2.項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程ImplementationProgress東華各產(chǎn)品組工程師在慈林醫(yī)院IT項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)的配合和協(xié)調(diào)下完成了如下工作:DHCproductengineersjointlycommittothefollowingtaskswithCilinITTeam:1)前期數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)備Preparefoundationaldata收集和整理了系統(tǒng)所需的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)資料,并導(dǎo)入系統(tǒng),形成慈林醫(yī)院的DEMO基本庫;Alreadycollectedandprocessedrequireddataandinformation,thenimportedthemintosystem,creatingafundamentalCilinDemodatabase.2)需求調(diào)研Analyzerequirements合同內(nèi)一期的43個(gè)子系統(tǒng)全部完成了交流演示與調(diào)研工作,需要差異分析報(bào)告已經(jīng)初步整理完畢;Completed43PhaseOnesubsystems’demoandonsiteresearchasrequiredbythecontract.Basicallyorganizecorrespondingvarianceanalysisreports.目前報(bào)告在審核簽字過程;Intheprocessofgettingapprovalforallrequirementsanalysisreports.對(duì)已經(jīng)確定的需要流程再造、功能完善、新功能開發(fā)的差異化需求,已遞交公司進(jìn)行開發(fā),5月份完成需求修改開發(fā)工作;FortherequirementsalreadydeliveredtoCilin:revisedworklfows,improvedfunctionalities,identifiedgapanalysisfornewfunctionstocreate.AlreadysubmittedtoDHCprogrammingteamfordevelopment;afterMayrequirementslock-downDHCwillrevisecodesaccordingtoapprovedrequirements.項(xiàng)目的前期進(jìn)展PastPerformanceandProgress3.進(jìn)展概要匯總Progresssummary

4.工作中存在的困難
Impedimentstoprojectprogress數(shù)據(jù)核對(duì)Dataverification需要相關(guān)科室的人員對(duì)前期數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行核實(shí)確認(rèn),等待跟江院長進(jìn)一步確認(rèn)(重點(diǎn)為:診療數(shù)據(jù)、藥品、材料的分類對(duì)應(yīng),和醫(yī)囑信息);
