3、e the best title for a certain paragraph.That kind of questions requires the readercan organize what they read into a wholistic one and try to connect major hints from each relative paragraph of the passage.During that process,wide and broaden viewshould be emphasized rather than deepening analyzing
4、.In addition,humanistic reading materials tend to show concrete context full of interesting or relaxed plot,which requires more imagination or humor.Those characteristics,which are mentioned above,are what field dependent individuals like and excellent in.Nevertheless,field independent lose their ad
5、vantages in humanistic reading tasks,because they are good at separating the total text into some parts,or even into single word.They perform a bottom-up mode while they are reading,SO that they spend too much time perceiving,abstracting or analyzing smaller parts of the materials,and unfortunately,they ignore the wholistic thinking.They find it difficult for them to generalize the main idea out of a relatively long passage.Then it is obvious to see that detailed drill is not enough to deal with humanistic reading tasks.
