前言

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的 5.1、5.2、 5.4、 5.5、 5.6、 5.9、 5.12、 5.15、 5.16、 5.17、 5.19為強(qiáng)

制性條文，其余為推薦性條文。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)非等效歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化委員會(huì) CEN批準(zhǔn)的EN137-1993《空氣呼吸器技

術(shù)要求、試驗(yàn)、標(biāo)志》（英文版），主要差異如下：

—— 按照漢語習(xí)慣對一些編排格式進(jìn)行了修改；

—— 將一些適用于國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的表述改為適用于我國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的表述；

—— 本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對 呼吸器系列按照氣瓶公稱容積（氣瓶額定工作壓力為 30MPa

時(shí)）劃分的，而 EN137-1993是按照氣瓶貯存空氣體積（ 20℃、 1個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大氣壓

時(shí)）劃分的；

——增加了安全閥性能、安全膜片爆破壓力。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)自實(shí)施之日起，代替 GA124－ 1996《正壓式消防空氣呼吸器》。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與 GA124－1996相比，主要差異如下：

——增加了結(jié)構(gòu)、材料阻燃性能、整機(jī)氣密性能、動(dòng)態(tài)呼吸阻力、耐高溫性

能、耐低溫性能、警報(bào)器聲響時(shí)間、發(fā)聲聲級、平均耗氣量、壓力表黑暗環(huán)境下

可視、防水性能、壓力表導(dǎo)氣管漏氣、高壓部件強(qiáng)度、中壓導(dǎo)氣管爆破壓力、安

全膜片爆破壓力、氣瓶瓶閥的輸出端螺紋基本尺寸、人員佩戴性能；

——在面罩性能的表述上，用 “吸入氣體中的二氧化碳含量 ”取代“實(shí)際有害

空間”。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用于氧氣呼吸器、 潛水呼吸器、 負(fù)壓式呼吸器和外供氣式正壓式

消防空氣呼吸器。

一種呼吸器， 消防員自攜貯存壓縮空氣的貯氣瓶， 呼吸時(shí)使用氣瓶內(nèi)的氣體，

不依賴外界環(huán)境氣體，任一呼吸循環(huán)過程，面罩內(nèi)壓力均大于環(huán)境壓力。

5技術(shù)要求

5.1結(jié)構(gòu)

5.1.1呼吸器的結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)使呼吸器氣瓶內(nèi)的壓縮空氣依次經(jīng)過氣瓶閥、 減壓器、

供氣閥進(jìn)入面罩供給佩戴者吸氣，呼氣則通過呼氣閥排出面罩外。

5.1.2呼吸器的結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)簡單緊湊，可在無人幫助的情況下進(jìn)行著裝和使用，在狹小的通道通行時(shí)呼吸器不應(yīng)攀掛。

5.1.3呼吸器應(yīng)保證從佩戴者身上取下時(shí)供呼吸的空氣不能中斷。

5.1.4呼吸器應(yīng)有防壓縮空氣中雜質(zhì)的裝置。

5.1.5氣瓶瓶閥的安裝位置應(yīng)方便佩戴者開啟或關(guān)閉瓶閥。

1.1.1壓力表應(yīng)顯示氣瓶壓力，其安裝位置應(yīng)方便佩戴者觀察到壓力值。

1.1.7佩戴者可能觸摸到的部件表面應(yīng)無銳利的棱角。

1.1.8氣瓶瓶閥與減壓器連接，面罩與供氣閥連接應(yīng)可靠且不需專用工具，

徒手即可連接。連接處若使用密封件，它不應(yīng)脫落或移位。

1.1.9著裝帶應(yīng)能調(diào)節(jié)長度，扣緊后不應(yīng)發(fā)生滑脫。

5.2材料要求

5.2.1呼吸器所使用的材料應(yīng)有足夠的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度和抗腐蝕能力。

5.2.2直接與佩戴者皮膚接觸的材料應(yīng)無刺激性和其他有害性，并可進(jìn)行消

毒和洗滌。

5.2.3著裝帶和帶扣在阻燃性能試驗(yàn)后，不應(yīng)出現(xiàn)熔融現(xiàn)象，且續(xù)燃時(shí)間不

應(yīng)大于 5s。

5.2.4面罩、中壓導(dǎo)氣管和供氣閥在阻燃性能試驗(yàn)后， 續(xù)燃時(shí)間不應(yīng)大于 5s，

且仍應(yīng)符合 5.4的規(guī)定。

5.3佩戴質(zhì)量

呼吸器的佩戴質(zhì)量不應(yīng)大于18kg（氣瓶內(nèi)氣體壓力處于額定工作壓力狀

態(tài)）。

5.4整機(jī)氣密性能

呼吸器在氣密性能試驗(yàn)后，其壓力表的壓力指示值在 1min內(nèi)的下降不應(yīng)大

于 2MPa。

5.5動(dòng)態(tài)呼吸阻力

在氣瓶額定工作壓力至2MPa的范圍內(nèi)，以呼吸頻率40次/min,呼吸流量

100L/min呼吸，呼吸器的面罩內(nèi)應(yīng)始終保持正壓，且吸氣阻力不應(yīng)大于 500Pa，

呼氣阻力不應(yīng)大于1000Pa；在2MPa至1MPa的范圍內(nèi)，以呼吸頻率25次/min,

呼吸流量 50L/min呼吸，呼吸器的面罩內(nèi)仍應(yīng)保持正壓，且吸氣阻力不應(yīng)大于

500Pa,呼氣阻力不應(yīng)大于700Pa

5.6耐高溫性能

呼吸器在高溫試驗(yàn)后，各零部件應(yīng)無異常變形、粘著、脫膠等現(xiàn)象；以呼吸

頻率40次/min,呼吸流量100L/min呼吸，呼吸器的面罩內(nèi)應(yīng)保持正壓，且呼氣

阻力不應(yīng)大于 1000Pa。

5.9警報(bào)器性能

5.9.1當(dāng)氣瓶內(nèi)壓力下降至（5.525）MPa時(shí)，警報(bào)器應(yīng)發(fā)出連續(xù)聲響報(bào)警或間歇聲響報(bào)警，且連續(xù)聲響時(shí)間不應(yīng)少于15s,間歇聲響時(shí)間不應(yīng)少于60s,發(fā)聲聲級不應(yīng)小于90dB（A）。

5.9.2從警報(bào)發(fā)出至氣瓶壓力為1MPa時(shí)，警報(bào)器平均耗氣量不應(yīng)大于5L/min或總耗氣量不大于85L。

5.10面罩性能

5.10.1面罩質(zhì)量應(yīng)分布對稱，頭帶或頭罩應(yīng)能根據(jù)佩戴者頭部的需要自由調(diào)整，其密合框應(yīng)與佩戴者面部密合良好， 無明顯壓痛感。面罩應(yīng)有除去視窗結(jié)霧

6試驗(yàn)方法

6.1結(jié)構(gòu)、標(biāo)志、包裝檢查

用目測法測定，結(jié)果應(yīng)符合 5.1、8.1和8.2的規(guī)定。

6.2材料阻燃性能試驗(yàn)

6.2.1著裝帶和帶扣材料阻燃性能試驗(yàn)

試驗(yàn)裝置示意圖見圖 1。通過調(diào)節(jié)丙烷氣體的流量，使燃燒器火焰高度為

40mm且距火焰高度20mmt的溫度為（800±50）C。將試樣水平安放在距火焰高度20mmi12s,結(jié)果應(yīng)符合5.2.3的規(guī)定。

6.2.2面罩、中壓導(dǎo)氣管和供氣閥材料阻燃性能試驗(yàn)

將試樣按圖2所示安置。調(diào)整燃燒器噴口f與試樣外表面距離為 250mm調(diào)節(jié)

丙烷氣體的流量，使燃燒器頂部所構(gòu)成的三角形中心距燃燒器頂部 250mmt的溫

度為（950±50）C,試樣在火焰中暴露5s,然后再按6.4的規(guī)定進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，結(jié)果應(yīng)符合 5.2.4的規(guī)定。
