16、p before installation.1 Clean the pipeline before installation. Because any smudginess may damage the valve sealing surface, even prevent the valve normal close and open, so make sure any dirt, metal debris, welding slag etc. in the pipline is cleared before installation. .2To check valve type, tag

17、no. size, pressure, temperature, safety class etc. according to the lay-out drawing before installation.3 To check valve nameplate content ensure valve type, connection size, flange size, valve material, operating temperature, applicable media meet the processing condition. .4 Valve appearance and c

18、leanliness examination before installation: a. Clear and fixed marking; b. Valve body two ends are well sealed before installation, no rust and smudginess inside the body; c. No mechanical damage; d. No pollution.5 Throw or drop is forbidden during the handling and installation.1.3.2 Installation Re

22、PERATION DETAILS2.1 Valve First or After Maintenance Operation 2.1.1 Check valve processing pressure, flow, temperature accordingly before put into operation.2.1.2 There are often smudginess such as welding beads, metal shavings, burr etc. deposited in the system pipeline when valve first or after m

23、aintenance operation, so care should be taken when clean these smudginess, especially to protect the valve seat and float ball2.2Normal Operation2.2.1 Medium flows into the valve body, according to the principle of buoyancy, the float valve body lifting movement with the water level so changes the o

24、pening and closing of valves, working as a drain blocking air role.2.2.2 Automatic emptying means, such as if valves is not in normal state in the work process, remove the air vent on the cover to release, so that the discharge the air out the valve, and then tighten the drain plug, enable the valve

25、 to resume normal work .2.2.3Ex-work commissioning has been made according to customer requirement, installed and ready for operating.2.2.4 After product put into normal operation, users just check the indicated input pressure stable and output pressure indicated accordingly or not. Equipment should be placed on the shelf or plate. The area should be cleaned regularly.Valves and spare parts shou

Finished products warehouse, stacked in open area is prohibited.3.4.4 CleanCleaned before ex-work. Users can open and put valve into operation directly.3.4.5 Special requirement for storage

36、, transportation and isolation3.4.5.1 Transportationa) Opening transport: it can be chosen when this transportation would not damage the equipment. Flame-retardant waterproof tarpaulin covers should be used at necessary conditions. Internal air circulation in the waterproof cover should be ensured t

37、o prevent water condensation.b) Closed transport: if equipment not suitable for opening transport, closed transport should be chosen.c) It is necessary to prevent injury and burr during the transportation, rough handling is prohibited. d) It is necessary to prevent pollution during the transportatio

38、n according to relevant provisions e) Packaging layer, plug covers should in intact after loading and uploading, or should be replaced. StorageUnless acceptance inspection is required, the packed or maintainable equipment should be kept original condition until the end of storage period. (Cover and

39、plug should stay in place). Restore the packaging and protective layer after inspection finished. The packaging outermost layer should have signs or marks which stated word: Do not open the package before the final inspection. a) Stainless steel equipment shall not contact with carbon steel or conta

42、aintenance requirement3.5.1 Daily Maintenancea) Regular maintenance should be taken after valve operation, and examine if the sealing surface, gasket in well condition or aging; If failure conditions are found, valve should be repaired or replaced promptly. Valve should be reassembled and readjusted

43、 if whole valve has been replaced.b) During the normal operation of drain valve, it is required to check if the input pressure indicated value conform to the processing ones, besides, examine the leakage of gasket and connection parts, if leaks occurs, it should be fastened or replaced at once. c) I

44、f the condensation of the media will lead to affect the valves performance, users should adopt appropriate measures to assess the degree of condensation of such media, or to replace other types of valves.3.5.2 Preventive MaintenanceIt is recommended every week maintenance for the equipment, and main

45、ly check-up the internal and external leakage, and replace gasket at necessary condition.3.5.3 Regular TestNA3.5.4 Disassembly Maintenance.1Disassemble valve partsDisassembly method(see pic 2) Avoid physical injury caused by sudden pressure leakage. It is required to cut off and discharge the pressu

46、re between the valve and tubes carefully before disassembly;First outfall drain plug unscrew sewage drained. Then unscrew the valve cover 10 centering 14 and drain seat 13 connected to the body and bonnet nut wrench 12 unscrew attendant can remove the valve cover 10 and the valve cover gasket 9. Hole Collar removed from the valve chamber, and come up with filter 8 float turn unscrew the valve body of the plug and locking screw, then remove the seat 5.All parts must be cleaning and inspe
