2、lowing:1 .由甲方委托乙方辦理香港進口貨物運輸業(yè)務(wù)，甲方承諾委托之貨物為合法產(chǎn)品；ThefirstpartyentrustthesecondpartywithimporttranspotationservicesfromHongKongandthefirstpartymustpromisethatthegoodsarelegal.2 .甲方委托給乙方的貨物必須真實申報貨物品名、數(shù)量、價值、用途等產(chǎn)品，資料必須以書面形式委托給乙方，如因甲方申報不符所造成的所有責(zé)任由甲方負責(zé)；Thefirstpartymustprovidethethesecondpartywiththerealinfor

4、rtyhasrighttoopentheboxandcheckthegoods.4 .甲方承諾委托之貨物不能夾帶易燃、易爆物品及國家規(guī)定禁止進口之物品；Thefirstpartymustpromisenottocarrycargoconsignedflammable,explosivematerialsandgoodsprohibitedforimportbystateregulations.5 .甲方托運內(nèi)容要求更改或取消時，必須書面形式通知乙方，在與乙方操作人員確認可以退件或終止運輸方可取消訂單；Beforecheckingthecontent,changingorcancelingthe

5、transpotationterms,thefirstpartymustnotifythesecondpartyinwrittenform.Changescanbemadeonlywiththeagreementofthesecomdparty.6 .如是因戰(zhàn)爭.臺風(fēng).地震等人力不可抗拒的自然災(zāi)害所產(chǎn)生的貨物丟失不予賠償給甲方外；由于其它任何原因或情況產(chǎn)生的貨物損壞和丟失，乙方應(yīng)在損失產(chǎn)生后5天內(nèi)以全額現(xiàn)金方式賠償給甲方oIftheproductsarelostbecauseofthewar,typhoon.earthquakesandotherhumanirresistiblenatural

7、s,forthefirstpartytogiveupcompensation.二、付款方式payment1.運輸費用Transpotationexpenses（人民幣RMB：¥17/KG計價；提貨費deliveryfee:220元/票，如無需提貨，則不用付提貨費如果是發(fā)從國外直接發(fā)快遞到香港公司，要收取一個200元RMB關(guān)稅/票Ifnodelivery,nopaymentiftheproductsaresentfromforeigncountrytoHongKongdirectly,youwillpaytariffof200RMB此運輸費用為全包價格，不可產(chǎn)生其他任何額外費用.Thi

9、協(xié)議彳改agreementmodification本協(xié)議可經(jīng)雙方書面確認通知另一方修改內(nèi)容，經(jīng)雙方共同簽字確認后以簽字日期為準立即生效，任何修改或補充內(nèi)容雙方未簽字確認前仍按原協(xié)議內(nèi)容執(zhí)行。Thisagreementcanbemodifiedandbecomeeffectiveonlywhenbothpartiesmakeanagreementaboutthecontent.四、法律與仲裁lawandarbitration如雙方產(chǎn)生法律糾紛并經(jīng)協(xié)商無法達成一致，雙方同意委托當?shù)胤ㄔ赫{(diào)解，仲裁或訴訟解決。Ifbothsidescannotproducelegaldisputesandcannot

10、reachagreementbynegotiation,bothsidesagreetocommissionalocalcourtmediation,arbitrationorlitigationtoresolve.五、協(xié)議生效agreement1 .本協(xié)議自雙方簽訂日起生效，一單一簽，有效期至甲方收貨后7日內(nèi)確認無異議則自動終止，否貝U自動順延；ThisAgreementshalltakeeffectfromthedatecontractissignedbybothparties,asinglesign,validuntil7daysafterreceivingconfirmationpar

11、tywithoutobjectionwillautomaticallyterminate,orautomaticallyextended.2 .在協(xié)議執(zhí)行過程中，如雙方有何異議，雙方應(yīng)以友好協(xié)商的方法解決。如任何一方要終止協(xié)議應(yīng)提前一個月以書面形式通知對方。任何一方須履行協(xié)議中未盡事宜并負相應(yīng)責(zé)任oIfanydifferentopinionsduringtheexecutionoftheagreement,bothsidesshouldusefriendlyconsultationswaytoreachtheaggrement.Ifanypartywantstoterminatetheagreement,thereshouldbeawrittennoticefromonepartytoanotheronemonthinadvance.Implementa
