6、ng:Step1. Pre-reading Look at the title and the pictures, The Ss guess what the passage talks about? The teacher guides the Ss to understand the prefixes and suffixes. ( The passage talks about how people can think of creative ways to use things that are no longer wanted.) reading readingAsk the Ss

Having finished, check the answers with the whole class by getting some Ss to answer the questions one by teacher gives some praise and

And the teacher gives some brief introduction of the terms “prefix” and “suffix”. The Ss underline the words with prefixes and check the
