32、afety supervision ofoutsourci ngcontract ors.Carried out in設(shè)計(jì)圖紙測(cè)設(shè)出軸線及墻、柱、門(mén)洞口的位置線。底板澆筑完畢后,重新投測(cè)并校正閉合。2、作業(yè)條件( 1 )辦完驗(yàn)槽記錄及地基驗(yàn)槽隱檢手續(xù)。( 2)辦完基槽驗(yàn)線預(yù)檢手續(xù)。( 3)有砼配合比通知單、準(zhǔn)備好試驗(yàn)用工器具。( 4)做完技術(shù)交底。3、施工方法( 1 )清理及墊層澆灌地基驗(yàn)槽完成后,清除表層浮土及擾動(dòng)土,不留積水,立即進(jìn)行墊層砼施工,墊層砼必須振搗密實(shí),表面平整,嚴(yán)禁晾曬基土。( 2)鋼筋綁扎墊層澆灌完成后,砼達(dá)到1 2Mpa 后,表面彈線進(jìn)行鋼筋綁扎,鋼筋綁扎不允許漏扣,柱插

33、筋彎鉤部分必須與底板筋成450 綁扎,連接點(diǎn)處必須全部綁扎,距底板5cm 處綁扎第一個(gè)箍筋,距基礎(chǔ)頂5cm 處綁扎最后一道箍筋,做為標(biāo)高控制筋及定位筋,柱插筋最上部再綁扎一道定位筋,上下箍筋及定位箍筋綁扎完成后將柱插筋調(diào)整到位并用井字木架臨時(shí)固定,然后綁扎剩余箍筋,保證柱插筋不變形走樣,兩道定位筋在基礎(chǔ)砼澆完后,必須進(jìn)行更換。鋼筋綁扎好后底面及側(cè)面擱置保護(hù)層塑料墊塊,厚度為設(shè)計(jì)保護(hù)層厚度,墊塊間距不得大于1000mm(視設(shè)計(jì)鋼筋直徑確定),以防出現(xiàn)露筋的質(zhì)量通病。( 3)模板鋼筋綁扎及相關(guān)專業(yè)施工完成后立即進(jìn)行模板安裝,模板采用小鋼?;蚰灸?,利用架子管或木方加固。錐形基礎(chǔ)坡度,30。 時(shí), 采

34、用斜模板支護(hù),利用螺栓與底板鋼筋拉緊,防止上浮,模板上部設(shè)透氣及振搗孔,坡度w30。時(shí),利用鋼絲網(wǎng)(間距30cm)防止混凝土下墜,上口設(shè)井子木控制鋼筋位置。不得用重物沖擊模板,不準(zhǔn)在吊幫的模板上搭設(shè)腳手架,保證模板的牢固和嚴(yán)密。( 4)混凝土澆筑混凝土應(yīng)分層連續(xù)進(jìn)行,間歇時(shí)間不超過(guò)砼初凝時(shí)間,一般不超過(guò)2 小時(shí), 為保證鋼筋位置正確,先澆一層5lOcm 厚砼固定鋼筋。臺(tái)階型基礎(chǔ)每一臺(tái)階高度整體澆搗,每澆完一臺(tái)階停頓o5 小時(shí)待其下沉,再澆上一層。分層下料,每層厚度為振動(dòng)棒的有效振動(dòng)長(zhǎng)度。防止由于下料過(guò)厚,振搗不實(shí)或漏振,吊幫的根部砂漿涌出等原因造成蜂窩、麻面或孔洞。采用插入式振搗器,插人的間距

35、不大于作用半徑的 1. 5倍。上層振搗棒插入下層35cm。盡量避免碰撞預(yù)埋件、預(yù)埋螺栓,防止預(yù)埋件移位。(5)混凝土養(yǎng)護(hù)已澆筑完的混凝土,應(yīng)在 12h 左右覆蓋和澆水。一般常溫養(yǎng)護(hù)不得少于7 晝夜, 特種混凝土養(yǎng)護(hù)不得少于14 晝夜。 養(yǎng)護(hù)設(shè)專人檢查落實(shí),防止由于養(yǎng)護(hù)不及時(shí),造成混凝土表面裂縫。( 6)模板拆除側(cè)面模板在混凝土強(qiáng)度能保證其棱角不因拆模板而受損壞時(shí)方可拆模,拆模前設(shè)專人檢查混凝土強(qiáng)度,拆除時(shí)采用撬棍從一側(cè)順序拆除,不得采用大錘砸或撬棍亂撬,以免造成混凝士棱角破壞。二)主體結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工方法1、模板施工方法( 1 )矩形柱模施工a.柱模組合:本工程柱模采用18mm 厚 木膠 模板,要

46、arried out in采用18mm厚多層模板(正反面及切口處均涂刷兩遍 BD01環(huán)氧保護(hù)劑) 拼制方柱定型組合模板,背楞采用100X 100mm方木、方木需經(jīng)壓刨找平方正后方可使用a. 柱模夾具柱箍采用100X 100mm方木(單面刨光),每400mm 一道,最底一層距地面 300mm。其板塊與板塊豎向接縫處理,做成企口式拼接,然后加柱箍、支撐體系將柱固定。支撐采用(f)48X 3.5mm架子管剛性支撐。B 柱模校正柱模的校正一般采用線錘和鋼卷尺進(jìn)行:通排柱,先裝兩端柱,經(jīng)校正、固定、拉通線校正中間各柱。模板按柱子大小,預(yù)拼成一面一片(一面的一邊帶一個(gè)角模),或兩面一片,就位后先用鉛絲與主
