1、參加公司宣傳報(bào)道員培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)心得體會(huì)參加公司宣傳報(bào)道員培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)心得體會(huì)5 月 15 日,我有幸參加了公司舉辦的宣傳報(bào)道員培訓(xùn)班學(xué) 習(xí)。在開班儀式上,公司黨委副書記 _ 從各個(gè)方面講述了新 聞宣傳報(bào)道的重要性,并對(duì)我們這些參加學(xué)習(xí)的通訊報(bào)道員寄 予了很高的期望,告訴我們要熱愛這項(xiàng)工作,緊緊圍繞公司的 經(jīng)營方針、工作指導(dǎo)思想和重大舉措,從反映基層員工生活、 工作方面著手,在提高員工隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、員工整體素質(zhì)等方面起 一定的導(dǎo)向性作用,充分發(fā)揮新聞宣傳報(bào)道的喉舌作用。他的 一番語重心長的講話讓我們很受鼓舞,使我深刻了解到新聞報(bào) 道的重要性及其在一個(gè)企業(yè)發(fā)展中所起的重要作用。 一天的培訓(xùn)時(shí)間雖然不算長,但是

2、作為在基層員工能有這 樣一次培訓(xùn)的機(jī)會(huì)讓我感到非常珍惜。在學(xué)習(xí)中,我更深層面 了解了新聞宣傳在企業(yè)所起的重要作用它是企業(yè)的喉舌。 俗話說:“酒香不怕巷子深”。但在現(xiàn)在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的社會(huì)中, 大到國家間的宣傳小到生活中的油鹽醬醋,“包裝”的重要性 大家都深有體會(huì),再香再醇的美酒,你不借力去宣傳,那也是 無人問津的,所以宣傳對(duì)企業(yè)也同樣有著至關(guān)重要的作用。從 大的方面講,公司的形象、公司的企業(yè)文化、公司在社會(huì)上的 影響力都可以通過我們一支小小的筆,一篇短短的文章把它宣 傳出去,達(dá)到打造公司品牌的目的,擴(kuò)大公司在社會(huì)各個(gè)層面 的知名度;從小的方面講,新聞宣傳的是發(fā)生在我們自己身邊的 事,大家喜聞樂見容易

3、接受,可以極大的鼓舞和調(diào)動(dòng)廣大員工 的積極性。作為基層信息員,只有以公司發(fā)展為己任,深刻了 解公司經(jīng)營發(fā)展目標(biāo),深刻領(lǐng)會(huì)公司各項(xiàng)工作指導(dǎo)思路,結(jié)合 基層實(shí)際,才能為公司的改革、發(fā)展、穩(wěn)定起到積極的宣傳作 用。 這次聽課,讓我學(xué)到了以前沒有掌握,甚至一點(diǎn)沒有接觸 過的知識(shí)。第一堂課由夏老師給我們講解新聞的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),講 課很生動(dòng),旁征博引,讓我了解到我們這些業(yè)余作者想要寫好 一篇稿件除了要有興趣外,平時(shí)在寫作中要注意從它的重要 性、接近性、趣味性、新鮮性等 4 個(gè)方面來判斷新聞價(jià)值。第 二堂課是由吳老師給我們講解新聞結(jié)構(gòu),吳老師講解了新聞寫 作是由 5 個(gè)部分組成的,他將這 5 部分內(nèi)容拆分細(xì)細(xì)的

4、講給我 們聽,如標(biāo)題的制作規(guī)范、導(dǎo)語的類型、主體的作用及寫作要1求、新聞背景和結(jié)尾方法等等。授課時(shí),四位老師還通過自身 的寫作經(jīng)歷來告訴大家,寫作其實(shí)不難,關(guān)鍵平常要有一顆愛 觀察的心。 通過學(xué)習(xí),我開闊了思路,同時(shí)也解開了工作中存在的不 少不惑之解。特別是夏老師的講課使我有很深的觸動(dòng)和感悟。 她的一句話至今仍在我耳邊縈繞:只要用心,其實(shí) 沒什么難 的。是啊!無論我們做什么事情,都要有心去看,去感受,那這 事就不難了,作為基層信息員更是如此。要把自己緊緊融入到 公司的各項(xiàng)工作中去,要通過自己的筆把身邊發(fā)生的實(shí)實(shí)在在 的反映廣大員工熱愛生活、熱愛企業(yè)、熱愛我們共同家園的人 和事,把基層發(fā)生的先進(jìn)

6、 一、預(yù)習(xí)是學(xué)習(xí)的重要環(huán)節(jié)上課前充分預(yù)習(xí),考試前充分地復(fù)習(xí),與“打有準(zhǔn)備之仗”有同曲之道。預(yù)習(xí)效果好,聽課才能有針對(duì)性;聽課有針對(duì)性,復(fù)習(xí)才能順利進(jìn)行;復(fù)習(xí)深 刻,作業(yè)、考試才能得心應(yīng)手。所以說預(yù)習(xí)是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)過程中一個(gè)必不可少的環(huán)節(jié)。 二、掌握好高效的聽課方法課上集中精力聽課,是掌握知識(shí)的捷徑。聽講時(shí),思想上必須與老師講解的思路保持一致,聽老師對(duì)事物是怎樣分析p 、推理;聽老師解決問題是用 什么方法、技巧;聽老師對(duì)問題有哪些提問和解釋。這樣才能把握住聽課的重點(diǎn)。聽講中,要把自己在預(yù)習(xí)中的理解,和老師講解的相比較,看自己和老師有哪些相同點(diǎn)和區(qū)別 點(diǎn)。 三、合理安排復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)間很多科學(xué)家通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),

7、有幾個(gè)時(shí)間段有利于鞏固記憶:一是學(xué)習(xí)后最初幾分鐘內(nèi),電生理活動(dòng)引起蛋白質(zhì)的合成;二是學(xué)習(xí)后在 48 小時(shí)內(nèi)復(fù)習(xí); 三是一周之后腦突觸發(fā)生永久性變化。根據(jù)人在學(xué)習(xí)過程中這一生理變化,采用復(fù)習(xí)加強(qiáng)記憶就顯得特別重要了。如果我們能夠在學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容即將忘記時(shí)進(jìn)行復(fù)習(xí),那么復(fù)習(xí)的效 果最好,效率也最高。著名的心理學(xué)家艾賓浩斯通過實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)了人的記憶與遺忘規(guī)律。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明:在學(xué)習(xí)僅過了 20 分鐘后,就忘記記憶內(nèi)容的 42,1 天后忘卻量已經(jīng)達(dá)到了 66,到了第 31 天,忘卻量高達(dá) 79。他根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,畫成了著名的遺忘曲線。并表明遺忘的規(guī)律是“先快后慢”。這條規(guī)律提示我們,定要盡早、及時(shí)地對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行 復(fù)

8、習(xí),以便在知識(shí)還在大腦內(nèi)時(shí)就加深印記,否則大腦中已經(jīng)沒有痕跡了,只能再費(fèi)精力重學(xué)。合理安排復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)間特別重要并且必要,制定復(fù)習(xí)計(jì)劃,嚴(yán)格按精英特計(jì)劃執(zhí)行,并 力求形成習(xí)慣,是我們每一位學(xué)生都應(yīng)該力求努力做到。 我們?yōu)槭裁匆獜?fù)習(xí)呢?因?yàn)槲覀冇洃浶Ч麤]有那么好,不可能過目不忘,所以需要重復(fù)、增強(qiáng)記憶。同時(shí),復(fù)習(xí)的進(jìn)展 也有利于學(xué)習(xí)效率的提高。 四、做作業(yè)的科學(xué)方法這里有七種做作業(yè)的技巧: 1、先復(fù)習(xí)后做作業(yè)。復(fù)習(xí)是做好作業(yè)的關(guān)鍵,只有復(fù)習(xí)得好,作業(yè)才能做得好。做作業(yè)前先把老師這一節(jié)課所講的內(nèi)容認(rèn)真地看一看,弄清楚基本原理和概念后再去做作 業(yè),作業(yè)才能做得既快又好。 2、認(rèn)真審題。 做作業(yè)最關(guān)鍵的步就

9、是審題,連題都判斷錯(cuò)了,作業(yè)內(nèi)容就全錯(cuò)了。首先第步要弄清楚題目的內(nèi)容,所給的條件,什么要求,需要聯(lián)系哪些知識(shí)等等;其 次是考慮好解題思路、方法、步驟,要善于把道題分成幾部分,化大為小、化難為易、分清其中的已知和未知,弄清各部分的聯(lián)系,設(shè)計(jì)好整個(gè)解題步驟,定要讓自己做到不 明白題意不做題,不清楚方法步驟不下筆。 3、細(xì)心的做題。 做題是表達(dá)思路的全過程,這個(gè)過程要求既動(dòng)腦、又動(dòng)手。做題的關(guān)鍵是要保證“規(guī)范”、“準(zhǔn)確”。要做到這兩點(diǎn)就要求學(xué)生認(rèn)真的抄好題,書寫格式必須正 確、規(guī)范,嚴(yán)格按照各類題的解題要求,仔細(xì)演算解題的每步,得出正確的結(jié)果。只有平時(shí)做題認(rèn)真細(xì)致,步驟完整,思路正確,表達(dá)嚴(yán)密,準(zhǔn)確
