Purpose2.1 To mobilize all warehousing staff enthusiasm for work and enhance theirsense of responsibility.2.2 T o implement the principle of“ able people should do more work;more pay formore work; Reward the diligent and good staff and punish the lazy and bad2.3 To increase warehouse
3、 efficiency”.2.4 To well share and deploy the storage and staff resources.3.適用范圍3.1 除倉庫負責(zé)人、 單證處理員、 設(shè)備管理員外的倉儲部所有崗位,倉管員、叉車手4 個崗位。包括組長、 班長、3.2 不適用于實行計時工資制的人員或時間段。3.3 新員工入職第一個月使用計時工資制,第二個月開始實行計件工資制。3. Application3.1 It includes all the staff in warehousing dept. such as group leader, shift leader ,wareh
4、ouse keeper and forkliftoperatorexcept the warehousehead, documentprocessing staff, and equipment officer3.2 This plan is not suitable for the system of time rate wages.3.3 The time rate wage system is applied to the new staff in the first month. Andpiece rate wage system is adopted from the next mo
5、nth.4 、職責(zé)4.1倉儲部、人事行政部負責(zé)此方案的制定和修改,并根據(jù)實際情況適時做出相應(yīng)修改和調(diào)整。4.2倉儲部管理并安排所有計件崗位人員的日常工作;根據(jù)工作實際情況,對以上方案進行不斷改進與完善;根據(jù)本方案決定員工的考核等級和考核獎金,經(jīng)松江分公司批準后交人事行政部計算工資。4.3人事行政部負責(zé)監(jiān)督此方案的實施,統(tǒng)計相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),審核該方案的考核結(jié)果。4.4此方案涉及到組織結(jié)構(gòu)與工作流程的改變及優(yōu)化問題,由倉儲部負責(zé)跟進。4. Responsibility4.1Warehousing Department and Personnel Administration are responsibl
6、e for theformulation and revision ofthis planand should adjustit according toactualsituation and changes.4.2Warehousing Department should arrange the daily work of all staff of piecerate wages and improve and modify the above programs according to the situation.This program will decide the assessmen
7、t level and bonus. After the approval bySongjiang branch pany, the Personnel Administration will calculate the wages.4.3The PersonnelAdministrationis responsibleforsupervisingtheimplementation of this plan. And examine the assessment result according to thestatistics they get.4.4If this plan should
8、cause the problem of the changes and optimization of theorganization structure and work flow, the Warehousing Department is responsible for following up.5 、計件崗位人員的月收入及相關(guān)名詞釋義5.1 倉庫計件崗位的月收入分為A、 B 兩類。A 類計件崗位包括倉管員與叉車手,其月收入公式如下:A 類計件人員月收入底薪+A 綜合津貼 +計件工資 +考核獎金一扣款B 類計件崗位包括組長和班長,其月收入公式如下:組長月收入底薪 B 綜合津貼考核獎金一
9、扣款班長收入底薪B 綜合津貼考核獎金一扣款補充說明:安全及設(shè)備管理人員、單證處理員,不在計件考核范圍之內(nèi)。5.2 相關(guān)名詞釋義綜合津貼:包括公司的福利津貼(雙薪、花紅、節(jié)假日福利等)、有薪假期津貼、中晚班翻班補貼;考核獎金:按照每月運作質(zhì)量/ 效率的評分等級,分為A、B、C三個等級,獎勵金額 0200 元 ;詳見團隊與個人考核獎金標準。綜合津貼:包括綜合管理津貼提成、公司的福利津貼、有薪假期津貼、中晚班翻班津貼(限帶班班長) ;底薪:班組長按各人計時考核時的行政計算底薪計件工資 : 在保證質(zhì)量的前提下,按員工實際操作的工序、數(shù)量計費。計件工資 =計件單價 *個人可得計件工資的工作數(shù)量扣款:包括
10、由于運作事故、叉車事故、其他違章引起的損失,將考核相關(guān)責(zé)任人并進入事故流程處理。計件質(zhì)量考核參見計件辦法與考核標準5. The monthly wages of piece workers and related terms interpretation5.1 The monthly wages of piece workers in the Warehousing Department are divided into Class A and Class B.Class A includespieceworkstafflike:warehousekeeperand forkliftopera

15、eration as well as the assessment of related leaders.Piecework methods and assessment standards6 、計件工資的計算方式6.1 計件內(nèi)容:類:包括收發(fā)貨各環(huán)節(jié)、補貨、包裝作業(yè)收發(fā)各環(huán)節(jié)、批采類:不單獨計費,次收貨確認 /QA 釋放(單證員操作) ,盤點(不列入計件,按 10元/ 小時計算)類:團隊任務(wù),包括當班產(chǎn)生的托盤整理、托盤回收;6.2 計件單價:基本操作單價(詳見計件工時測算數(shù)據(jù))公司將根據(jù)運作條件、作業(yè)量、流程、環(huán)境、設(shè)備等因素的變化,進行回顧并對上述各個操作環(huán)節(jié)的單價及考核標準予以適當調(diào)整

The calculation methods about piece rate wages 6.1 Piecework contentClass: Including all sectors of delivery and receiving of goods, replenishment, all sectors of packing operation, packing material delivery and receiving and batch purchasing.Class : No separatecalculation,receiptconfirmation/QA
17、release(Documentstaff operation), stocktaking (10 Yuan per hour, not included in piecework)Class : Team tasks including sorting the pallets for the shift duty and pallets recycling6.2 Piecework unit salary:7. 計件工資統(tǒng)計:7.1 計件周期為每個自然月的第一天至最后一天;7.2 倉庫固定人員對每天作業(yè)完成的單證進行統(tǒng)計,每周由項目組與倉庫相關(guān)人員進行核對運作量;7.3 根據(jù)每日操作單證的體
18、積,對照員工的簽名,將員工當天操作的各個環(huán)節(jié)單證的體積分別匯總,倉庫主管須對每日的匯總結(jié)果進行簽字確認并公布;7.4 員工可根據(jù)當天公布表查看個人及團隊操作量及作業(yè)能力;7.5 員工基本工資必須保持出勤率 8 小時 *21.75 天( 174 小時)及 完成月處理量(人均 3109.38 立方);對于兩項均不能滿足者,不列入計件考核;7.6 每月初將上月統(tǒng)計的計件量( A 綜合津貼 +計件工資 +考核獎金一扣款)上報行政部;7.7 行政部依照計件方案及公司其他規(guī)定對倉庫提交的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進行審核,審核通過后,行政部將按公司相關(guān)程序發(fā)放員工工資。7. Piece rate wages statist
19、ics7.1 Piece rate period is from the first day to the last day every month.7.2 The fixed warehouse staff should plete the statistics of the daily documents.And the statistics will be checked by the program team and related officers.7.3 According to the volume of daily operated documents pared with e
20、mployee'ssignature, the warehouse director should collect the volume of every operationprocedure on that day, sign and publish it.7.4Thestaff cansee theirpersonal andteam operation capacityandworkingability through the publishing form every day.7.5 The basic salary should be based on 8hrs x 21.7
21、5 days (174 hrs) every monthwiththepletionofmonthlyoperationalcapacity (3109.38 cubicpercapita).Those who can not meet the two requirements above will not be included in thepiece rate wages assessment.7.6 At the beginning of every month, the statistical piecework quantity (posite allowance A +piece
22、work pay+ assessment bonus-deduction) will be reported to7.7 The Administration Department will examine the relative data according to the piecework scheme and other regulations of the pany and pay the staff.8. 團隊激勵方法8.1 為了促進團隊整體運作效率及團隊合作能力,每個輪班周期結(jié)束后評選出優(yōu)勝班次;8.1.1對每個班次的運作情況進行不定期審計打分,并當天公布審計結(jié)果;審計人員:倉庫
23、主管、安全管理員、庫存管理人員;8.1.2審計結(jié)果將用于對優(yōu)勝班次的考核,并進行通報;8.1.3審計內(nèi)容包括:庫容庫貌、操作流程的實施情況、公司安全規(guī)定執(zhí)行情況、本班次運作質(zhì)量、團隊任務(wù)的完成情況等,詳見團隊工作質(zhì)量審計表 。8.2優(yōu)勝班次根據(jù)審計結(jié)果, 對得分最高的班次進行獎勵, 團隊獎勵金額為0500 元。8.3根據(jù)目前的輪班制度,每月將會產(chǎn)生兩次優(yōu)勝班次獎。m.8.4對審計得分最低且不及格的班次進行扣款,并予以整頓, 團隊扣款金額為 50500元。8.5 團隊激勵獎金按照評分等級分攤給該班次所有員工。8. T eam incentive approaches8.1 In order to
24、 promote the team operation efficiency and team cooperation ability , the pany will select the winning groups at the end of each shift cycle.8.1.2Thestatisticalresult willbe releasedandused forthewinninggroupevaluation.8.1.3Theauditcontentincludes: warehouseenvironment,implementationofoperationflowa
25、nd safetyregulations,thegroupoperationquality ,pletionofteam tasks and so on. (See details in Audit sheet of team work quality).8.2 Accordingtothestatisticalresult,thewinninggroup whohasthehighestscore will be awarded 0-500 Yuan as team reward.8.3 There will be two winning groups every month accordi
26、ng to the current shiftsystem8.4 The failed group with lowest score will be deducted 50-500 Yuan.8.5 All the group members will share the team incentive bonus according to the assessment ranking.9. 補充說明:9.1 倉庫主管將根據(jù)本月的工作量合理安排員工輪休,具體輪休時間以實際安排為準。一般個人最多不能超過節(jié)假日實際天數(shù),否則按事假或曠工處理;9.2 每年考評將根據(jù)員工日常工作表現(xiàn)(獎懲情況)及作業(yè)
27、(質(zhì)量)效率等情況,對表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀的員工進行升職及資薪調(diào)整;9.3 所有計件崗位人員的其它有關(guān)福利一律參照公司的人事規(guī)章制度操作;9.4 其它未明事宜將一律按公司人事制度和相關(guān)規(guī)章制度執(zhí)行。9. Additional remarks9.1 The warehouse director is responsible for arranging the alternating holiday of the staff according to the monthly work load. One can not exceed the number of days of theactual schedu
28、led holidays otherwise it will be considered as absence for personal reasons or absenteeism.9.2 Every year, according to the daily work performance and operation quality and efficiency , the pany will adjust wages for those who have done an excellent job. And they can also get promoted.9.3 Other wel
