11、l villages, urba nand ruralarea s improve.HighwayUPS蓄電池檢測(cè)維護(hù)方案在ups電源中，廣泛使用的是無需維護(hù)的密封式鉛酸蓄電池，由于蓄電池故障引起電源不能正常工作也占有很大的比重.正確對(duì)蓄電池組的維護(hù)保養(yǎng) 是延長(zhǎng)UPS蓄電池組使用壽命的關(guān)鍵.。蓄電池都會(huì)有 自放電現(xiàn)象(SELF-DISCHARGE),如果長(zhǎng)期放置不用，會(huì)使能量 損失掉,因此需定期進(jìn)行充放電。工程人員可以通過測(cè)量電池開路電壓來判斷電池的好壞，以12V電池為例，若開路電壓高于12.5V,則 表示電池儲(chǔ)能還有80%以上，若開路電壓低于12.5V,則應(yīng)該立刻進(jìn) 行補(bǔ)充充電，若開路電壓低

12、于12V,則表示電池存儲(chǔ)電能不到20%,電池有不堪使用之虞。免維護(hù)電池由于采用吸收式電解液系統(tǒng)，在正常使用時(shí)不會(huì)產(chǎn)生任何氣體，但是如果用戶使用不當(dāng)，造成電池過充電，就會(huì)產(chǎn)生氣體，此時(shí)電池內(nèi)壓就會(huì)增大,會(huì)將電池上的壓力閥頂開，嚴(yán)重的會(huì)使電池鼓漲、變形、漏液甚至破裂，這些現(xiàn)象都可以從外觀上判斷出來,如發(fā)現(xiàn)上述情況應(yīng)立即更換電池。為此,應(yīng)做到:1、嚴(yán)禁對(duì)UPS電源的蓄電池組過電流充電，因?yàn)檫^電流充電容易造成電池內(nèi)部的正、負(fù)極板彎曲,板表面的活性物質(zhì)脫落,造成蓄電池可供使用容量下降,以致?lián)p壞蓄電池.2、嚴(yán)禁對(duì)UPS電源的蓄電池組過電壓充電，因?yàn)檫^電壓充電會(huì)造成蓄電池中的電解液所含的水被電解成氫和氧而逸

47、用內(nèi)部充電回路對(duì)蓄電池進(jìn)行飽和充電了。11、 保持適當(dāng)?shù)沫h(huán)境溫度。影響蓄電池壽命的重要因素是環(huán)境溫度，一般電池生產(chǎn)廠家要求的最佳環(huán)境溫度是在20c25c之間。雖然溫度的升高對(duì)電池放電能力有所提高，但付出的代價(jià)卻是電池的壽命大大縮短。據(jù)試驗(yàn)測(cè)定，環(huán)境溫度一旦超過25，每升高10，電池的壽命就要縮短一半。目前 UPS所用的蓄電池一般都是閥控式密封鉛酸蓄電池，這在電池生產(chǎn)廠家要求的環(huán)境下才能達(dá)到。達(dá)不到規(guī)定的環(huán)境要求，其壽命的長(zhǎng)短就有很大的差異。另外，環(huán)境溫度的提高，會(huì)導(dǎo)致電池內(nèi)部化學(xué)活性增強(qiáng)，從而產(chǎn)生大量的熱能，又會(huì)反過來促使周圍環(huán)境溫度升高，這種惡性循環(huán)，會(huì)加速縮短電池的壽命。12、定期充電放電
