2、.3. 保養(yǎng)周期：Maintenance period:1.3.1. 每季度常規(guī)檢查，三副與水手長共同檢查，內(nèi)容為站室鋼瓶操縱裝置、通風(fēng)裝置、 通訊設(shè)備及聲、光報警裝置。Routine examination, to be carried out by 3/0 and bosun, items are as follow cylinder control device, ventilating device, communications equipment and sound and light alarm device.1.3.2. 所有管路每2年用壓力0.5Mpa空氣作暢通試驗；每 45

3、年進行試驗壓力至少為 0.7Mpa氣密試驗；瓶頭閥至分配閥箱的管段每 810年進行壓力為11.8Mpa的液壓 試驗；管路液壓試驗后，應(yīng)將流體排除干凈。All piping to be carried out the blowing off test with 0.5Mpa compressed air every 2 years interval, air tightness test to be carried out with 0.7Mpa compressed air every 4-5 years interval, hydraulic test of the pipe between

7、紅色標志。There should be obvious red sign in fire station, and the door should be locked, the 3/0 keeps the key, the chief officer keeps the false key, the emergency key is stored in the closed box nearby the fire station, and the box is lided by glass to take out the key easily, the key box should have

8、 obvious big red marks.1.4.1.2. 滅火站內(nèi)清潔干燥， 照明充足并應(yīng)設(shè)有應(yīng)急照明和船舶電話 （無電話時， 進入人員應(yīng)攜帶對講機并預(yù)先約好聯(lián)系人），通風(fēng)良好，溫度應(yīng)在045 C之間，注意防凍與降溫。The fire station shoule be clean and dry, lighting adequate and be equipped with emergency lighting and marine telephone （person entered should carry intercom and appoint contacts in advan

9、ee when there is no phone）, well ventilated and the temperature should between 0-45 °C , and pay attention to freeze and cooling.1.4.1.3. 站內(nèi)不得堆放與本站無關(guān)的雜物。The irrelevant sundry should not be staeked within the station.1.4.1.4. 站內(nèi)應(yīng)設(shè)有準確的大型（CO2）系統(tǒng)圖：各分路閥、總閥、控制閥標牌清楚完好； 開關(guān)標志明顯；施放說明準確、簡要；施放手柄與報警器（機艙內(nèi)聲、光

10、報警三分鐘)聯(lián)動有效。There should be a large (CO2) system diagram in the sttation: each shunt valve, main valve, control valve scutcheon should be clear and intact, switch logo is obvious; the discharge introductions is accurate and briefly, the release handle and alarm (sound and light keep alarming three mi

11、nutes in the engine room) should be linkage effective.1.4.2. 鋼瓶： Cylinder:1.4.2.1. 鋼瓶外觀無銹、油漆完好。Appearance of cylinder should be no rust and paint intact.1.4.2.2. 鋼瓶水壓試驗在有效期內(nèi)，證書有效。Keep the certificate valid and cylinder hydrostatic test within the period of validity.1.4.2.3. 鋼瓶內(nèi)滅火劑充裝率不應(yīng)大于 0.67kg/l 。T

12、he cylinder charging ratio of fire extinguishing agent should not be greater than 0.67 kg/l.1.4.2.4. 所有二氧化碳鋼瓶每二年應(yīng)進行稱重檢查 (或液面測量) 。若每瓶 CO2 的凈重減少 原重的 10%時，應(yīng)予填充?？倻p少量小于最大一個被保護艙室需要量的5%時，可同意暫不充灌；但空瓶一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)，應(yīng)拆下試壓并充灌。All carbon dioxide cylinders should undertake weighting inspection every two years (or liquid l

13、evel measurement). If each bottle CO2 net weight reduced to 10% of the original weight, it is to be refilled. When total reduction is smaller than 5% of the maximum protected cabin requirement, it is allowed not filling temporary, but the empty bottle was once found, it is to be removed and refilled

14、 after pressure test. 檢測應(yīng)請專業(yè)單位進行，三副監(jiān)測，證書交船長保管，公司機務(wù)部保管副本一份。We should ask professional unit to test, third officer monitoring, certificate kept by the the captain, and company maintenance department keep a copy of the certificate.1.4.2.5. 垂直放置，各瓶鍘刀軸高度相等且處于同一垂直平面。Place in vertical, each bottle pole sha

15、ft height is equal and in the same vertical plane.1.4.3. 操縱裝置： Operating device:1.4.3.1. 瓶頭閥無松動、變形。Bottle head valve without loosing, deformation.1.4.3.2. 瓶頭閥鉸刀無斷折缺損，刀處于退足狀態(tài)，刀頭與鍍層膜片距離3mm 。Bottle head valve reamer without break and defects, knife is fully folded, the reamer head is apart 3mm from the

16、 coating diaphragm.1.4.3.3. 瓶頭閥手柄： 各手柄上拉索固定孔與鉸刀鈾之間距離相等， 與鉸刀軸連接牢固， 止 動螺釘深入鉸刀軸且上緊，各手柄與重垂成60°，轉(zhuǎn)動范圍不少于 120°，各手柄平行。Bottle head valve handle: the distance between guy fixing hole on each handles and reamer shaft is equal, and the fixing holes link firm with the reamer shaft, stop screw in-depth

18、.5. 導(dǎo)向滑輪：底座牢固，無松動，轉(zhuǎn)動靈活(注意加油) 。Leading pulley: base is firm, no looseness, rotate easily (note oil it).1.4.3.6. 驅(qū)動氣瓶：壓力充足，閥頭刀活絡(luò)有效，驅(qū)動氣缸內(nèi)活塞密封良好、活絡(luò)有效。Driven gas cylinder: the pressure is sufficient, head of valve knife activate effectively, innerpiston of driven cylinder seals good and moves effectively

19、.1.4.4. 管系： Pipe system1.4.4.1. 總閥、分路閥、開關(guān)方向標志鮮明，閥開關(guān)活絡(luò)。Sign of main valve, shunt valve, switch direction should be distinct, valve switch should be flexible.1.4.4.2. 噴嘴應(yīng)為黃銅制品，防變形、防堵塞、霧化片完好。Nozzle should be brass products, prevent deformation and blocking, atomization slice is intact.1.4.4.3. 管道無嚴重銹蝕，

20、 紅色油漆鮮明。 若須修理， 只可用螺紋連接不可焊接， 或整根換 新。There is no serious corrosion on piping, paint the pipe with bright red paint. If it need to be repaired, should only be threaded connections or ren ewed, un weldable.1.5. 保養(yǎng)記錄： Maintenance record:1.5.1. 三副應(yīng)記錄每個鋼瓶的水壓試驗期限，對不符合要求的，應(yīng)及時提請換新。3/0 shall be recorded each c

23、in the major chronicle column of log, sent to the maintenance department for filing, and written in ship maintenance repair log sheets.1.6. 證明：Certificatio n:CO2鋼瓶換新時，三副必須檢驗鋼瓶上的鋼印，確認三個月內(nèi)做過壓力試驗，并有瓶 內(nèi)滅火劑足夠數(shù)量的證明，否則退瓶。When renew the CO2 steel cylinders, third officer must verify the steel seal on the cy

24、linder, con firm pressure testi ng has bee n done with in three mon ths, and have qua ntity certificati on of sufficie nt ext in guisher in the cyli nder, or refund it.2. 手提式、推車式滅火器保養(yǎng)須知Portable, cart type exti nguisher maintenance guideli nes2.1. 保養(yǎng)周期：手提式滅火機(輕水泡沫)、推車式泡沫滅火器每三個月檢查一次。修船后大風(fēng)浪之后和重大節(jié)假日之前，以

25、及發(fā)生火警之后均應(yīng)進行一次保養(yǎng)。Maintenance period: check the portable ext in guisher (light-water foam), cart type foam fire ext in guisher every three mon ths. 26、e prescribed requirements of classification society.2.2.2. 存放：位置及其編號應(yīng)做到，標志清晰，有固定的存放架，防止搖動傾斜和撞擊。 周圍通道暢通，以便提取使用，不應(yīng)有妨礙提取之物。防止過熱或曝曬，泡沫滅火 器防曬、防凍。Storage: positi on and its nu mbers should be marked clearly, there should be fixed storage rack to preve nt shake n tilt ing and impact. 28、dirt, shell without rusty spot, and sig ns are dist inct.2.2.4. 釋放裝置：噴嘴暢通，保險銷無銹，活絡(luò)。Release device: no zzle un blocked, Safety pin is flexible without rust.2.2.5. 滅火劑：Extin guisha nt:2.2.5.1. CO2滅火器的凈重不低于原標準的90%，泡沫液在有效期內(nèi)。Net weight of CO2 fire ext in guisher is not less tha n 90% of the origi nal sta

29、 ndard, foam fluid should be with in the valid period.2.2.5.2. 有壓力表者，壓力表指針不得低于綠色區(qū)域。For which equipme nt has pressure gauges, the in dicator should not be lower tha n the gree n area.2.2.5.3. 使用過的滅火器，不論滅火劑是否用完，均應(yīng)以新的滅火器替換，或重新填充滅火劑。The used fire ext in guisher, no matter whether the fire-ext in guisher

30、 chemical has bee n run out, should be replaced with new fire ext in guisher or refilled.2.2.6. 保養(yǎng)卡完整，清潔，填寫規(guī)范。Maintenance cards should be complete, clean, filled normatively.2.3. 保養(yǎng)記錄： Maintenance record:2.3.1. 每只滅火器上的保養(yǎng)記錄卡，記錄該滅火器的歷次檢查日期，劑量及保養(yǎng)人。Maintenance record card on each fire exti nguisher, rec

33、清點數(shù)量，核對編號及位置。Count qua ntity, check the nu mber and locati on.2.4.1.2. 統(tǒng)一檢查貯存、外觀、保養(yǎng)記錄卡。Uniformly check storage, appeara nee and maintenance record card.2.4.1.3. 抽查滅火劑量(手提或稱量，查看壓力表等)。Selectively exam ine fire-ext in guishi ng doses (portable or weigh ing, check pressure gauge, etc.).2.4.2. 檢查執(zhí)行情況及檢查結(jié)

34、果，列入安全活動日項目之一。Check the performa nee and test results, list it in the safety Campaig n day items.3. 常用消防防護裝備保養(yǎng)須知Com mon fire protecti on equipme nt maintenance guideli nes3.1. 消防員裝備 Fireman ' s outfits3.1.1. 消防員裝備平時應(yīng)放在干燥、通風(fēng)處，防止霉變、生銹，每一個月進行一次檢查， 確保清潔、光亮完好。Fireman ' s outfits usually must be k

35、ept in dry and ventilated place, prevent mildew, rust, check it each month to en sure it clea n, smooth.3.1.2. 安全帶、安全鉤應(yīng)三個有拉力載荷檢查；如發(fā)現(xiàn)破損或受高溫、明火、強酸堿等腐 蝕，應(yīng)及時換新；若有污垢應(yīng)用溫水肥皂擦洗，再用清水漂凈晾干，但不允許浸入 沸水及爆曬火烤。Safety belt and safety hook should pass three tension load in spect ion; If discover the damaged or corrosi

40、4.1. 檢查維護標準In spect ion and maintenance sta ndards4.1.1. 救生艇須處于隨時可用狀態(tài)。平時應(yīng)注意認真檢查和養(yǎng)護。除經(jīng)常性外觀檢查外， 還應(yīng)：The lifeboats must be practicable. Usually we should pay attention to the inspection and maintenance. Besides regular outside in specti on, still should:4.1.1.1. 救生艇及屬具應(yīng)建立專門帳冊，對艇的屬具要每一個月詳細檢查一次，短缺補充，不合格者予

41、以換新，并做好記錄。Specialized books must be established for the lifeboat and appurtenances, the appurtenances should do a detailed exam in ati on once every mon th, compleme nt for them if shortages, renew the one is not qualified, and make records.4.1.12 對帆布及纖維制品要常晾曬，防止霉爛。Often dry can vas and fibre produc

43、ti on to an ti-freez ing whe n the temperature below 0 °C .4.1.1.5. 每半年抽查干糧一次，發(fā)現(xiàn)變質(zhì)及時更換。Make a selective exam in ati on for dry food once every six mon ths, timely renew it if it was metamorphic.4.1.1.6. 每年用橙黃色油漆艇內(nèi)外。Paint the boat in side and outside with orange paint every year.4.1.1.7. 吊艇架應(yīng)做好除

44、銹涂油工作，每季度應(yīng)檢查轉(zhuǎn)動部門的靈活性。Do derusting and greasing work for boat davit, quarterly check the flexibility of rotating element.4.1.1.8. 吊艇索每月的檢查必須記錄在值班日志中，如有變質(zhì)應(yīng)及時換新。在不超過5年的使用期內(nèi)，也必須換新。Boat fall monthly inspection must be recorded on duty log, promptly renew it if it was metamorphic. 47、engine han dbrake shall be effective and reliable.4.1.1.12. 救生艇降落到水面后，脫鉤裝置應(yīng)可靠和迅速。Release gear must be reliable and fast after lifeboat lowered to water surface,.4.1.1.13. 吊艇架底座與艇甲板的連接應(yīng)牢固。The conn ecti on betweee n boat davit base and boat deck should be stable.4.1.1.14. 吊艇架限位器應(yīng)有效和可靠，以防吊艇索受到過度的應(yīng)力。Boa

48、t davit limit switches should be effective and reliable, to aga inst the wire rope overload.4.1.1.15. 艇甲板應(yīng)保持整潔，禁止亂堆其他物品。Boat deck should be n eat and clea n, prohibit stack ing sun dries.4.1.1.16. 不使用時，也應(yīng)檢查艇的固定是否良好，設(shè)備是否處于正常狀態(tài)。Check the fixation of boat when not in use and keep the boats in good orde

49、r.4.1.2. 救生艇機裝置 Lifeboat engine4.1.2.1. 始終處于立即可用狀態(tài)。Always be practicable4.1.2.2. 每周進行啟動，正、倒車換向試驗并記錄。Weekly do startup, ahead and astern commutation test and record.4.1.2.3. 及時補充燃油并泄放油柜殘水。Refill fuel oil and drain the residual water in the oil tank in time.4.1.2.4. 充電變壓器每季測量輸出電壓，螺絲緊固，無異常聲響，充電控制箱水密良好。

50、Quarterly measure the output voltage of charging transformer, fasten the screw, no abnormal sound, and the watertight of charging control box is in good condition.4.1.3. 救生筏的維護檢修Repair and maintenance of life raft4.1.3.1. 經(jīng)常進行外觀檢查， 特別注意靜水壓力釋放器是否處于正常狀態(tài)； 系筏繩索是否系 牢， 有無損壞； 索具螺旋扣是否旋緊， 首纜及薄弱環(huán)是否系牢， 降落設(shè)備是否正

52、al available or not.4.1.3.2. 注意氣脹筏容器水密狀況， 防止海水、 雨水打進并積在容器里， 使筏體霉爛、 屬具 損壞。Pay attention to inflatable liferaft container watertight condition, to prevent seawater and rainwater get into, accumulate in the container and make the raft and the attachments mildew and rot.4.1.3.3. 使用氣脹筏時，乘員只能穿軟底鞋。使用刀子、魚鉤、

53、開罐頭器等要特別小心，不 能割壞浮胎或篷柱，以免漏氣。When use the inflatable liferaft, the crew can only wear soft shoes. Be especially careful to use knives, hooks, can opener, etc. to prevent air leakage by cuting the float tire or awnings pillar.4.1.3.4. 氣脹筏及靜水壓力釋放器不超過 12 個月應(yīng)由認可的檢修站進行檢修。Inflatable rafts and hydrostatic re

55、ecord.5.2. 效用試驗時，在最高位置的消防栓上應(yīng)能維護兩股射程不少于 12 米的水柱或消防栓 處的壓力達 0.28 MPa 。When doing function test, both of fire hydrants at the highest should be able to maintain two shares water columns not less than 12 m or the pressure upto 0.28Mpa at position of the hydrants.6. 應(yīng)急供電設(shè)備保養(yǎng)須知Emergency power supply equipm

56、ent and maintenance instructions6.1. 應(yīng)急發(fā)電機柴油機組： Emergency Generator Set:6.1.1. 始終處于立即可用狀態(tài)，每周效用試驗并記錄。Always immediately practicable, and do function test every week and record.6.1.2. 每周起動試驗并記錄，及時補充燃油和機油并泄放燃油柜的凝結(jié)水。Starting test and record every week, refill fuel oil and LO, drain the residual water in

57、 the oil tank in time.6.1.3. 保證低溫起動性能。 (在零度時應(yīng)有冷機起動能力。 )To ensure low-temperature starting performance.
