3、emove the waterweed and domestic wastes from the pump suction for direct water supply and ensure the safe operation of the direct water supply pump.2 旋轉濾網是符合中華人民共和國電力行業(yè)標準(DL/T 458-1999)的正面進水全框架板框式旋轉濾網，主要由以下部件組成: 傳動裝置、安全保護裝置、鏈輪傳動系統(tǒng)、上部機架鋼結構和罩殼、沖洗水管系統(tǒng)、框架與導軌、鏈條與網板、鏈板延伸報警裝置、就地電氣控制箱(液位計)、各種連接附件。它是以當今較為流行的

4、D-SB2000典型設計為基礎，結合近年引進設備結構特點，聽取旋轉濾網使用單位檢修、運行經驗以及有關大區(qū)電力設計院水工專家的建議后，對此進行特別設計的成果。Travelling Screen satisfying P. R. C electrical industry standard DL/T 458-1999 is of complete framed rotary strainer with water coming from front side and consists of the following parts: transmission device, security pro

5、tection device, chain wheel transmission system, upper steel frame and hood, flushing piping, frame and guide rail, chain and screen plate, chain plate extension alarm device, local electrical control box (level gauge) and other accessories. It is the result of design on the basis of currently typic

6、al D-SB2000 and structural features of imported equipment in recent years as well as the operation and maintenance experience from the Travelling Screen users and the commendations from electrical power design institute and hydraulic expert.3 旋轉濾網的結構特點有:Structural features of Travelling Screen:1、臥式擺

27、rts and structure of Travelling Screen will function as following:a. 上部機架(見圖<二>)是旋轉濾網的鏈輪傳動系統(tǒng)(見圖<三>), 沖洗水管系統(tǒng)(見圖<四>),安全保護系統(tǒng), 電機和擺線針輪減速器的安裝支架和上部框架連接之用。它主要有冷彎型材和平板焊接而成。Upper Rack (See Fig. 2) is of a mounting structure to receive the chain wheel transmission system (see Fig. 3), flushi

Upper rack is fabricated by welding of cold-bend shaped steel and plate.b. 鏈輪傳動系統(tǒng)(見圖<三>)是實現(xiàn)旋轉濾網網板運行的動力裝置, 由一根主軸,兩個6牙鏈輪, 兩個主軸承座, 一個傳動大鏈輪,調節(jié)把手和調節(jié)拉桿組成。傳動大鏈輪將來自電機減速機的

30、r to accomplish the operation of Travelling Screen screen plate and is composed of a main axis, two roller cones, tow main bearing seats , a transmitting large chain wheel, regulator handle and regulator tie bar. Transmitting large chain wheel will transmit the moment from motor reducer via main axi

31、s to two roller cones, which will rotate chain and screen plate (see Fig. 5). Two main bearing seats will be bolted to upper rack by a plate. Regulator tie bar and regulator handle will accomplish the position regulation of chain wheel transmission system.c. 沖洗水管系統(tǒng)(見圖<四>)由兩根鋼管,法蘭,若干噴嘴組成。安裝在上部機

32、架上并將噴嘴對著鏈板上升側,來自沖洗水泵的高壓水通過鋼管和噴嘴, 沖洗上升側鏈板上的垃圾,清潔網板,防止網板孔口被堵塞。Flushing piping system (see Fig. 4) is of two steel pipe plus flange and nozzle. Flushing piping will be mounted at the upper rack with nozzle aiming at the ascending side of chain plate. Steel pipe will carry the high pressure water from f

33、lushing pump and via nozzle flush the waste off the chain plate ascending side to keep the screen plate clean and prevent screen perforation blockage.d. 鏈條與網板組件(見圖<五>)由內外鏈節(jié)鏈板和網板組件,側封板通過螺栓與內外鏈節(jié)內鏈板連結而成(見圖<六>)。網板的中部增加一個導向和支撐用滾輪, 網板上的網絲起到過濾作用,內凹的網板框架則將垃圾帶上并被高壓水沖洗掉Chain and screen plate assem

38、ifference）f. 鏈條伸長報警裝置(見圖<七>)其動作原理為：當鏈條伸長后，在導軌內發(fā)生打折現(xiàn)象，圖示滾輪在直導軌與弧形導軌相接處偏離原運行軌道，壓迫轉塊，產生圖示方向轉動，拉動拉桿，使之觸動行程開關閉合，信號送到電氣回路，停止電機運行，并發(fā)出聲光警報。Chain extension alarming system (see Fig 7) will operate as per the following principle: when chain extends and overlapping occurs in guide rail, as Fig shown, rol

Align the upper rack center before tighten the anchor bolts.3. 分段組裝工作鏈板(見附圖<六>)，將滾輪內外鏈條板通過滾輪軸和銷,開口銷連結(應注意滾輪軸和銷朝向外側) ，一般610節(jié)為一組，用吊車將鏈板裝入鏈輪，依次進行，直到鏈板構成封閉鏈環(huán)為止，在裝另一側鏈板時，應注意兩側鏈節(jié)的對應關系，即內鏈板對內鏈板，外鏈板對外鏈板。Assemble working chain plate (see Fig. 6) in sections and connect th

Lift the chain plate by crane and put into chain wheel. Repeat above sequence till chain plate forms an enclosed chain loop. Fro chain pla

48、te installation at another side, please pay attention to the responding position of chain link at both side. Namely, internal chain plate at one side shall be responding to internal chain plate at the other side and external chain plate at one side shall be responding to external chain plate at the

49、other side.4. 裝好工作鏈板后，在上部機架上轉動調節(jié)把手(見附圖<二>),調正拉緊裝置，使主軸保持水平，使拉緊裝置的兩點水平偏差0.5mm，然后夾緊軸承座，使軸承座和立柱滑道處的裝配間隙為0.51.25mm，并使封閉鏈環(huán)松緊適宜，扳動工作鏈輪(見附圖<三>)使工作鏈板旋轉一周，應無卡阻現(xiàn)象，然后安裝好噴咀等零件。Rotate regulator handle (see Fig 2) to set tension device and keep main axis in level position with level deviation allowance

51、be between 0.51.25 mm and the enclosed chain loop shall have a proper tension. Wrench working chain wheel (see Fig. 3) to rotate chain plate one round and no blockage shall be allowed. Install nozzle and other parts.5. 安裝網板(見附圖<六>)和端部圓弧側封板時，應注意兩側重力的平衡，安裝時嚴禁水室底部有人工作。For screen plate (see Fig. 6

52、) and end arc profile sealer plate installation, keep the balance of gravity at both ends. Work at the bottom of water chamber will not be allowed during installation.6. 檢查各部分間隙和有無卡阻現(xiàn)象，如不合格，務必進行調正，直至合格為止。 Inspect gap between parts and blockage and do necessary regulation till acceptable.7. 調正鏈板松緊的接觸

53、器彈簧指針。Set spring needle of chain plate tension contactor.8. 接通電源，人控點動試轉12周，如無故障，可連續(xù)試運轉。Energize and inch by manual for one or two round. If no default found, proceed with test running.9. 安裝大罩殼，檢查聯(lián)接螺栓，鎖緊螺母，加注潤滑油等，接通沖洗水源，打開沖洗閘門，啟動水泵，進行噴水沖洗試驗。Put hood, inspect connecting bolt, tighten locking nuts, cha

54、rge lubricant, connect flushing water source, open flushing gate and turn on pump for flushing test.10. 接通自控裝置試運轉，各項操作(各個行程開關)應靈敏，工作程序正確。Hook up auto control system and start test run. Various operations(traveling switches) shall work freely and working program shall work properly.11. 清除現(xiàn)場，辦理驗收手續(xù)。Jo

57、和停止。Travelling Screen can be either operated by manual in a regular manner or operated by DCS. Differential level gauge will measure the water level difference between level before filter and level after filter and DCS will automatically control filter for operation, flushing and shut down.3. 自動運行方式

58、如下Automatic Operation Method:a、 當水位差壓計檢測到濾網前后水位差超過100-200mm（可調）時，水位差壓計發(fā)出信號，啟動沖洗水泵，打開沖洗閘門，經10-30秒(可調)后，濾網啟動低速運行。沖洗運行1.52圈后，如水位差降至50mm以下，則按先停網，再關閉閥門的順序關機；如水位差未達50mm以下，則啟動高速運轉繼續(xù)沖洗，同時向DCS發(fā)出報警信號，通知值班人員到現(xiàn)場檢查原因并及時處理，直至水位差降到50mm以下。When the differential level gauge measures the level difference before and after filter greater than 300mm (which can be reset by user for specific need.
