12、peak to對講Step 6 Grammar study inversion倒裝句一、幾種常見的局部倒裝構(gòu)造:1。Only+狀語或者狀語從句放在句首。如:Only in this way can we improve our English只有這樣,我們才能進步英語程度。Only after you left did I find this bag只是在你分開以后我才發(fā)現(xiàn)這只提包。2含否認意義井修飾全句的詞放在句首,如:not,little,hardly,scarcely,no more,no longer,in no way,never,seldom,not only,no sooner等

13、等。如:(1)Seldom do I go to work by bus我很少乘公共汽車上班。(2)Never shall for get it我永遠不會忘記這件事。(3)No sooner had l got home than it began to rain我剛一到家,天就開場下雨。3So放在句首,跟在一個肯定句之后,表示前面所述內(nèi)容也適用于另一人或物。如:(1) I like travellingSo doe she,我喜歡旅行,他也喜歡。(2)Her father is a doctorSo is her mother她父親是位醫(yī)生,她母親也是。(3)He has been to B

14、eijing twiceSo have I他去過北京兩次,我也去過兩次。4Neither,nor no more放在句首,作“也不”講,跟在一個否認句之后,表示前面所述內(nèi)容也適用于另一人或物。例如:(1)My teacher didn"t agree with himNor did I教師不同意他的意見,我也不同意。(2) I am not interested in mathsNeither is he我對數(shù)學不感興趣,他也同樣。注:當前面陳述句有兩個以上不同類型的謂語動詞時,如be,do或can等等,或者既有肯定式又有否認式時,如have1hasn"t等等,不能單獨使用

15、so或者neithernor,而應換用另外的句型構(gòu)造:A:So it is with;B:his the same with。請見例句:(3)I like chicken,but I don"t like fish我喜歡吃雞肉,但不喜歡吃魚。一So it is with me,我也如此。(4)Torn is an American,hut lives in China,it is the same with Jack,湯姆是美國人,但他住在中國。杰克也如此。 5副詞often,短語many a time,或者so修飾形容詞或副詞,位于句首時的倒裝句。例如:(1)SO badly wa

16、s he injured in the accident that he was sent to the hospital for treatment在這次事故中他傷得很重,被送進醫(yī)院治療。(2)SO hard does he work that he has no time to spare for travelling。他那么努力工作,抽不出時間去旅行。6虛擬條件句省略if時,將were,should或had移到主語之前。如:(1)Should it rain,all the crops would be saved假設(shè)是下雨的話;莊稼就都得救了。(2)Were my teacher here,he would give some good advice ·我的教師假如在這兒,他會提些好建議的。 ·(3)Hadn"t it been his help,we wouldn"t have
