6、石化汽電聯(lián)產(chǎn)項目油罐、水箱制作的規(guī)范及要求,作為以后制作及安裝的指導,確保工程高質(zhì)量的按期完工。SCOPE范圍Thisinstructioncompliestothefabricationanderectionofoil/watertanksinCSPCNanhaiPetrochemicalsProject,Steam&PowerPlantProject(exceptingforthermalinsulationandantisepsis).本指導書適用于南海石化汽電聯(lián)產(chǎn)項目油罐、水箱的制作及安裝(不包括保溫、防腐)。RESPONSIBILITIES職責SEPCO2isresponsiblef

9、ofsurfacefinishisSaInsideshellneedanepoxylining,whiletheoutsideistobepaintedforprotection;Oiltanksarelowpressurecontainers,whichstructuralformisverticalcylindersteelweldeddomerooftank.GradeofsurfacefinishisSa2于.Insideshellrequiresafirstcoat,whileoutsiderequiresthermalinsulationafterprimer,inter-coat

18、sitebeforetheirassembly(i.e.bending,derustingbysandblastingandpaintingofshellplatesandbraces.)first,thenbetransportedtojobsiteforassembly.Reverseassemblymethodisadopted,thatistosay,tankwillbeassembledfromroofdownwardtobottom.Theerectionsequenceis:tankbottom,roofsheeting,tank,facilities,facilitiesout

19、sidethetank,andatlastrailingplatform.Theassemblyshallbedonewith25Thydraulictrackcrane,andchainfallshallbeadoptedforerection.Scaffoldsshallbebuiltbothinsideandoutsideoftankforerectionprocess.施工方案:根據(jù)油罐、水箱的施工特點和現(xiàn)場環(huán)保需要,此油罐、水箱的壁板及支撐組裝前,在安裝現(xiàn)場外的工廠內(nèi)先進行預(yù)制(即壁板及支撐的折彎、噴鋼砂除銹及油漆),再運輸?shù)桨惭b現(xiàn)場進行組裝,組裝時采用倒裝法,也就是自罐頂?shù)降装宓难b

25、nks.Learntheusageandbasicworkingprincipleofoil/watertank.Makecleartechnicalstandard&requirementandprimaryconstructionworkloadaccordingtotheacceptancespecification.Intheeventanymisunderstandingormistakeonthedrawingsisdiscovered,theproblemshallbereportedandsolvedbeforeconstruction.熟悉圖紙,組織有關(guān)人員進行圖紙會審。重點

26、審核油罐及水箱的整體尺寸及連接點尺寸,弄清油罐及水箱用途及基本工作原理,并且對照驗收規(guī)范,弄清技術(shù)標準及要求和主要工程量,圖紙設(shè)計不清或錯誤,應(yīng)及時反映,落實清楚后方可施工。Organizetherelatederectingpersonneltoprovidetechnologydelivery.Projectsummarization,timelimit,primaryconstructionworkload,primarytechnologyrequirements,constructionspecificationsandstandards,constructionprocessand

27、methods,theproblemstowhichparticularattentionshallbepaid,keypointsofthedrawingsandqualitycontrollingpointandsafetyprecautionsshallbeinterpreted.組織有關(guān)安裝人員進行技術(shù)交底。交代工程概況、施工工期及主要工程量;交代主要技術(shù)要求和執(zhí)行的規(guī)程規(guī)范及標準;交代施工順序及施工方法,指出應(yīng)注意的問題和有關(guān)處理方法;指出圖紙中的關(guān)鍵之處,指出質(zhì)量控制點;交代安全注意事項等。Compiletoolingmaterialplanandstarttostock.編制工裝

31、ankwalls筒壁提升專用工具設(shè)計制作。Designandfabricationofspecialsupportforshellplatesarrangement壁板放置專用支架設(shè)計制作。Designandfabricationofspecialtoolingsystemforsettlingtankwallsreinforcingringsintoplace筒壁加強環(huán)就位專用工裝設(shè)計制作。Materialsinspectionbeforeenteringthefactory材料入場檢驗Carbonsteelplatesandsectionsshallconformtotheaccepted

32、standardsofthecountriesinwhichthetanksaretobefabricatedorthesteelistoberolled.碳鋼板和附件應(yīng)符合儲罐的制作和鋼板卷制的國家驗收標準。Thesteelshallcontainnotmorethan0.23%carbon,0.05%sulphurand0.05%phosphorus.鋼材中各成分含量CW0.23%,SW0.05%,PW0.05%。Thesteelshallhaveaguaranteedminimumultimatetensilestrengthofatleast363N/mm2andamaximumult

33、imatetensilestrengthofnotmorethan510N/mm2.Thesteelshallhaveaguaranteedyieldstrengthofatleast206N/mm2.Thesteelshallhaveanelongationnotlessthan22%.鋼材應(yīng)保證最小極限抗拉強度至少為363N/mm2且最大極限抗拉強度不超過510N/mm2,屈服強度至少為206N/mm2,不小于22%的延展性。Tankshellplatesandbottomannularplatesshalldisplayadequatenotchtoughness,asshownbelo

37、nestraighttempletshallbeusedtotesttheconvexandconcavecurvatureoftankbottomandwall,withlengthnolessthan1m.直線樣板一個:用于檢查罐底和罐壁的凸凹度,其長度不小于1米。Templetshallbemadeof6=0.75mmgalvanizedsheetiron.樣板用6=0.75mm鍍鋅鐵皮制成。TANKSBOTTOMPLATEPREFABRICATION罐底板預(yù)制Alignmentdrawingsshallbemadeaccordingtothedesignrequirementsanda

38、ctualspecificationsofsteelplatesbeforebottomplateprefabrication.Diameteroftheplateshouldbeamplifiedby0.1%0.2%ofdesigneddiameterinordertocompensateweldshrinkofbottomplate.(Conecurvatureofbottomplatehasbeentakenintoconsideration).底板預(yù)制前應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)計要求及實際鋼板規(guī)格繪制排板圖,排板直徑宜按設(shè)計直徑放大0.1%0.2%,以補償?shù)装宓暮附邮湛s(此已考慮了底板的錐度)。Acc

39、ordingtothealignmentdrawings,asemiautomaticcuttingmachineshallbeusedforcuttingplates.Thecuttingmachinecanalsobeusedtomakegrooveinarcannularplates.按照排版圖,用半自動切割機進行下料,對于弓形邊緣板應(yīng)用半自動切割機打坡口。Afterfinishedcuttingplates,hoistthebottomplateontoanabrasiveconveyerbeltforremovingrust.將下好的底板,吊至拋丸機傳送帶上,進入拋丸機拋丸除銹。Bl

40、owawaydustandironpowderonsteelplatesafterbeingprocessedinanabrasivebyusinganair-compressor.利用空壓機壓力風,吹凈拋丸后鋼板上的塵土及鐵粉。Tankbottomshallbespraypaintedwithzinc-richepoxyprimerbyusingtheairlesssprayequipment.Dryfilmthicknessshallbe25um.利用無氣噴吐機對罐底噴底漆,底漆為環(huán)氧富鋅底漆,干膜厚度為25um。Checkofdryfilmthicknessshallcomplywith

41、GB50205-2001CODEFORACCEPTANCEOFCONSTRUCTIONQUALITYOFSTEELSTRUCTURES.Dryfilmthicknessshallbecheckedwithdryfilmthicknessmeter.Eachcomponentforexamining5places,everywhereis3averagevalueofdryfilmthicknessformutuallybeingapartfrom50mmmeasuringpoints.干膜厚度的測量遵循GB50205-2001鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范。利用干膜測厚儀檢查油漆干膜厚度。每個構(gòu)件

42、檢測5處,每處的數(shù)值為3個相距50mm測點涂層干漆厚度的平均值。Paintingshallnotbepermittedintheareaof50mmaroundtheweldinglineonbottomplate.底板的現(xiàn)場焊接焊縫周圍50mm范圍內(nèi)不允許刷漆。Bottomplateswillbenumberedaccordingtoalignmentdrawingsafterpainthasbeendriedadequately.Numberingmethodisasfollowing:Tanknumberpluserectionsequencenumber.待油漆充分干燥后,按照排版圖對

43、底板進行編號,具體編號方式如下:儲罐編號+安裝序號Bottomplatesshallbepiledupandtransportedaccordingtoerectionsequenceafteritsnumbering.編號完畢后,按照安裝順序擺放、運輸。Inequableclearancesshallbeadoptedforbuttjointsinarchedannularplates.Outboardclearanceshallbe6-7mmwhileinboardclearanceshallbe8-12mm.弓形邊緣板的對接接頭,宜采用不等間隙。外側(cè)間隙宜為67mm;內(nèi)側(cè)間隙宜為812m

44、m。Widthofbottomcenterplateshallnotbelessthan1000mmandlengthshallnotbelessthan2000mm.中幅板的寬度不得小于1000mm;長度不得小于2000mm;Distancebetweenanytwoadjacentweldinglinesinbottomplatesshallnotbelessthan200mm.底板任意相鄰焊縫之間的距離,不得小于200mm。Deviationofdimensiontoleranceofarchedannularplatesshallbeinaccordancewithrequiremen

48、atesshallberecordedandtabbedaccordingtoarrangementandparts;allplatesshallbepiledupin-orderforeasyerection.所有鋼板下料時應(yīng)按層次,部位做好記錄并標號,堆放時應(yīng)按安裝順序放之,以便安裝就位。Lineoutfigureonsteelplatesaccordingtoalignmentdrawingstomaketheirdimension(diagonal,lengthetc.)tocomplywithrequirements.Makegroovewithasemiautomaticcutte

49、raftertheplateshavebeencheckedup.按照排版圖,在鋼板放樣劃線,使其對角線及長寬等尺寸符合規(guī)范要求,校驗合格后用半自動切割機下料打坡口。Rollsteelplateswitharollingmachineandtheradianshallbecheckedreferringtoanarctemplettomakesureitcanmeetrequirementsindrawings.利用卷扳機卷板,弧度利用弧形樣板檢查,使其符合圖紙要求。Straightedgeofthickplatesshallbecutwithasemiautomaticcutterafter

50、rolling.Andgrooveshallbemademanually.較厚壁板卷制后,其直邊部分,用自動切割機割除,并用手工打坡口。Grooveofthinplatesshallbemadewithasemiautomaticcutterbeforereeling.Andthentheplateswillbeprocessedonareelingmachinetobendtheiredgestoarequiredradianbyusinganarctemplet.較薄壁板,卷制前先用半自動切割機打坡口,然后在卷板機上利用弧形模板,將鋼板兩端卷成所需弧度。Havingbeenrolled,t

51、heplateswillbeliftedontoanabratorconveyerbeltforremovingrust.將卷制好的壁板,吊至拋丸機傳送帶上,進入拋丸機拋丸除銹。Blowawaydustandironpowderonsteelplatesafterbeingprocessedinanabrasivebyusinganair-compressor.利用空壓機壓力風,吹凈拋丸后鋼板上的塵土及鐵粉。Shellplatesshallbespraypaintedwithprimerbyusingtheairlesssprayequipment.Afterdryfilmthicknesso

52、fprimercoatreachesto75um,inner-coatwillbeaddedtoathicknessof75umafteritisdry.利用無氣噴吐機噴底漆,待底漆干燥且干膜厚度達到75um后,再噴中間漆,并使中間漆干燥后,干膜厚度達到75um。Dryfilmthicknessshallbecheckedwithdryfilmthicknessmeter.Eachcomponentforexamining5places,everywhereis3averagevalueofdryfilmthicknessformutuallybeingapartfrom50mmmeasuri

53、ngpoints.利用干膜測厚儀檢查油漆干膜厚度。每個構(gòu)件檢測5處,每處的數(shù)值為3個相距50mm測點涂層干漆厚度的平均值。Paintingshallnotbepermittedintheareaof50mmaroundtheweldinglineonshellplate.壁板的現(xiàn)場焊接焊縫周圍50mm范圍內(nèi)不允許刷漆。Shellplateswillbenumberedaccordingtoalignmentdrawingsafterpainthasbeendriedadequately.Numberingmethodisasfollowing:Tanknumberplusshellcourse

54、numberplusringerectionsequencenumber.待油漆充分干燥后,按照排版圖對壁板進行編號,具體編號方式如下:儲罐編號+壁板層編號+環(huán)向安裝序號Shellplatesshallbepiledupandtransportedaccordingtoerectionsequenceandshallbeputonspecialmoldinsealedvehiclesduringtransportationtomakethemfirmandreliable.編號完畢后,按照安裝順序擺放、運輸,壁板運輸時,放置專用mold上,然后封車,使其牢固可靠。Alllongitudinal
