15、作規(guī)程4.1操作步驟 4.1.1電子天平4.1.1.1打開(kāi)電源;4.1.1.2按下標(biāo)定開(kāi)關(guān)(即Tare鍵);4.1.1.3放上需標(biāo)定的砝碼待顯示屏出現(xiàn)所要標(biāo)定的質(zhì)量時(shí)即可取下砝碼;4.1.1.4將稱(chēng)量的試樣放在天平上,待數(shù)字不再變動(dòng)時(shí)即可記下讀數(shù);4.1.1.5如還需測(cè)量下一個(gè)試樣的質(zhì)量時(shí)則需要清零,然后再稱(chēng)量;4.1.1.6試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,關(guān)閉天平的電源再將托盤(pán)擦拭干凈。4.2注意事項(xiàng)4.2.1操作人員需要熟悉試驗(yàn)操作規(guī)程,能熟練操作儀器方可進(jìn)行本試驗(yàn);5. 試驗(yàn)/檢測(cè)工作程序5.1試驗(yàn)準(zhǔn)備 5.1.1設(shè)備有效性檢查:試驗(yàn)前先檢查電子天平、游標(biāo)卡尺、瀝青砼集料篩是否在使用有效期范圍內(nèi)。如果在使用
16、有效期范圍內(nèi),可繼續(xù)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn);如果不在范圍內(nèi),通知設(shè)備管理員進(jìn)行設(shè)備檢定。5.1.2儀器設(shè)備準(zhǔn)備5.1.2.1調(diào)平天平:將天平平放在操作臺(tái)上,看水準(zhǔn)氣泡是否居中,如果不居中,調(diào)節(jié)天平下方的角螺旋,直至水準(zhǔn)氣泡居中為止;5.1.2.2校核天平:取一個(gè)砝碼放置在已經(jīng)清零的天平上,看天平顯示的讀數(shù)是否與砝碼的質(zhì)量一致,如果一致即可進(jìn)入下一步試驗(yàn),如果不一致要對(duì)天平進(jìn)行校核。校核方法為:接通天平電源,按下校核按鈕,將一套總質(zhì)量為5000g的砝碼迅速的全部放上天平,待數(shù)據(jù)顯示為5000g即可。 調(diào)平天平 校核天平5.1.2.3檢檢查游標(biāo)卡尺是否能正常使用。5.1.2.4經(jīng)檢查,若試驗(yàn)主檢設(shè)備能正常使用,

18、800g, 對(duì)粒徑大于9.5mm每份不小于1200,且試樣數(shù)量不少于100顆。 粒徑9.5mm 粒徑4.75mm-9.5mm每份樣品需放上樣品標(biāo)簽,標(biāo)明樣品編號(hào),并根據(jù)試驗(yàn)狀態(tài)在樣品標(biāo)簽上標(biāo)明“在檢”或“已檢”。 標(biāo)明樣品編號(hào)、試驗(yàn)狀態(tài)5.2試驗(yàn)步驟 5.2.1按現(xiàn)行集料隨機(jī)取樣的方法,采集集料試樣;5.2.2 將試樣平攤于桌面上,首先用目測(cè)挑出接近立方體的符合要求的顆粒,剩下可能屬于針狀和片狀的顆粒;5.2.3 將欲測(cè)量的顆粒放在桌面上成一穩(wěn)定的狀態(tài),顆粒平面方向的尺寸l>b,用卡尺逐顆測(cè)量石料的長(zhǎng)度l,寬度b及厚度t(tbl),將l/t3的顆粒(即最大長(zhǎng)度方向與最大厚度方向的尺寸之比
19、大于3的顆粒)分別挑出作為針片狀顆粒。稱(chēng)取針片狀顆粒的質(zhì)量,準(zhǔn)確至0.1g。 非針片狀顆粒針片狀顆粒稱(chēng)取針片狀顆粒的質(zhì)量5.3樣品處理及衛(wèi)生要求5.3.1試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,將剩余試驗(yàn)樣品放置到樣品區(qū)留存,并且將標(biāo)簽上“已檢”一欄劃“”;檢查試驗(yàn)主檢設(shè)備,若無(wú)異常,將設(shè)備使用記錄“使用后”一欄填寫(xiě)“正常”,并完整填寫(xiě)使用記錄;5.3.2稱(chēng)完集料后將天平托盤(pán)擦拭干凈;5.3.3試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中保持地面、儀器的潔凈;5.3.4試驗(yàn)完成后,電子天平、游標(biāo)卡尺擦拭干凈,并放到指定位置。將游標(biāo)卡尺放入盒中保存6. 安全注意事項(xiàng)6.1試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中須穿著工作服,佩戴手套;6.2接觸高溫物品時(shí)必須戴好干燥的隔熱手套;6.3試
20、驗(yàn)過(guò)程中,人員在儀器未關(guān)閉的情況下,禁止離開(kāi);6.4試驗(yàn)完畢后,應(yīng)關(guān)閉儀器電源,下班后應(yīng)切斷總電源。7. 數(shù)據(jù)處理7.1試驗(yàn)結(jié)果計(jì)算7.1.1計(jì)算公式:按下式計(jì)算針片狀顆粒含量,準(zhǔn)確至0.1%。 式中 針片狀顆粒含量,; 試驗(yàn)用的集料總質(zhì)量,g;針片狀顆粒的質(zhì)量,g。7.1.2試驗(yàn)要平行測(cè)定兩次,計(jì)算兩次結(jié)果的平均值。如果兩次結(jié)果之差小于平均值的20%,取平均值為試驗(yàn)值;如大于或等于20%,則本次試驗(yàn)作廢,重新取樣進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。7.2出具報(bào)告7.2.1根據(jù)委托信息、原始記錄進(jìn)行報(bào)告編制。7.2.2報(bào)告送審核人員進(jìn)行審核、簽字。7.2.3報(bào)告送批準(zhǔn)人員進(jìn)行審核、簽字。7.2.4報(bào)告復(fù)印、蓋章,進(jìn)行存
21、檔。7.3數(shù)據(jù)處理規(guī)定7.3.1有效數(shù)字7.3.1.1(末)的概念:所謂(末)指的是任何一個(gè)數(shù)最末一位數(shù)字對(duì)應(yīng)的單位量值。7.3.1.2有效數(shù)字:任何一個(gè)數(shù)通過(guò)位數(shù)截取都可得到一個(gè)近似數(shù),該近似數(shù)的絕對(duì)誤差的模小于0.5(末)時(shí),從左邊第一個(gè)非零數(shù)字算起,直到最末尾為止的所有數(shù)字。7.3.2近似數(shù)運(yùn)算7.3.2.1加、減運(yùn)算參加加減運(yùn)算時(shí)以各數(shù)中(末)最大的數(shù)為準(zhǔn),其余的數(shù)均比它多保留一位,多余位數(shù)舍去。計(jì)算結(jié)果的(末)應(yīng)與參與運(yùn)算的數(shù)中(末)最大的那個(gè)數(shù)相同。若計(jì)算尚需參與下一步運(yùn)算,則可多保留一位。例如:18.3+1.4546+0.876=18.3+1.45+0.88=20.6320.6如
22、是最后計(jì)算結(jié)果,取20.6;若尚需參與下一步運(yùn)算,取20.63。7.3.2.2乘、除運(yùn)算參與數(shù)的乘除運(yùn)算時(shí),以有效數(shù)字最少的數(shù)為準(zhǔn),其余的數(shù)均較之多保留一位。運(yùn)算結(jié)果(積或商)的有效數(shù)字位數(shù),應(yīng)與參與運(yùn)算的數(shù)中有效數(shù)字位數(shù)最少的那個(gè)數(shù)相同。若計(jì)算結(jié)果尚需參與下一步運(yùn)算,則有效數(shù)字可多取一位。例如: 1.1m×0.3268 m×0.10300 m =1.1 m×0.327 m×0.103 m =0.0370 m30.037 m3運(yùn)算結(jié)果為0.037 m3。若需參與下一步運(yùn)算,則取0.0370 m3。7.3.3數(shù)字修約確定數(shù)字的修約間隔k(1、2、5)和有效數(shù)字位數(shù)后按下列方法進(jìn)行:修約間隔整數(shù)倍數(shù)的一系列(修約數(shù)的上一個(gè)至下一個(gè)即可)數(shù)中,最接近擬修約數(shù)的數(shù)則為修約數(shù)。如1.150001按0.1修約間隔(0.1表明k=1,及1位小數(shù)),相臨修約數(shù)有:1.2、1.1,兩數(shù)中1.2最接近1.150001,故1.2為修約數(shù)。如果修約間隔整數(shù)倍數(shù)的一系列數(shù)中,有連續(xù)兩個(gè)數(shù)同等地接近擬修約數(shù),則兩個(gè)數(shù)中只有為修約間隔偶數(shù)倍的數(shù)才是修約數(shù)。8. 測(cè)量不確定度8.1數(shù)學(xué)模型:確定被測(cè)量Qe與輸入量m1、m0 的函數(shù)關(guān)系式: 式中 Qe針片狀顆粒含量, m0試
