5、 Types of ZJA Slurry Pump PAGEREF _Toc187799982 h 14Annex C Driving Patterns of Pump一、概述1.Overview1、本系列渣漿泵系高效節(jié)能、單級(jí)、單吸、懸臂式離心泵,用來輸送含有固體顆粒的磨蝕性或腐蝕性漿體。廣泛用電力、礦山、冶金、煤炭、建材、化工、食品、水利及污水處理等行業(yè)。其固液混合體的最大重量濃度:灰漿為45%,礦漿為60%。1)This series of slurry pumps are energy-efficient, single-stage, single-suction and cantil

6、ever centrifugal pumps. They are intended to convey abrasive or corrosive slurry containing solid particles and extensively applied in such fields as electrical power, mines, metallurgy, coals, construction materials, chemicals, foods, water conservancy and wastewater treatment. The solid-liquid mix

7、ture is subject to a maximum weight concentration of 45% for mortar and 60% for slurry.2、本系列泵有50多個(gè)基本型號(hào),通過變速可獲得300多種性能供用戶選擇。2)This series of pumps are available in over 50 basic models, and even in 300 types of performance via alteration of speeds.3、過流部件材質(zhì)應(yīng)根據(jù)輸送漿體的物理(顆粒組成、粒徑、形狀、硬度、濃度)和化學(xué)(酸、堿、油)特性而定。(各

8、種材質(zhì)及特點(diǎn)可通過附錄1查得)3)The material of wetted parts shall be determined by the (particle compositions, particle size, shape, hardness and concentration) and chemical (acid, alkali and oil) characteristics of the slurry conveyed. (For materials and characteristics, please refer to Annex A)4、泵的傳動(dòng)方式有直聯(lián)傳動(dòng)和皮帶傳

9、動(dòng)兩種形式,共分為DC、HC、CR、CL、ZV、CV等多種方式。(詳見附錄3)從原動(dòng)機(jī)方向看,泵為順時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。4)The pumps may be directly driven or belt-driven, generally available in DC, HC, CR, CL, ZV and CV modes. (See Annex C). Based on the turning direction of the prime motor, the pump rotates clockwise二、特點(diǎn)2.Characteristics針對(duì)渣漿泵的三大技術(shù)難題:壽命短、密封難、能耗

10、大,我廠通過技術(shù)攻關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)制造了獨(dú)具特點(diǎn)的ZJA及ZJLA系列兩相流渣漿泵。由于兩相流渣漿泵的水利設(shè)計(jì)充分考慮了固液流場(chǎng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)情況,所以在渣漿輸送時(shí)能保持良好的性能。其技術(shù)特點(diǎn)如下:The slurry pump is faced with three technical challenges, i.e. short in service life, difficult in sealing and high in energy consumption. We have developed and made two-phase-flow ZJA and ZJLA slurry pumps wit

11、h unique characteristics. As the hydraulic design of the two-phase-flow slurry pump gives full consideration to the motion of solid-liquid flow field, the pump maintains good performance during slurry conveyance. This series of pumps have the following technical characteristics: (1)高效節(jié)能:一般的雜質(zhì)泵輸送漿體時(shí),

12、其效率總是下降的,而且濃度越高,粒徑越大,降低的幅度也越大。而二相流渣漿泵輸送漿體時(shí),其效率一般高于清水。這是因?yàn)楸玫乃υO(shè)計(jì)是以固液二相流場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)的,對(duì)清水和渣漿的輸送來講,更適應(yīng)渣漿的輸送。這一降一升,二相流泵的運(yùn)行效率提高了310%。所以二相流泵具有新的能量轉(zhuǎn)換規(guī)律。(1)Cost efficient: Common impurity pumps always show a downtrend of efficiency when conveying slurry. Higher concentration and larger particle size result in sharpe

13、r decrease in efficiency. However, the two-phase-flow slurry pump transfers slurry at a higher efficiency than dealing with clean water, for the hydraulic design of the pump is based on the solid-liquid flow field, which is more suitable for slurry than clean water. Hence, the two-phase-flow pump in

14、creases the efficiency by 310%. Thus the two-phase-flow pump shows a new feature of energy conversion. (2)耐磨蝕、使用壽命延長(zhǎng):一般雜質(zhì)泵輸送漿體時(shí),固體發(fā)生的主要是撞擊磨損,水泵的汽蝕性能隨著流量的加大而惡化。而二相流渣漿泵的流道設(shè)計(jì)符合固體流場(chǎng)的變化規(guī)律,固體沿著葉輪型線運(yùn)動(dòng),葉輪發(fā)生的主要是磨擦磨損,泵的汽蝕性能隨著流量的加大變化比較平穩(wěn),所以二相流泵具有新的磨損規(guī)律。在同樣條件下,二相流泵的使用壽命比一般雜質(zhì)泵長(zhǎng)13倍。(2)Corrosion resistant and long

15、 service life: When the common immunity pump transfers slurry, the solids contained will primarily cause impact wear, and the cavitation of pump will deteriorate as the flow increases. The flow passage of the two-phase-flow slurry pump is design to match the feature of solid flow field. The solids m

16、oves along the profile of impeller, which is mainly subjected to abrasive wear, while the cavitation performance of the pump maintains stable as the flow increase. So the two-phase-flow pump has a new wear feature. Under the same conditions, the two-phase-flow pump is 13 times longer in service life

17、 than common impurity pumps. (3)節(jié)水,適合高濃度輸送:一般的雜質(zhì)泵,隨著漿體濃度的提高,性能逐漸惡化。而二相流泵的水力設(shè)計(jì)充分考慮了固體(包括濃度、粒徑、形狀等)的運(yùn)動(dòng)情況,在輸送高濃度(一般重量濃度G可達(dá)6070%)渣漿時(shí)仍具有良好的水力性能,滿足工藝流程對(duì)高濃度的要求。故二相流泵適合輸送高濃度漿體的要求。(3)Low in water consumption and suitable for high-concentration conveyance: Common impurity pumps deteriorate in performance as t

18、he slurry concentration increases. The hydraulic design of the two-phase-flow pump gives full consideration to the motion of solids (including concentration, particle size and shape), allows for excellent hydraulic performance when conveying high-concentration (generally with a weight concentration

19、G of 60-70%) slurry and meet process requirements on high concentration. 21、能和速度能并流經(jīng)蝸殼到排液口時(shí),部分速度能將轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殪o壓力能。當(dāng)漿體從葉輪拋出時(shí),葉輪中心形成低壓區(qū),于是漿體不斷的被吸入,并以一定的壓力排出。This series of slurry pump is of centrifugal type. When the prime motor drives the pump shaft and impeller to rotate, the slurry starts circular motion along the impeller and gets thrown outwards from the impeller center due to t

22、he centrifugal force. Part of the speed energy is converted to static pressure energy when the slurry gains pressure energy and speed energy and flows through the spiral case to the drain port. A low-pressure area is created when the slurry is thrown away from the impeller, the slurry around will be

23、 sucked in continuously and drained under a certain pressure.五、結(jié)構(gòu)說明(見圖一)5.Description of Construction (See Fig. 1)1、本系列渣漿泵系可分為:泵頭部件、軸封部件和傳動(dòng)部件。2、泵頭部件:This series of pump consists of head parts, shaft seal parts and driving parts. Head parts:ZJA型渣漿泵為雙泵殼結(jié)構(gòu),即前、后泵殼帶有可更換的金屬內(nèi)襯,包括前、后護(hù)板、護(hù)套、葉輪。前、后泵殼為垂直中開結(jié)構(gòu),其材

24、質(zhì)分別采用普通灰口鑄鐵、球墨鑄鐵或鑄鋼。前后泵殼用螺栓連接,后泵殼有止口與托架連接,泵的吐出口一般可按八個(gè)方位360度旋轉(zhuǎn),葉輪前后蓋板帶有背葉片,以減少泄漏,提高泵的使用壽命和效率,ZJA型泵葉輪與軸為螺紋連接,這樣拆裝方便些。The ZJA slurry pump is double-cased, i.e. the front and rear cases are provided with replaceable metallic linings, including front and rear protective boards, sleeves and impeller. The

25、front and rear cases are vertically spit and made of grey cast iron, ductile iron or cast steel. The front and rear cases are bolted. The rear case is provided with rabbet and bracket connections. The outlet of pump can rotate for 360 degree to eight directions. The front and rear cover plates of th

26、e impeller are provided with back vanes to reduce leakage and improve service life and efficiency. The ZJA pump impeller is thread-connected with the shaft to allow convenient installation and removal. 3、軸封部件:(密封形式詳見附錄2)軸封有填料密封和機(jī)械密封兩種形式:Shaft seal parts (For the type of seal, please see Annex B)The

27、shaft seals are divided into packing seals and mechanical seals:(1)填料軸封:這種軸封結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,維護(hù)方便,使用范圍廣,但須用軸封水,對(duì)于泵吸上使用工況,必須使用填料軸封。(2)機(jī)械密封:具有無泄漏、可靠性高,適于輸送貴重、有毒或強(qiáng)腐蝕性漿體。Packing seal: It is simple in structure, easy to maintain, and widely used. But the shaft seal water is always required. The packing seal must be

28、used in the case of suction condition. Mechanical seal: It is free of leakage, highly reliable and suitable for conveying valuable, poisonous or strongly corrosive slurry. 4、傳動(dòng)部件Driving partsZJA 型渣漿泵一般采用同一系列的傳動(dòng)部件,包括托架和軸承組件。其泵軸直徑大、剛性好、懸臂短,在惡劣的工況下也不會(huì)彎曲變形和振動(dòng),根據(jù)傳遞的功率不同,選用深溝球軸承、角接觸球軸承、普通重型單列或雙列圓錐滾子軸承。軸承采

29、用稀油潤(rùn)滑(或脂潤(rùn)滑),軸承體兩端的壓蓋、高速油封(或端蓋、迷宮套及迷宮環(huán))等,可有效地防止渣漿等污物進(jìn)入軸承,保證軸承能夠安全運(yùn)行,具有較高的壽命。The pump share is large in diameter, good in rigidity and short in cantilever. It will not vibrate or become bent under tough conditions. The deep groove ball bearing, angular contact ball bearing, or general heavy-duty singl

30、e-row or double-row tapered roller bearing will be used depending upon the specific power transmitted. The bearing is lubricated with thin oil or grease. The glands, high-speed oil seal (or end cover, labyrinth sleeve and labyrinth ring) at both ends of the bearing body effectively prevent intrusion

31、 of slurry into bearing, so as to ensure operational safety and long service life of bearing.六、裝配和拆卸6Assembly and Removal 泵在裝配前首先檢查零件有無影響裝配的缺陷,并清洗干凈,方可進(jìn)行裝配。Before assembly, check the parts for any effect that may affect assembly and properly clean them.1、軸承組件裝配Assembly of bearing components 裝配時(shí),應(yīng)預(yù)熱軸

32、承內(nèi)圈,但溫度不得超過120度,軸承內(nèi)圈必須靠緊軸肩或擋油環(huán)。During assembly, pre-heat the inner ring of bearing to a maximum temperature of 120 。The inner ring must be in close contact with the shaft shoulder or oil retainer.泵選用向心推力球軸承和滾柱軸承。兩盤推力軸承背靠背安裝以保證軸向間隙,所以泵軸向間隙不需調(diào)整。The radial thrust ball bearings and the roller bearings a

33、re used for this series of pump. Two thrust bearings are installed in a back-to-back way to ensure a proper axial clearance. So adjustment is not needed for the axial clearance of the pump. 若是脂潤(rùn)滑,軸承裝配時(shí)注意加入適量的潤(rùn)滑脂,軸承壓蓋處采用迷宮套及迷宮環(huán)密封,安裝時(shí)應(yīng)注意使迷宮環(huán)開口地直徑方向上相對(duì)布置,軸承潤(rùn)滑應(yīng)用鋰基潤(rùn)滑Sy1412-75的2#或3#或30號(hào)機(jī)油。In the case of g

34、rease lubrication, a proper amount of lubricating grease should be applied during shaft assembly. The labyrinth sleeve and labyrinth ring sealing should be provided at the shaft cover. Note that the openings of the labyrinth ring shall be arranged in the diameter line. The shaft shall be lubricated

35、with lithium base grease Sy1412-75 2# or 3# or 30# engine oil. 2、填料軸封組件的裝配:Assembly of packing seal components: 填料軸封組件包括填料箱、軸套、水封環(huán)、填料、填料壓蓋等零件。The packing seal components are packing box, shaft sleeve, water-seal ring, packing and gland. 3、機(jī)械密封的安裝3)Installation of mechanical seal安裝機(jī)械密封時(shí),將靜環(huán)和平墊預(yù)先裝在壓蓋上

36、,把壓蓋套在軸上,再把動(dòng)環(huán)、動(dòng)環(huán)座圈、彈簧、彈簧圈、擋圈、軸套依次裝在軸上,裝上葉輪,并把葉輪螺母擰緊,調(diào)整好間隙,擰緊擋圈上的兩個(gè)緊定螺釘,再卸下葉輪。When the mechanical seal is installed, place the stator ring and the plain washer on the gland, and sleeve the shaft with the gland. Then sequentially install the rotor ring, seal ring, spring, spring ring, retainer ring an

37、d shaft sleeve on the shaft. Then install the impeller, tighten the nuts of impeller, properly adjust the clearance, tighten the two screws on the retainer ring, and eventually remove the impeller.4、泵頭部件組裝4)Assembly of head parts分別在后泵殼和填料箱或減壓蓋上裝入密封圈,用后泵殼定位裝上后護(hù)板,然后再裝蝸殼,并用壓板將蝸殼壓在后泵殼上,最后裝前護(hù)板與前泵殼,并緊固泵殼螺

38、栓,緊固時(shí)應(yīng)注意使各螺栓均勻緊固,不可一次上緊。還應(yīng)注意密封件須放在正確位置上并壓緊。Install seal rings on the rear pump case and packing box or pressure relief cap, respectively. Install the rear protective board in alignment with the rear pump case, and then the spiral case. Hold the spiral case onto the rear pump case using the press pla

39、te, and finally install the front protective board and the front pump case. Tighten the pump case bolts evenly, and do not tighten any bolt in one operation. Place the seal parts on the right positions and hold tightly. 5、對(duì)于大功率軸承組件的泵帶有拆卸環(huán)、拆卸時(shí),應(yīng)先拆卸下彈簧圈,再將內(nèi)六角螺栓擰入拆卸環(huán)上的三個(gè)螺孔中,從軸上頂起拆卸的三個(gè)環(huán)塊,然后再拆卸葉輪,這樣就使拆卸葉

40、輪很容易。5)For Pumps with high-power bearing parts with removal ring, the spring ring shall be removed first, and then insert hexagon socket head cap screws into the three holes of the removal ring. Jack up the three removed ring sections from the shaft, and now it is very easy to remove the impeller.6、

41、泵拆卸順序基本上可按裝配順序反向進(jìn)行。6.The pump is disassembled in a reverse sequence against installation.七、設(shè)備安裝7.Installation of Equipment1、泵和電機(jī)的安裝Pump and Motor(a)清除底座上的油膩和污垢,把底座放在地基上。Clear the base of oil strains and dirts, and put the base on the foundation. (b)用水平儀檢查底座的水平度,允許楔鐵找平(已裝好的機(jī)組,可利用泵的出口法蘭平面檢查水平度)。Check

42、the levelness of the base using the level gauge. Wedge leveler is allowed for leveling (Any unit already installed properly may be checked for levelness at the outlet flange surface of the pump).(c)用水泥澆灌地腳螺栓孔眼。Place cement into the holes of the foundation bolts. (d)水泥干固后檢查地腳螺栓是否松動(dòng),并擰緊地腳螺栓,重新檢查水平度。Af

43、ter the cement sets, check the foundation bolts for looseness. If any, tighten the foundation bolts and re-check levelness.(e)清理底座的支持平面、泵角和電機(jī)角平面,將泵安裝在泵座上,在安裝前先用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)一下聯(lián)軸器,以證實(shí)泵內(nèi)沒有卡住或其他損壞現(xiàn)象(整套設(shè)備運(yùn)抵安裝地點(diǎn)時(shí),包裝已損壞或存放時(shí)受到潮濕,以及泵是在出廠后8個(gè)月再行安裝者,應(yīng)在安裝前全部拆開檢查清理)。電機(jī)固定在泵座上以后,應(yīng)校正電機(jī)軸和泵軸的同心度,用直尺放在聯(lián)軸器圓周上時(shí),要求在整個(gè)圓周的任何位置都與聯(lián)軸器密

44、合沒有間隙,當(dāng)聯(lián)軸器間的軸向間隙都相等的時(shí)候,則達(dá)到所要求的同心度。電機(jī)與泵軸,即使是極小的傾斜,也會(huì)引起軸承發(fā)熱和零件的過早磨損等嚴(yán)重后果,若安裝正確時(shí),當(dāng)放松填料函后,用手就能輕松的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)泵軸。Clean the supporting surface of the base as well as the surfaces of pump and motor corners. Install the pump onto the pump base. Before installation, manually rotate the coupling to ensure no blockage o

45、r damage exists in the pump (whether the package is damaged when the equipment package is delivered at the installation site, whether it is moistened during storage, or whether the pump is installed eight months after release from the factory; Unpack and make a full check before installation). After

46、 the motor is fixed on the pump base, align the concentricity of the motor shaft and the pump shaft. Place a straight scale on the circumference of the coupling, and no gap is allowed with the coupling at any point in the circumference. The desirable concentricity is achieved when the axial clearanc

47、e between the couplings remain the same. Even extremely small inclination of the motor and pump shaft will cause hot bearing, early wear of parts and other serious results. If they are properly installed, the pump shaft can be easily rotated manually when the packing box gets loose.管路安裝注意事項(xiàng)Precautio

48、ns on Pipeline Installation (a)泵的安裝高度、管路長(zhǎng)短及直徑、流速應(yīng)符合規(guī)定。(b)長(zhǎng)距離輸送時(shí)應(yīng)取較大直徑。泵的管路應(yīng)有自己的支架,不允許管路的重量加在泵上,避免把泵壓壞。(c)泵的吸入口為負(fù)壓時(shí),吸入管路上不宜安裝閘閥。The installation height, pipeline length and diameters, and flow rate shall conform to applicable codes and standards. Pipes of a large diameter shall be used for long-dista

49、nce conveyance. The pipeline for pump shall be supported separately. Do not rest the pipes on the pump, which may otherwise damage the latter. The gate valve is inadvisable on the pipeline if the suction inlet of the pump is under negative pressure. 八、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)8.Operation 1、啟動(dòng)啟動(dòng)前應(yīng)按下列步驟檢查整個(gè)機(jī)組:StartupCheck t

50、he whole unit as follows before startup: (1)泵及電機(jī)地腳螺栓應(yīng)全部擰緊,泵應(yīng)安放在牢固的基礎(chǔ)上以承受泵的全部重量并消除振動(dòng)。(2)管路和閥門應(yīng)分別支撐。有些泵的蝸殼或前護(hù)板高出法蘭是為防止損壞密封墊,此時(shí)螺栓不應(yīng)擰得太緊。(3)按泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向用手盤車,泵軸應(yīng)能帶動(dòng)葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn),且不應(yīng)有磨擦,否則應(yīng)調(diào)葉輪。All the foundation bolts of pump and motor shall be properly tightened. The pump shall be placed on a firm foundation that can

51、support the total weight and eliminate vibration of the pump. The pipes and valves shall be separately supported. The spiral case or front protective board is higher than the flange for the purpose of preventing damage to the gasket, and here the bolt cannot be over-tightened.Rotate manually towards

52、 the rotation direction of pump, and the pump shaft shall be able to drive the impeller to rotate without friction. If not, adjust the impeller.(4)檢查電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)向,必須保證泵的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)方向,絕不允許反轉(zhuǎn)否則會(huì)使葉輪螺紋脫扣,造成泵的損壞。直聯(lián)傳動(dòng)時(shí),泵軸應(yīng)精確對(duì)中,皮帶傳動(dòng)時(shí),泵軸應(yīng)與電機(jī)軸平行, 調(diào)整槽輪位置,使之與皮帶垂直,以免引起劇烈的震動(dòng)和磨損。(5)在泵的吸入口處應(yīng)裝配一段可拆卸短管,其長(zhǎng)度應(yīng)足以拆開前泵殼以便更換易損件和泵的檢修工作。Chec

Do not rotate the motor reversely, or otherwise the impeller thread may be disengaged to cause pump damage.In the case of direct drive, the pump shaft shall be precisely aligned, and the pump shaft shall maintain in parallel with the motor shaft. Adjust
