1、ATraining Program for freshmenIn JXUFEFormulated by: Team four (Seven win)IntroductionTraining consists of an organizations planned efforts to help employees learn job-related competencies (i.e. knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors), with the goal of applying these on the job. Most of the tim
2、e, were talking about all kinds of training programs for businesses, rather than those for non-profit organizations such as schools and governments. Therefore, this paper focuses on making a training program for a university. JXUFE is a very famous university in Jiangxi Province, an organization tha
3、t usually puts great emphasis on training its freshmen. The problem rises that the university lacks a comprehensive and scientific training program, so our work in figuring out an effective training program for freshmen in JXUFE is necessary. In this paper, we attempted to formulate a training progr

5、 training needs of students so that training & development is planned, carried out to enable individual students to develop to their full potential and contribute to the success of the organization.(1) Organization Analysis: Considering organizations strategy, resources, and management support.江
6、西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)秉承 “信、敏、廉、毅”的校訓(xùn)和“敬業(yè)樂群、臻于至善”的大學(xué)精神,形成了培養(yǎng)具有“信敏廉毅”素質(zhì)的創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才的辦學(xué)特色,因此學(xué)校就有需要對大學(xué)新生進(jìn)行培訓(xùn),提高其各方面的素質(zhì),讓新生更快地成為合格的江財(cái)人。另外,學(xué)校多年來一直致力于對新生生活、學(xué)習(xí)等方面進(jìn)行較為全面的培訓(xùn),積累了豐富的培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn);隨著學(xué)校培訓(xùn)師資質(zhì)量的提高、培訓(xùn)硬件設(shè)施的不斷改善,為各類針對新生的培訓(xùn)提供了有利的保障。(2) Person Analysis: Determining who needs training and if students are ready for training.其次,要對學(xué)生個人進(jìn)行
7、分析,將學(xué)生現(xiàn)有的水平與預(yù)期未來對學(xué)生技能的要求進(jìn)行比照,看兩者之間是否存在差距。當(dāng)能力不能滿足需要時,就要進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。大部分新生對大學(xué)生活乃至未來的理想目標(biāo)都是模糊的,引導(dǎo)新生進(jìn)行正確的大學(xué)學(xué)業(yè)和職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃,樹立明確的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)和遠(yuǎn)大的人生理想就顯得很有必要了。結(jié)合不同人的特定需要,可以對新生的心理健康、安全意識、目標(biāo)和理想、專業(yè)技能等進(jìn)行培訓(xùn),可以使新生們能更快的適應(yīng)大學(xué)的生活。同時,經(jīng)歷了高考之后的大多數(shù)新生對大學(xué)生活充滿期待與向往,樂于接受新鮮事物,可塑性較強(qiáng)。(3)Task Analysis: What kind of knowledge and skills should stude
8、nts acquire in order to make outstanding achievements?最后,要進(jìn)行工作分析,分析學(xué)生取得理想的成績所必須掌握的知識和技能。入學(xué)新生對自身專業(yè)了解甚少,這就有必要對新生們培訓(xùn)自身專業(yè)的相關(guān)知識以及所需掌握的其他技能,幫助新生們更早的制定相應(yīng)的目標(biāo),進(jìn)而更加容易的達(dá)到學(xué)校的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)。2. Plan training program(1)Training GoalsThe training program involves several departments, ranging from a tiny class to the whole un
9、iversity. Therefore, all the departments have to make an accurate goal. 12、y training 軍事訓(xùn)練由南昌陸軍學(xué)院的教官對新生進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)基本軍事技能的訓(xùn)練:包括匕首操、走正步、射擊戰(zhàn)術(shù)等。 Campus culture 校園文化培訓(xùn)首先是了解校史校情,學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)校規(guī)章制度和學(xué)生守則;領(lǐng)會并踐行學(xué)校校訓(xùn)精神、培養(yǎng)理念。 Education for mental health 心理健康教育培訓(xùn)舉辦心理健康講座,針對新生進(jìn)行心理測試,對新生提供定期心理咨詢和反饋。 Safety and health 安全健康教育培訓(xùn)舉辦安全教育講座,安全知識競賽,急救知識培訓(xùn)和消防演習(xí)等。 Education for honesty 誠信教育培訓(xùn) 以講座、征文等形式舉辦誠信考試周或誠信考試
13、月的系列活動。 Professional thinking and learning methods 專業(yè)思想與學(xué)習(xí)方法培訓(xùn) 開展專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)方法的系列培訓(xùn)講座,高年級師兄師姐的經(jīng)驗(yàn)傳授和相關(guān)問題的解答。 Career planning 職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃培訓(xùn) 職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃講座、職業(yè)能力測試。(3) Selection of Trainees: All freshmen enrolled by JXUFE in September, 2013.(4)Training Methods There are a lot of training methods widely used by different
14、organizations. Examples are lectures, role playing and simulation, audiovisual methods, programmed learning, laboratory training, simulations, behavior modeling, team training, action learning. In terms of the training program for freshmen in JXUFE, we mainly considered the methods exhibited in Tabl
15、e 1.(5)TrainersSelection of trainers is determined by training content and training needs. Different training content and training needs require different trainers. And the source of trainers comes from internal resources and external resources. In relation to JXUFE, internal resources dominate the
16、training resources, as exhibited in Table 1. 28、of evaluation for training programs(1)Level I: ReactionHow did the student feel and what did they think about the training? Distribute an evaluation or feedback form. This is often called a “smilesheet” and can be administered in either paper format or online format. This type of evaluation is usual
29、ly inexpensive and used by most organizations. Be sure to distribute evaluations immediately after training ends. You can include questions to evaluate the instructor, material covered, training materials and audio visual equipment. 反饋很重要。在培訓(xùn)結(jié)束后及時地以問卷(在線或紙質(zhì))或訪談的方式了解新生培訓(xùn)后的感受與體會,并收集其對改進(jìn)培訓(xùn)的建議與意見,包括對培訓(xùn)者
30、、培訓(xùn)資料、培訓(xùn)設(shè)備等各方面。另外還可在培訓(xùn)結(jié)束后,組織新生撰寫心得體會,了解其對培訓(xùn)的整體感受與評價(jià)。所有的這些信息都有助于完善下次培訓(xùn)以及作為評價(jià)新生培訓(xùn)效果的依據(jù)。(2)Level II: LearningHow much did the student learn? To assess the amount of learning, consider using pre-tests and post-tests. The tests attempt to determine how students have advanced with regards to skills, knowl
31、edge and attitude. 在進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)培訓(xùn)前,都要先了解新生關(guān)于培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容已有的認(rèn)識與水平,然后在培訓(xùn)后將其主要的情況與培訓(xùn)前進(jìn)行對比,比如可以觀察法與問卷調(diào)查法測試職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃培訓(xùn)是否使受訓(xùn)者由原來的迷茫到目標(biāo)明確,通過培訓(xùn)者按平時表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行的打分(如軍訓(xùn))也可表現(xiàn)出受訓(xùn)者培訓(xùn)后與培訓(xùn)前的變化。(3)Level III: BehaviorWhat is the extent of behavior and capability improvement and implementation/application? To determine the extent of behavior
32、and capability improvement, consider observing learners for an extended period of time after training is completed. This can be measured via post training interviews, monitoring progress and meeting with headmasters of the learners to determine if the training has allowed the learner to excel in his
33、/her study. 受訓(xùn)者通過培訓(xùn)提升程度如何?這可以在培訓(xùn)之后通過集中性地對部分同學(xué)進(jìn)行抽樣觀察,比如在學(xué)習(xí)方法培訓(xùn)之后,到教室觀察是否大多數(shù)學(xué)生都能認(rèn)真聽課,輕松學(xué)習(xí)。當(dāng)然這通過課間直接訪談更能夠了解新生學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀:是否真正掌握合理的學(xué)習(xí)方法,學(xué)習(xí)中是否又遇到了新的問題與困難?另外,還可以與新生班主任進(jìn)行交流,了解相應(yīng)情況。比如,在職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃培訓(xùn)后,可向班主任了解其班上的同學(xué)是否逐步適應(yīng)了大學(xué)生活,并且制定了比較明確的目標(biāo)。(4)Level IV: ResultsWhat impact on the organization did the training have as a result of the learners performance?
