塔吊安裝拆除專項施工方案

1、塔吊基礎(chǔ)專項安全設(shè)計方案一、工程概況：工程位于本工程由1#6#樓及一整體地下室組成。地下室一層，1、2、3#樓高13層，建筑高度39.7米，4、5、6#樓為18層，建筑高度為52.4米，1#樓建筑面積為6380.48, 2#樓建筑面積為8490.94, 3#樓建筑面積為8460.92, 4#樓建筑面積為8801.46, 5#樓建筑面積為13086.63, 6#樓建筑面積為9530.73,總建筑面積為72841.35。建筑主要功能：地下室為汽車庫，主體結(jié)構(gòu)均為住宅用房。本工程結(jié)構(gòu)安全等級二級，地下室建筑耐火等級為一級，其余為二級，設(shè)計使用年限50年，抗震設(shè)防烈度6度。參建責(zé)任主體單位：建設(shè)單位：

2、設(shè)計單位：勘察單位：監(jiān)理單位：施工單位：二、施工現(xiàn)場條件該場地地形基本較平坦，除工程南側(cè)為已建的農(nóng)居點外，附近無其它原有建筑物和構(gòu)筑物，工程北側(cè)為已建綠化帶，南側(cè)為在建的天荷路，西側(cè)為已建雨荷路，場地周圍較空闊。三、編制依據(jù)施工組織設(shè)計和安全生產(chǎn)管理專項方案巖土工程勘察報告QTZ63C（5510）塔式起重機使用說明書建筑地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計規(guī)范建筑樁基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)規(guī)范砼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范四、塔吊的選用和布置1、塔吊選擇：根據(jù)現(xiàn)場條件和地下室結(jié)構(gòu)以及上部幢號平面分布情況，決定安裝4臺QTZ63（5510）型塔式起重機。塔機最大安裝高度：1#、2#塔機最大獨立自由高度為68米，3#、4#塔機最大獨立自由高度為54米。

3、但為了考慮群塔使用安全，避免塔臂碰撞，4臺塔吊初始安裝高度依次降低錯開一節(jié)標準節(jié)高度。2、塔吊的布置：1#塔吊設(shè)在（D-4）（D-5）軸和（D-U）（D-V）軸之間。2#塔吊設(shè)在（D-15）（D-16）軸和（D-T）（D-U）軸之間。3#塔吊設(shè)在（D-17）（D-18）軸和（D-F）（D-E）軸之間。4#塔吊設(shè)在（D-4）（D-5）軸和（D-H）（D-G）軸之間。塔吊基礎(chǔ)承臺布置不得與地下室基礎(chǔ)承臺、地梁、集水坑等碰頭，塔基承臺面標高與地下室筏板底平。五、塔吊樁基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計及計算書1、塔吊的基本參數(shù)信息塔吊型號：QTZ63， 塔吊起升高度H：68.000m，塔身寬度B：2.5m， 基礎(chǔ)埋深D：1.

4、500m，自重F1：450.8kN， 基礎(chǔ)承臺厚度Hc：1.350m，最大起重荷載F2：60kN， 基礎(chǔ)承臺寬度Bc：4.500m，樁鋼筋級別:HRB335， 樁直徑或者方樁邊長：0.600m，樁間距a：2.9m， 承臺箍筋間距S：200.000mm，承臺混凝土的保護層厚度：50mm， 承臺混凝土強度等級：C30；2、塔吊基礎(chǔ)承臺頂面的豎向力和彎矩計算塔吊自重（包括壓重）F1=450.80kN；塔吊最大起重荷載F2=60.00kN；作用于樁基承臺頂面的豎向力Fk=F1+F2=510.80kN；2.1、塔吊風(fēng)荷載計算依據(jù)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)荷載規(guī)范（GB50009-2001）中風(fēng)荷載體型系數(shù)：地處浙江杭州市

5、，基本風(fēng)壓為0=0.45kN/m2；查表得：荷載高度變化系數(shù)z=1.02；擋風(fēng)系數(shù)計算：=3B+2b+(4B2+b2)1/2c/(Bb)=(3×2.5+2×2.5+(4×2.52+2.52)0.5)×0.12/(2.5×2.5)=0.347；因為是角鋼/方鋼，體型系數(shù)s=2.305；高度z處的風(fēng)振系數(shù)取：z=1.0；所以風(fēng)荷載設(shè)計值為：=0.7×z×s×z×0=0.7×1.00×2.305×1.02×0.45=0.741kN/m2；2.2、塔吊彎矩計算風(fēng)荷載對塔吊基

6、礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)生的彎矩計算：M=××B×H×H×0.5=0.741×0.347×2.5×68×68×0.5=1487.02kN·m；MkmaxMeMP×hc6301487.0230×1.352157.52kN·m；3、承臺彎矩及單樁樁頂豎向力的計算 3.1. 樁頂豎向力的計算依據(jù)建筑樁技術(shù)規(guī)范（JGJ94-2008）的第5.1.1條，在實際情況中x、y軸是隨機變化的，所以取最不利情況計算。Nik=(Fk+Gk)/n±Mykxi/xj2±Mxkyi

7、/yj2；其中 n單樁個數(shù)，n=4； Fk作用于樁基承臺頂面的豎向力標準值，F(xiàn)k=510.80kN； Gk樁基承臺的自重標準值：Gk=25×Bc×Bc×Hc=25×4.50×4.50×1.35=683.44kN； Mxk,Myk承臺底面的彎矩標準值，取2157.52kN·m； xi,yi單樁相對承臺中心軸的XY方向距離a/20.5=2.05m； Nik單樁樁頂豎向力標準值；經(jīng)計算得到單樁樁頂豎向力標準值 最大壓力：Nkmax=(510.80+683.44)/4+2157.52×2.05/(2×2.052)

8、=714.63kN。最小壓力：Nkmin=(510.80+683.44)/4-2157.52×2.05/(2×2.052)=-227.51kN。3.2. 承臺彎矩的計算依據(jù)建筑樁技術(shù)規(guī)范（JGJ94-2008）的第5.9.2條。 Mx = Niyi My = Nixi其中 Mx,My計算截面處XY方向的彎矩設(shè)計值； xi,yi單樁相對承臺中心軸的XY方向距離取a/2-B/2=0.20m； Ni1扣除承臺自重的單樁樁頂豎向力設(shè)計值，Ni1=1.2×(Nkmax-Gk/4)=784.52kN；經(jīng)過計算得到彎矩設(shè)計值：Mx=My=2×784.52×0

9、.20=313.81kN·m。4、承臺截面主筋的計算依據(jù)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范(GB50010-2002)第7.2條受彎構(gòu)件承載力計算。 s = M/(1fcbh02) = 1-(1-2s)1/2 s = 1-/2 As = M/(sh0fy)式中，l系數(shù)，當混凝土強度不超過C50時，1取為1.0,當混凝土強度等級為C80時，1取為0.94,期間按線性內(nèi)插法得1.00； fc混凝土抗壓強度設(shè)計值查表得16.70N/mm2； ho承臺的計算高度：Hc-50.00=1300.00mm； fy鋼筋受拉強度設(shè)計值，fy=300.00N/mm2；經(jīng)過計算得：s=313.81×106/(1

10、.00×16.70×4500.00×1300.002)=0.002； =1-(1-2×0.002)0.5=0.002； s =1-0.002/2=0.999； Asx =Asy =313.81×106/(0.999×1300.00×300.00)=805.63mm2。由于最小配筋率為0.15%,所以構(gòu)造最小配筋面積為:4500.00×1350.00×0.15%=9112.50mm2。符合要求！5、承臺截面抗剪切計算依據(jù)建筑樁技術(shù)規(guī)范(JGJ94-2008)的第5.9.9條，承臺斜截面受剪承載力滿足下面公式

11、： Vhsftb0h0其中，b0承臺計算截面處的計算寬度，b0=4500mm； 計算截面的剪跨比，=a/h0，此處，a=-0.04m；當 <0.25時，取=0.25；當 >3時,取=3，得=0.25； hs受剪切承載力截面高度影響系數(shù)，當h0800mm時，取h0=800mm，h02000mm時，取h0=2000mm，其間按內(nèi)插法取值，hs=(800/1300)1/4=0.886； 承臺剪切系數(shù)，=1.75/(0.25+1)=1.4；0.886×1.4×1.57×4500×1300=11388.597kN1.2×824.627=989

16、02)第7.3條正截面受壓承載力計算。 N0.9(fcA+fy'As')其中 N樁軸向壓力設(shè)計值，N=824627.31N； 鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件的穩(wěn)定系數(shù)， =1.00； fc混凝土軸心抗壓強度設(shè)計值，fc=16.70N/mm2； A樁的截面面積，A=282743.339mm2； fy鋼筋強度抗壓強度設(shè)計值，fy=300.00N/mm2； As全部縱向鋼筋截面面積。 經(jīng)過計算得到:As=(824627.31/(0.9×1.00)-16.70×282743.34)/300.00=-12685.20mm2。8.3、樁受拉鋼筋計算依據(jù)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范(GB50010

17、-2002)第7.4條正截面受拉承載力計算。 N fyAs式中：N軸向拉力設(shè)計值，N=227508.56N； fy鋼筋強度抗壓強度設(shè)計值，fy=300.00N/mm2； As縱向普通鋼筋的全部截面積。As=N/fy=227508.56/300.00=758.36mm2符合要求！9、抗傾覆驗算抗傾覆以承臺邊為轉(zhuǎn)動軸，抗傾覆力矩為承臺自重產(chǎn)生的力矩加上樁抗拔力所產(chǎn)生的力距。承臺自重抗傾覆力矩 M1=Q×2.5=683×2.25=1536KN·m樁抗拔力所產(chǎn)生的抗傾覆力矩，抗拔系數(shù)取0.6單樁自重：M2=（480×0.6+261）×0.8×

18、2+(486×0.6+261)×3.7×2=4958KN·m塔吊傾覆力矩為2157 KN·m經(jīng)計算。塔基安全系數(shù)K=（1536+4958）/2157=3.012，故該基礎(chǔ)滿足抗傾覆要求。10、經(jīng)計算，塔吊樁基采用鉆孔灌注樁，直徑600，砼強度等級C30，塔基樁取有效樁長35.0米，加灌1.0m，鋼筋籠為816，長度27.0m，主筋錨入承臺700mm，箍筋為8200螺旋筋，每隔2.0m設(shè)14加強箍一道。11、塔吊承臺設(shè)計：按QTZ63自升式塔式起重機使用說明書規(guī)定承臺長×寬×高=5×5×1.35m，經(jīng)計算調(diào)
