1、景觀類畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)開題報(bào)告1、課題背景介紹臨沂市位于山東省東南部，素有“山東南大門”之稱，下轄3區(qū)9縣，面積1。72萬(wàn)平方公里，人口1000萬(wàn)，是山東省面積最大、人口最多的行政區(qū)。臨沂城水資源豐富，縱貫?zāi)媳钡囊屎?、柳青河、青龍河和橫穿東西的祊河、涑河等5條河流在中心城區(qū)交匯，位于臨沂城區(qū)段的沂河橡膠壩長(zhǎng)1248米，為世界之最，已被列入世界吉尼斯記錄，上游形成的沂蒙湖水面130萬(wàn)平方米，湖水碧波蕩漾，面積相當(dāng)于兩個(gè)杭州西湖，2001年被國(guó)家水利部評(píng)定為國(guó)家級(jí)水利風(fēng)景區(qū)。過去由于只注重工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，城市建設(shè)和環(huán)境保護(hù)等工作被忽略，市區(qū)濱河地段雜草叢生，1片荒蕪;挖沙船到處挖沙，使河邊變得坑坑洼洼，臟

2、亂不堪;1些不法單位拉來(lái)建筑垃圾傾倒在沂河及涑河沿岸的堤壩上，許多工廠將廢水也排放到河里，使河水變得渾濁不堪，污染嚴(yán)重，無(wú)法飲用。不少居民也將生活垃圾傾倒在這里，使河邊變成了垃圾場(chǎng)，1到夏天，熏人的氣味撲面而來(lái)，嚴(yán)重影響了居民的生活和城市形象。為了適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，擴(kuò)大城市建設(shè)規(guī)模，合理利用充足的水資源，同時(shí)改善人們的生活環(huán)境，提升城市品位，臨沂市政府決定投入巨沂資規(guī)劃建設(shè)臨市區(qū)內(nèi)的濱河區(qū)域。2、課題擬設(shè)計(jì)研究的主要內(nèi)容、實(shí)驗(yàn)方案在上述情況的影響下，我這次所報(bào)的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)課題為“臨沂市沂河沿岸(局部)景觀設(shè)計(jì)”，所以濱水空間的規(guī)劃、綠化和景觀設(shè)計(jì)是這次課題設(shè)計(jì)研究的主要內(nèi)容。水是人們生活中必不可少

3、因素，自古以來(lái)就被賦予多種屬性，被當(dāng)作理想人格的的1種象征，使得其在性、情、景、意交融中充滿了生命的靈性;在中國(guó)古代文化中，水逐漸成為1種根源性的隱喻，是代表自然與城市“合1”的最好模型。可以說水是古代除了封建禮制以外，對(duì)城市規(guī)劃特色形成起作用的最重要的因素。其作用從飲用、灌溉、運(yùn)輸發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在的提供活動(dòng)、景觀的載體，故濱水空間的性質(zhì)也在不斷變化。在全球化背景下，我國(guó)當(dāng)前進(jìn)入快速城市化階段，城市建設(shè)也陷入了不斷趨同、特色危機(jī)重重的窘境;在工業(yè)化時(shí)期幾近湮滅的水的特性再次成為刺激城市生命力的重要因素。因此在這次設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)充分利用城市與水的“骨架”與“血肉”關(guān)系，因地制宜，融合水與空間、文化的時(shí)空聯(lián)系

4、，塑造出城市的特色與個(gè)性，使城市綠化面積擴(kuò)大，景觀更加秀麗宜人，市區(qū)環(huán)境質(zhì)量得到全面改善，最終形成“水在城中游，城在水中立，水體與綠地相互依托并融為1體的豐富多彩的、富有地方特色的濱水生態(tài)城市”而貢獻(xiàn)1份力量。實(shí)驗(yàn)方案：通過對(duì)課題所涉及的地區(qū)進(jìn)行實(shí)地測(cè)量考察，以及搜集查閱相關(guān)資料，對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的方案進(jìn)行綜合嚴(yán)密的驗(yàn)證。從設(shè)計(jì)理念、設(shè)計(jì)原則、風(fēng)水分析、構(gòu)圖分析、植物配置幾大方面展開工作，并在老師的指導(dǎo)下設(shè)計(jì)出合理的方案。設(shè)計(jì)理念：沂河貫穿臨沂市區(qū)，是離城市公共密集地區(qū)較近的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)之1，是城市向鄉(xiāng)村延伸，鄉(xiāng)村向城市滲透的區(qū)域，這種滲透體現(xiàn)的是1種人與自然的對(duì)話，在本方案中，以人與自然的和諧統(tǒng)1為設(shè)計(jì)理

5、念。設(shè)計(jì)原則：A、生態(tài)原則：維持沂河生態(tài)環(huán)境是進(jìn)行城市建設(shè)的基本門檻。B、適應(yīng)自然和社會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng)周期的原則：關(guān)注人的活動(dòng)周期和季節(jié)變化，創(chuàng)造出適應(yīng)季節(jié)變化的景觀。C、經(jīng)濟(jì)原則：通過設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)環(huán)境的改造，創(chuàng)造更舒適的生活環(huán)境，實(shí)現(xiàn)其使用價(jià)值，同時(shí)也帶動(dòng)周圍的土地升值。風(fēng)水分析：風(fēng)水上講究，曲生吉，直生煞，在本方案中，以曲線(主路)來(lái)化解直線帶來(lái)的煞氣。構(gòu)圖分析：本方案設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)地段位于沂河和其最大支流枋河交匯處，河道比較彎曲，因此在設(shè)計(jì)中，以北斗7星為主構(gòu)圖元素，根據(jù)人文和地理將其分為3個(gè)區(qū)域：A區(qū)：古文化區(qū)，臨沂市是1座歷史悠久的城市。古稱瑯琊，距今已有2400年歷史。聞名中外的漢代帛畫和孫子兵法、孫臏

6、兵法竹簡(jiǎn)等，就出土在臨沂市銀雀山下。我國(guó)許多歷史文化名人，如春秋時(shí)期的曾子、子路，戰(zhàn)國(guó)時(shí)期的荀況，東漢珠算發(fā)明家劉洪，西漢經(jīng)學(xué)家匡衡，3國(guó)時(shí)期著名軍事家諸葛亮，東晉書圣王羲之，南北朝文藝批評(píng)家劉勰，唐代書法家顏真卿等，有的出生于此，有的在這里生活過，都留下了難以湮滅的印跡。B區(qū)：自然生態(tài)區(qū)，以沂河自然風(fēng)光為主題，以生態(tài)親水公園為中心，形成適合休閑娛樂的場(chǎng)所。C區(qū)：沂蒙革命精神區(qū)，臨沂市是著名的革命老區(qū)。革命戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)年代，沂蒙人民為抗擊外來(lái)侵略和中國(guó)革命的勝利作出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)和犧牲，3萬(wàn)沂蒙的優(yōu)秀兒女獻(xiàn)身疆場(chǎng)。車輪滾滾的支前隊(duì)伍、送子送郎參軍的動(dòng)人場(chǎng)面、紅嫂的感人故事、名垂青史的臺(tái)兒莊戰(zhàn)役、孟良崮戰(zhàn)

7、役記下了這1段光榮的革命業(yè)績(jī)。植物配置：從人性化、鄉(xiāng)土性、生態(tài)原則3方面進(jìn)行植物配置。3、相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述中國(guó)建材出版社出版，湯振寧編著的城市河道景觀設(shè)計(jì)1書，以大量實(shí)景照片向我們展示了北京，上海，韓國(guó)等地的1些優(yōu)秀河道景觀設(shè)計(jì)，本書內(nèi)1些優(yōu)秀設(shè)計(jì)作品的作者分別為具有豐富施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)和設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的專業(yè)人士，使該書具有很好的實(shí)用價(jià)值，同時(shí)該書也具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性和前瞻性，給我這次所做的課題提供了很多的參考。上林國(guó)際文化有限公司編著，華中科技大學(xué)出版社出版的濱水區(qū)域景觀規(guī)劃1書，挑選了如“廣州市番禹區(qū)橋河河兩岸城市設(shè)計(jì)”，“海南洋浦經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)濱海生活服務(wù)區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)”等34個(gè)典型濱水區(qū)域，對(duì)照其不同的設(shè)計(jì)思路歷程，

8、闡述了濱水景觀規(guī)劃的設(shè)計(jì)著眼點(diǎn)。從不同角度，不同細(xì)節(jié)的解析，使我對(duì)濱水景觀設(shè)計(jì)有了更全面的認(rèn)識(shí)。比如該書中強(qiáng)調(diào)的人體工程學(xué)、環(huán)境心理學(xué)、審美心理學(xué)等要素，因此在這次設(shè)計(jì)中、使我深入地去了解人們的生理特點(diǎn)、行為心理和視覺感受等方面對(duì)景觀的設(shè)計(jì)要求，以便于做出更好的設(shè)計(jì)。上海人民美術(shù)出版社出版，沈蔚、李竹等編著室外環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)1書介紹了環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)這門涉及生態(tài)、園林、建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)、材料、城市規(guī)劃等領(lǐng)域的綜合性邊緣學(xué)科，它的實(shí)質(zhì)是以現(xiàn)實(shí)條件和自然環(huán)境為基礎(chǔ)，人性化地對(duì)環(huán)境進(jìn)行科學(xué)和藝術(shù)改善及創(chuàng)造，使之更適應(yīng)于人們生活、工作和休閑等各種社會(huì)生活和人文交流，有益于人們的身心健康和社會(huì)的文明進(jìn)步。閱讀該書使

9、我了解了景觀設(shè)計(jì)的元素、手法、進(jìn)行的基本程序、表達(dá)的方法，以及設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)施，盡可能實(shí)現(xiàn)它的功能性、藝術(shù)觀賞性、科學(xué)合理性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性。通過學(xué)習(xí)和研究此書，使我對(duì)景觀設(shè)計(jì)有了更專業(yè)的認(rèn)識(shí)。化學(xué)工業(yè)出版社出版，盧新海、楊祖達(dá)編著的園林規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)介紹了園林設(shè)計(jì)的要素、方法、步驟等具體的內(nèi)容。內(nèi)容包括中外園林、園林設(shè)計(jì)的基本理論、園林設(shè)計(jì)的原則與依據(jù)、園林設(shè)計(jì)的依據(jù)，園林設(shè)計(jì)的依據(jù)、構(gòu)成要素的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)及各類綠地的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)。其中我國(guó)古典園林創(chuàng)作的優(yōu)秀手法，布局形式，依據(jù)與原則等給我的設(shè)計(jì)帶來(lái)很大的啟發(fā)。4、預(yù)期成果實(shí)施這1工程將使城市綠化面積擴(kuò)大，景觀更加秀麗宜人，很好地改善市區(qū)人們生活環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀，整體上提升臨

12、為今后的實(shí)際工作做出必要的準(zhǔn)備。相關(guān)研究動(dòng)態(tài)：辦公樓建筑的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)：圍繞著綠色生態(tài)和節(jié)能的主題，建筑形態(tài)會(huì)更加多樣化，功能構(gòu)成會(huì)更加豐富，更加強(qiáng)調(diào)人性化和令人身心愉悅的空間環(huán)境創(chuàng)造。政府行政辦公樓與其他辦公樓一樣，設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)充分考慮適應(yīng)性、靈活性、高效性和人性化的設(shè)計(jì)理念，以充分展示建筑功能與建筑形象的親和力與開放性，做到人及建筑與環(huán)境的和諧共處、永續(xù)發(fā)展，創(chuàng)造親切宜人的建筑形象和舒適自然的辦公環(huán)境。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展，生態(tài)主義、智能化、人性化、個(gè)性化、現(xiàn)代化、功能復(fù)合化辦公建筑的設(shè)計(jì)理念將是今后現(xiàn)代辦公樓的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。課題的主要內(nèi)容(觀點(diǎn))、創(chuàng)新之處：課題項(xiàng)目：邵陽(yáng)市財(cái)政局辦公樓設(shè)計(jì)，主體采用框架結(jié)
