1、- 10 -設(shè)計心理學教學大綱課程代碼074102611課程名稱設(shè)計心理學英文名稱Outline of Design Psychology課程類別專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課課程性質(zhì)必修學時總學時:32學時學分2.0開課學期第四學期開課單位設(shè)計學院適用專業(yè)工業(yè)設(shè)計授課語言中文授課先修課程無畢業(yè)要求(專業(yè)培養(yǎng)能力)NO1、2、10課程培養(yǎng)學生的能力(教學目標)完成課程后,學生將具備以下能力:(1)使用心理學方法進行設(shè)計調(diào)查。(2)建立用戶模型。(3)良好的溝通能力。課程簡介 該課程是工業(yè)設(shè)計專業(yè)的一門重要的學科基礎(chǔ)課程。其目的是通過學習設(shè)計心理學,使學生了解并初步掌握設(shè)計心理學的基本理論,在此基礎(chǔ)上,學習建立以人

2、為本的人機系統(tǒng)設(shè)計思想與設(shè)計方法。該方法的基本設(shè)計過程包括的步驟:用戶調(diào)查,建立用戶模型,制定設(shè)計指南,建立可用性標準與測試方法。本課程只要求學生完成這一設(shè)計過程的第一階段工作(用戶調(diào)查)的學習及訓練。要求學生結(jié)合實際,自己尋找選擇一個人機界面的設(shè)計課題,通過學習完成用戶調(diào)查。教學內(nèi)容與學時分配(一)心理學概述 2學時1、教學內(nèi)容和要求(1)本課程的目的;(2)了解什么是心理學;心理學發(fā)展的簡史;心理學的應用范圍;(3)理解什么是設(shè)計心理學;學習設(shè)計心理學的意義和作用2、重點與難點 重點:什么是心理學、設(shè)計心理學及其應用 難點:心理學和設(shè)計心理學的概念及其內(nèi)涵(二)使用動機與操作行動 6學時

3、1、教學內(nèi)容和要求(1)理解并掌握“用戶的價值”概念;(2)用戶的需要;了解馬斯洛的需要理論、奴丁的匱乏理論、韋伯的社會分層理論,了解掌握需要的四個基本因素,理解使用需要及其內(nèi)涵,學習制定調(diào)查用戶需要問題提綱(3)了解“社會核心價值觀念”對使用心理的影響(4)了解和解讀用戶的操作行動;(5)能力;清楚理解什么是能力,能力的差異分類,能力與智力的區(qū)別;(6)使用動機調(diào)查;理解掌握什么是動機,什么是使用動機,如何調(diào)查使用動機;2、實踐環(huán)節(jié)(1學時)(1)由第一學生學習課題小組講第6節(jié),老師做評價、總結(jié)3、重點與難點 重點:價值,核心價值,用戶價值,用戶需要,能力,動機 難點:價值、能力、動機的理解

4、;用戶需要問題提綱的制定;(三)知覺與知覺行動 9學時1、教學內(nèi)容和要求(1)知覺;理解什么是知覺,把握其概念內(nèi)涵;(2) 注意;理解什么是知覺,把握其概念內(nèi)涵;(3)用戶的知覺特性;了解人的知覺能力及其特性;并基于此思考如何根據(jù)這些 特性確立設(shè)計的指標;(4)知覺行動;解讀知覺行動的概念及其特性,了解知覺行動有哪些心理過程,如何依據(jù)這些知識指導知覺工具的設(shè)計。(5) 技能動作特性;了解什么是技能動作,它有哪些特性以及動作的結(jié)構(gòu)及控制;(6) 技能行為;了解什么是技能行為,學習技能的過程及其需要的能力;(7) 汽車駕駛行為(8) 汽車駕駛思維工作量模型(9) 手動操作產(chǎn)品設(shè)計;了解手動操作產(chǎn)品

5、設(shè)計的問題和改進的方向。2、實踐環(huán)節(jié)(2學時)(1)學生作案例分析報告(四組各十分鐘):通過觀察和思考某個產(chǎn)品的操作過程,分析需要哪些知覺?這些知覺發(fā)生在什么時候、什么位置,關(guān)注什么信息?(2)學生學習報告(四組各十分鐘):兩個小組講第(7)小結(jié),另兩個小組講第(8小節(jié)),老師做評講和總結(jié);3、重點與難點 重點:知覺,知覺特性,知覺行動,技能行為,學習技能的過程,觀察用戶操作產(chǎn)品時的知覺過程; 難點:對知覺、注意的理解,對知覺特性及技能行為關(guān)系在設(shè)計中的應用;(四)認知與認知行動 8學時1、教學內(nèi)容和要求(1)認知;理解什么是認知及其特點,了解如何按照人的認知規(guī)律指導設(shè)計;(2)記憶;了解什么

6、是記憶、記憶的機制及規(guī)律;(3)知識表達;了解知識的分類及知識的表達形式;(4)思維;了解什么是思維,人的思維的基本特性,以及其如何指導我們的設(shè)計;(5)探索發(fā)現(xiàn)式思維;了解什么是探索式思維及其方式,并試圖發(fā)現(xiàn)新的探索思維方式;(6)含義與理解;了解符號學,符號的種類,含義的理解與表達(7)詞語和圖標設(shè)計及常見的問題(8)規(guī)則行為與知識行為2、實踐環(huán)節(jié)(2學時)(1)學生學習報告(二組各二十分鐘);將班上的一半的學生再分成兩組,每組都課前都扎實學習第(7)節(jié)并備課,課上兩組各派一名代表來講解這一節(jié),然后老師評價總結(jié);(2)學生學習報告(二組各二十分鐘);將班上的一半的學生再分成兩組,每組都課前

(2) Build user model.(3) Good communication ability.Course DescriptionThe course is an important basic course for industrial design specialty. The goal of the course is to make students know and initia

12、lly master the basic theory of design psychology through learning design psychology, on this basis, the course makes students learn to build human-oriented design ideas and design methods of man-machine system. The basic design process of the method comprises the steps of user investigation, buildin

13、g user model, formulating design guidelines, establishing usability standards and testing methods. The course only requires students to finish the learning and training of the first stage of work of the design process (user investigation). The course requires students to combine the reality, select

(5) Characteristics of action skills; know what are action skills, what characteristics do action skills have and the structure and control of action;(6) skill-based
