1、 太原理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)用紙i 摘 要 人力資源管理是一個(gè)管理問題,它主要是以監(jiān)督和考核為手段,但其目的卻是在激勵(lì)企業(yè)的團(tuán)隊(duì)去取得最佳績效。尤其是因?yàn)橹R(shí)工作者的激增,人力資源管理成了一個(gè)更熱門和艱難的研究課題。 本文首先介紹了目前國內(nèi)外ERP企業(yè)研究人力資源管理的目的和意義,以及對(duì)當(dāng)前大多數(shù)ERP企業(yè)所實(shí)施的考核原則、考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和考核方法進(jìn)行了簡單的討論和闡述。 接著,本文探討了人力資源管理管理系統(tǒng)的功能需求和設(shè)計(jì)思想。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)人力資源管理管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析,進(jìn)而對(duì)人力資源管理系統(tǒng)的功能模塊進(jìn)行劃分:人員管理、機(jī)構(gòu)管理、考核管理、考核處理。本系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)是用WEB頁面進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)考核,
2、增強(qiáng)了考核的靈活性。 此后在一定的環(huán)境下對(duì)系統(tǒng)的重要模塊進(jìn)行了模擬測(cè)試,證實(shí)了系統(tǒng)的可用性。 最后,通過對(duì)XXXX公司的人力資源管理管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)實(shí)例進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證和說明了應(yīng)用上述解決方案的可行性。關(guān)鍵詞: 人力資源管理;JSP技術(shù);數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)iiiiHuman resource management information system AbstractThe performance is management topic,It uses inspecting and inverstigating as the tool,but its purpose is to encourage the t
