4、細心、關心和愛心的原則,提供熱情、周到、快捷的服務。Cleanliness是指麥當勞制定了必須嚴格遵守的清潔工作標準。Value代表價值,是后來添加上的準則(原來只有Q、S、C),加上V是為了進一步傳達麥當勞的“向顧客提供更有價值的高品質(zhì)”的理念。也可以說,QSCV原則不僅體現(xiàn)了麥當勞的經(jīng)營理念,而且因為這些原則有詳細嚴格的量化標準,使其成為所有麥當勞餐廳從業(yè)人員的行為規(guī)范。這是麥當勞規(guī)范化管理的重要內(nèi)容。The reason of success 1.
