習者 需要。除此之外，我們還與泰國外交部 培訓處建立了固定的合作關系，定期為 他們開設漢語培訓課程。調(diào)查顯示70% 左右的學員是慕名前來參加農(nóng)業(yè)大學孔 子學院的漢語培訓，90%以上的學員對 開設課程及其教學質(zhì)量表示滿意。相信 通過若干年的努力，孔子學院在當?shù)氐?影響將越來越大。姚喜明：宋卡王子大學普吉孔子學院 每年教學工作量達8000多課時，組織活 動20多次，

16、參與人數(shù) 達萬人。在專業(yè) 及課程設置上，普吉孔子學院和國際研 究學院合作，設置了 “國際（中國）貿(mào)易” 和“中國研究"兩個符合社會需要的中文 專業(yè)，同時用漢語教授中國法律、中國社 會、中國哲學、中國地理、中國少數(shù)民族 等課程。學院在教學中注重語言的運用 和實踐能力，畢業(yè)生遍布泰國政府、高 校、駐華使領館、機場、旅游公司等領域。 在現(xiàn)有學科設置的基礎上，學院正積極 探索，把工作重心從普及型漢語教學逐步 向高級漢語人才培養(yǎng)轉(zhuǎn)變，目前特別著 力于籌劃并開設“漢泰翻譯"碩士項目， 為東盟地區(qū)培養(yǎng)高層次的翻譯和國際關 系人才。馬峙：宋卡王子大學孔子學院自2006 年12月成立以來，在

17、孔子學院總部和外 方的大力支持下，在泰南地區(qū)積極推廣漢 語文化，收效良好，受到了總部的肯定和 泰南各界的高度評價。2008年宋卡王子 大學孔子學院被評為“漢語水平考試優(yōu)秀 考點”，2009年榮獲“先進孔子學院”稱號。徐雪花:自 2009年7月掛牌成立以來， 普吉中學孔子課堂一直積極策劃、舉辦各類泰西南地區(qū)的中文活動，包括漢語 橋比賽、中文短劇比賽、中文歌比賽、書 法比賽、中國國慶圖片教材展、泰西南地 區(qū)漢語教材巡展、春節(jié)慶祝活動等，旨 在提高普吉地區(qū)學生學習漢語的積極性， 增強學校之間的交流與聯(lián)系。除此以外， 孔子課堂還多次開展?jié)h語教師教學法培 訓和志愿者會議，基本做到每月至少一 次志愿者會議

18、，以促進普吉地區(qū)漢語教學者之間的交流，共同提高教學質(zhì)量。傅文鴻：玫瑰園孔子課堂自成立以 來，一方面努力提高教學水平，增加教學 趣味性；另一方面組織各種中國文化活動， 受到學生的熱烈歡迎，增強了他們對中 國的了解。我們每年都會定期組織赴華 中文夏令營，并舉辦一些有特色的文化 活動，如泰國國內(nèi)的漢語興趣夏令營、“東 方玫瑰”杯中國知識競賽等。蔣成軍：羅勇中學孔子課堂設立于擁 有111年悠久歷史的泰國東部名校 一一 羅勇中學內(nèi)。2009年，孔子課堂組織了 泰國東部六府YCT考前培訓及模擬考試、 “漢語橋”泰東賽區(qū)選拔賽、社區(qū)漢語培 訓班等活動。目前，課堂與羅勇市政府、 泰東50多所國立學校及當?shù)厝A人

22、過自身的影響和發(fā)展來逐步改變一個長遠的計劃與考慮。如本孔子學院完全依靠總部財?shù)亩ㄎ患捌湓诔鞘谢驀抑械淖饔?；如政支持的狀況。何加強本土教師培養(yǎng)；孔子學院閱覽室 的建立和完善等；四是要完善管理制度， 規(guī)范合作機制，不斷加強中泰雙方合作。 朱拉隆功大學孔子學院每年召開一次北趙新城：我認為，促進孔 子學院的可 持續(xù)發(fā)展需要京大學和朱拉隆功大學校長參加的理事從以下兩個方會，這種合作院校最高領導的定期會晤面努力：一是大大促進了孔子學院的發(fā)展。五是要充分 樹立品牌意識，院的可持續(xù)發(fā)展離隨著孔結合，爭取華人社團、 中泰合作院校對孔子學院的支持。丁力：孔子學供圖/CFP習者達到參加漢語學習的預期能。二是要融目

23、的，獲得實在的語言技37Confucius InstituteVOLUME 09| NO. 4 JUL, 2010DIRECTORS' FORUM入外方承辦學校的辦學體系。農(nóng)業(yè)大學 孔子學院的工作得到了所在名校泰國農(nóng)業(yè) 大學的充分認可，此舉無疑對提高孔子學 院的地區(qū)影響力發(fā)揮了積極的作用。姚喜明：我們有三個努力的方向：一 是努力建成泰南地區(qū)最大的漢語水平考試 (HSK)中心，進一步推廣商務漢語考試 (BCT)和少兒漢語考試(YCT);二是努 力建成中文圖書流通中心，解決目前泰南 地區(qū)大中小學購買漢語教材、書籍、學習 用品的困難；三是努力建成服務于當?shù)卣?府、企業(yè)、學校的信息咨詢中心，為

24、泰南 地區(qū)人民了解中國政治、經(jīng)濟、社會、文化、 教育提供便利。馬峙：我認為孔子學院要做到可持續(xù) 性健康發(fā)展，必須認真做好兩個大的年 度計劃工作，即提前做好孔子學院年度項 目計劃和孔子學院年度漢語教學計劃，并 要利用各種方式對這些計劃進行廣泛宣 傳，提高影響。徐雪花：孔子課堂要實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā) 展，必須擬定明確的宗旨和目標，但是這 些宗旨和目標必須予以持之以恒的貫徹 ， 才能得到最大程度的實現(xiàn)。就課堂本身 而言，孔子課堂作為一個機構，內(nèi)部需要 明確合理的分工與合作，這樣才能使課 堂良好運轉(zhuǎn)，發(fā)揮它在漢語教學推廣中的 巨大平臺作用。蔣成軍：在漢語教學與推廣的實踐中 我們意識到，要保證孔子課堂長期可持

25、續(xù)發(fā)展，一要加強與當?shù)卣毮懿块T、 教育主管部門、華人社團及媒體的互動與 交流；二要充分調(diào)動當?shù)刭Y源，積極創(chuàng)收， 并獲取多方支持；第三，提高師資建設 及教材質(zhì)量。傅文鴻：孔子課堂要想真正成為泰國 中小學漢語教育的典范，我覺得應該從 以下兩個方面下功夫。一要苦練“內(nèi)功” 這種內(nèi)功包括孔子課堂在漢語教學方面 的權威性和在中國文化推廣方面的示范 性；二要兼重“外聯(lián)”即主動加強與周 邊學校的聯(lián)系，支持帶動落后學校的漢 語教學，邀請這些學校的師生參加一些 中國文化活動，或者到這些學校舉辦文化 活動，發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢使更多學校受益。te in 2 ty.ehas offered selective Chin
