1、技法指導(dǎo)一般而言,建議信屬于半開放性作文,大多要求我們根據(jù)所給的材料給出有針對性的解決辦法或者提出合理建議。寫作時要注意:1建議信的語言(1)建議信就是在你所寫的信中發(fā)表你的建議與看法。建議信除要遵循書信的格式之外,還要求在信中針對別人的問題,給出你的觀點及解決辦法。因此,陳述建議的語言必須中肯,在勸說對方接受自己的建議時,應(yīng)該特別注意措辭。(2)陳述建議必須具有說服性:在向?qū)Ψ奖砻髂愕慕ㄗh時,如果對方覺得你的建議是違背常理的,那么你的建議也就失去了意義。所以,要想提出好建議,必須具有充分的理由,展示出自己獨特的見解。(3)此外,要“設(shè)身處地”,可適當(dāng)運用虛擬句“if I were you .

2、”表述自己的建議。2建議信的結(jié)構(gòu)建議信一般采取“三段式結(jié)構(gòu)”,通常以firstly, secondly, thirdly或to begin with, then, later等依次陳述建議。(1)首段:表明寫作意圖,陳述事由,簡單介紹自己的觀點,注意語氣。(2)主體段落:應(yīng)該首先肯定對方的優(yōu)點,然后再寫需要改進(jìn)的地方或針對具體情況提出具體建議或忠告。(3)結(jié)尾段:對提出的建議進(jìn)行總結(jié),要注意表達(dá)方式,使對方容易接受。 黃金表達(dá)1建議信的開頭常用句式I am writing to express my views concerning .You have asked me for my advi
