械強(qiáng)度比一般低碳鋼板高。三個(gè)高壓室的頂部都裝有壓力釋放板。出現(xiàn)內(nèi)部故障時(shí)，高壓室內(nèi)氣壓升高，由于柜門已可靠密封，高壓氣體將沖開壓力釋放板釋放出來。相鄰的開關(guān)柜由各自的側(cè)板隔開，拼柜后仍有空氣緩沖層，能夠防止開關(guān)柜被故障電弧貫穿熔化。低壓室D裝配成獨(dú)立隔室，與高壓區(qū)域分隔開。隔板將斷路器室B和電纜室C隔開，即使斷路器手車移開（現(xiàn)在活門會自動關(guān)閉），也能防止操作者觸及母線室A和電纜室C內(nèi)的帶電部分。卸下緊固螺栓就可移開水平隔板，便于電纜密封終端的安裝。Theenclosureandclapboardoftheswitchgearsismadeupfromhighqualitysteel,haveverystrongfunctiontoresistantoxidationandcorrosion,anditsrigidityandmechanicalrobustnessishigherthancommonlow-carbonsteelboard.Havebeeninstalledreleaseofpressureplateonthetopofthreehigh-pressurechambers.Whenappearinternalfaultelectricarc,airpressureheightensinhigh-pressurechamber,becausethatthedoorsofswitchgearisalreadyairtightcoating,thepressuregaswillclashoutthereleaseofpressureplat.Adjacentswitchgearsareisolatedbyitsselfsideboard,afterputtingtheswitchgearstogether,airbufferlayerexistyet,itmaypreventtheswitchgearsfromprongingandmeltedbyelectricarc.Low-voltagevaultDisseparateroomwithhigh-pressurearea.ClapboardspaceisolatetheVCBvaultBwithcablevaultC,evenifVCB.truckismoved(herethevalveisclosedself-motion),canpreventtheoperatorfromtouchingtheelectrificationpartsofbusbarvaultAandcablevaultC.releasingthetightenbolt,thelevelclapboardisremoved,convenientforinstallationofcablesealterminal.3.3開關(guān)柜內(nèi)的小室Compartmentsinswitchgear斷路器室（見附圖3/1，3/3，3/5，3/6）VCBvault(figure3/1，3/3，3/5，3/6showing)斷路器手車裝在有導(dǎo)軌的斷路器室B內(nèi)，可在運(yùn)行、試驗(yàn)/隔離兩個(gè)不同位置之間移動。當(dāng)手車從運(yùn)行位置向試驗(yàn)/隔離位置移動時(shí)，活門會自動蓋住靜觸頭，反向運(yùn)行則打開。手車能在開關(guān)柜門關(guān)閉的情況下操作，通過門上的觀看窗能夠看到手車的位置、手車內(nèi)的ON（斷路器合閘）/OFF（斷路器分閘）按鈕、合分閘狀態(tài)指示器和儲能/釋放狀況指示器。VCBtruckisinstalledinVCBvaultBwithtrack,maymoveinthemiddleofthepositiontoserviceandtest/disconnected.Whilethetruckmovefromservicepositiontotest/disconnectedposition,thevalvecancoverun-movecontactinself-motion,openwhenmovingreverse.Thetruckcanbeoperatedwhenthetruckvaultdoorisclosed,whileyoucanwatchthepositionofthetruck,on(VCBtripping)/off(VCBclosing)pushknobinthetruck,closeandopenindicatorandcharging/releasingindicatorbyinspectionwindow.斷路器手車VCBtruck手車可采納手動進(jìn)行移動。框架由合金鋼板拼裝而成，上面裝斷路器和其他設(shè)備。具有彈簧觸頭系統(tǒng)的觸臂裝在斷路器的極柱上，當(dāng)手車插入到運(yùn)行位置時(shí)起電氣聯(lián)接作用。手車于開關(guān)柜之間的信號、愛護(hù)和操縱線，用一個(gè)操縱線插頭聯(lián)接。手車剛插入開關(guān)柜就固定在試驗(yàn)/隔離位置，同時(shí)也可靠地聯(lián)接到開關(guān)柜的接地系統(tǒng)。手車的所在位置，能通過觀看窗或裝在低壓室面板上的手車電氣位置指示器看到。除真空斷路器外，手車可配真空接觸器、隔離裝置和計(jì)量設(shè)備等。Thetruckcanbemovedbymanual.Thestructureofthetruckismadeofthesteel,theVCBandotherequipmentsareinstalledontopofit.ThearmofspringbushisinstalledonthepillaroftheVCB，Whenthetruckispushedontheserviceposition,ithastheeffectofelectricalinterlocking.Thesignal、protection、controllinebetweenthetruckandtheswitchgearisconnectionwiththepinofcontrolline.Thetruckisfixedonthetestpositionassoonasitispushedintotheswitchgear,andbeconnectiontotheearthsystemoftheswitchgear.Thepositionoftruckwillbeseenbythelampthatisinstalledonthelookingwindoworthepaneloflow-voltage.BesidetheVCB,theTruckcanbeequippedthevacuumcontactor、isolateddeviceandthemeasuringequipment.母線室Busbarcompartment母線從一個(gè)開關(guān)柜引至另一個(gè)開關(guān)柜，通過分支母線和套管固定。矩形的分支母線直接用螺栓聯(lián)接到主母線上，不需任何聯(lián)接夾。所有母線和分支母線都用熱縮套管覆蓋。套管板和套管將柜與柜之間的母線隔離起來，并有支撐作用。對電動應(yīng)力大的開關(guān)柜，一般需要這種支持。Thebusbarfromoneswitchgeartotheotherswitchgearisfixedwiththebushingandtheramusbus.Theramusbusisconnectiontothemainbuswiththebolt,itneedn’tanyclip.Allbusandtheramusbusarecoveredwithpyrocondensationbushing.Thepanelofbushingandbushingareisolatedbetweentheswitchgearandtheswitchgear.Andithastheeffectonsupporting.電纜室（圖3/1）Cablecompartment（drawing3/1）電流互感器和接地開關(guān)裝在電纜室后部。電纜室也可安裝避雷器。當(dāng)電纜室門打開后，有足夠的空間供施工人員進(jìn)入柜內(nèi)安裝電纜（最多可并接6根）。蓋在電纜入口處的底板可采納非導(dǎo)磁的不銹鋼板，是開縫的，可拆卸的，便于現(xiàn)場施工。底板中穿越一、二次電纜的變徑密封圈開孔應(yīng)與所裝電纜相適應(yīng)，以防小動物進(jìn)入。關(guān)于濕度較大的電纜溝，建議用防火泥、環(huán)氧樹脂將開關(guān)柜進(jìn)行密封。CTandearthswitchareinstalledonthebackoftheCableCompartment.TheSurgearresterisalsoinstalledontheCableCompartment.Whenthetruckandthehorizontalpanelaremoved.Thereisenoughroomsothattheworkerinstallthecables(themostis6).Thebottomofpanelthatlieontheincomingofcableinmadeofthestainlesssteelpanel，Itisuncork,disassemblysothatworkingonthelocal.Theairplaneofpanelwhereistogethersecondarycablemakesureassameastheinstalledcablepreventthesmallanimalbeingintoit.Forthecabletrenchinhumidity，Itissuggestedthattheswitchgearisairproofedwithfireproofingmudandepoxideresin.低壓室（圖3/1、3/2）Low-voltagecompartment(figure3/1、3/2)開關(guān)柜的二次元件裝在低壓室內(nèi)及門上。操縱線線槽空間寬裕，并有蓋板，左側(cè)線槽用來引入和引出柜間連線，右側(cè)線槽用來敷設(shè)開關(guān)柜內(nèi)部連線。低壓室側(cè)板上有操縱線穿越孔，以便操縱電源的聯(lián)接。Low-voltagecomponentsofswitchgearareinstalledinlow-voltagecompartmentandondoor.Controlwiringtrunkinghasamplespaceandcoverboard.Nearsidewiringtrunkingisusedtointroduceandeducethewiringbetweenswitchgears,starboardwiringtrunkingisusedtolayintramuralwiringinswitchgear.Traversingholeforcontrolwiringonsideboardinlow-voltagecompartmentisusedtoconnectwithcontrolpowersupply.3.4防止誤操作的聯(lián)鎖/愛護(hù)Interlocks/protectionsforpreventingmishandling具備一系列的聯(lián)鎖裝置，從全然上防止出現(xiàn)危險(xi uān)柜的標(biāo)記及合格證是否正確齊全，有無講明書。如有懷疑，則開封檢查。假如需要中間存儲時(shí)，還要放入干燥劑，重新密封。Checkingthedeliveryforcompletenessanddamage.Checkingthemarker,conformitycertificateandinstructionmanualofswitchgearsforexactnessandcompleteness.Ifyoudoubt,pleaseopenboxandcheck.Putindrierandresealtheboxwhenintermediatestorage.詳細(xì)記錄任何短缺、缺陷和運(yùn)輸損傷，并及時(shí)通知有關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)。Noteanyshortquantities,defectsordamageintransitindetailandinformrelatedorganizationintime.請注意，中間保管應(yīng)放置在對開關(guān)柜和安裝材料沒有任何損害的場所。Pleasenotice:Thedeliveryshouldbeplacedonlocationwithoutanydamagetoswitchgearsandinstallationmaterialswhenintermediatestorage.開箱程序如下：Thesequenceofopeningboxisfollowing:首先拆開包裝箱的頂板，再拆開四周的側(cè)板，最后卸掉開關(guān)柜與底盤聯(lián)接的螺栓。請注意，所拆下的各個(gè)內(nèi)六角螺栓應(yīng)復(fù)裝在開關(guān)柜原處，并應(yīng)檸緊。利用柜頂?shù)乃闹坏醵?，將開關(guān)柜垂直吊起使其與底盤脫離。而后將底盤移去，在柜底放入滾桿，再利用木棒緩慢撬動，使開關(guān)柜移到安裝或暫置位置。注意在移動過程中，不得有較重的撞擊與振動。Firsttakeapartthecoverboardofpackingbox,secondtakeapartthesideboardsaround,lastremovetheboltconnectedswitchgearwithunderpan.Pleasenoticethatthesocketboltsremovedshouldbere-installedinoriginallocaleandscrewedup.Lifttheswitchgearverticallyandseparateitfromtheunderpan.Thentakeofftheunderpan,putrollpoleundertheswitchgearandprizeslowlybywoodstick,thusremovetheswitchgeartotheinsulationorstayposition.Noticenoheavierstrikeorlibrationincourseofmoving.簡易包裝或不包裝的開關(guān)柜Switchgearswithbasicpackagingorunpacked儲藏室應(yīng)干燥，通風(fēng)良好。Adryandwellventilatedstoreroom室內(nèi)溫度不低于-25°CRoomtemperaturewhichdoesnotfallbelow-25°C沒有其他危害性的環(huán)境阻礙。Nootherdangerousenvironmentinfections.開關(guān)柜應(yīng)直立存放。Storageswitchgearserectly.開關(guān)柜不能堆疊。Switchgearscannotbepiled.不能拆除或損壞包裝。Donotbeknocking-outordamagepackaging.未包裝的開關(guān)柜，用塑料薄膜松散地遮蓋以免弄臟。必須保持空氣流通以防腐蝕。Unpackageddevicesarelooselycoveredwithplasticfilm.Ventilationmustbemaintainedforcorrosionprotection.有規(guī)律地按時(shí)進(jìn)行凝露檢查，直至安裝工作開始。Checkthehumidityregularlyonscheduletilltoerectingworksstart.具有適于航海包裝和內(nèi)部包有愛護(hù)薄膜的開關(guān)柜：Switchgearswithseaworthyorsimilarpackagingwithinternalprotectivefilm:運(yùn)輸單元存放在干燥，防潮防損壞的地點(diǎn)。Storethetransportunitsintheplacewhichisdry,protectedfromtheweatherandsafefromdamage.檢查包裝有無破損。Checkthepackagingfordamage.從包裝之日算起，超過保管期限時(shí)，包裝的愛護(hù)功能可能會喪失，若還需存放，則要采取適當(dāng)措施。Ifthemaximumstorageperiodstartingfromthedateofpackaginghasbeenexceeded,theprotectivefunctionofthepackagingisnolongerguaranteed.Suitableactionmustbetakenifintermediatestorageistocontinue.5開關(guān)柜的現(xiàn)場安裝Installationofswitchgearsatsite為了保證正確安裝程序和最高安裝質(zhì)量，開關(guān)柜的現(xiàn)場安裝應(yīng)由經(jīng)專門培訓(xùn)的專職人員來進(jìn)行，也可通知我公司派工程師去現(xiàn)場負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)護(hù)。Makesureofthecorrectinstallationsequenceandhighestinstallationquality,localinstallationshouldbecarriedoutbyfullytrainedpersonnel,orinformCJECengineerstoguideandwardinlocale.5.1安裝現(xiàn)場的一般要求Generalrequestofinstallationlocale配電室的土建工程必須完工通過驗(yàn)收后，并配備照明和安裝用電源，通風(fēng)裝置。配電室應(yīng)干燥、整潔、空氣流通，門能上鎖，以及事先做好穿墻孔和電纜溝等必要的預(yù)備工作。電纜溝應(yīng)按各地電纜工區(qū)的具體要求施工。示意圖5/5供參考。配電室的天花板高度不應(yīng)低于3000mm，必須保證滿足IEC規(guī)定的戶內(nèi)開關(guān)柜工作條件，包括戶內(nèi)溫度條件。Civilengineeringinswitchingroomshouldbeequippedwithlighting,powersupplyforinstallationandaeratorafterthatitiscompleteandpassedthroughcheckingandaccepting.Switchingroomshouldbedry,clean,ventilationandthedoorscanbeclosed.Preparethenecessarypreparativeworkssuchasholewhichpullonwall,cabletrenchandsoon.Cabletrenchshouldbeconstructedaccordingofspecificrequestineverycableworkarea.Referencethesketchmap5/5.Theheightofceilinginswitchingroomcannotlessthan3000mm.MakesurethattheindoorworkconditionsofswitchgearssatisfyIEC,includingtheindoortemperatureconditions.5.2配電室平面布置差不多方案BasicprojectofplanecollocationinswitchingroomKYN28-12開關(guān)柜有雙面維護(hù)和單面維護(hù)兩種方式。KYN28-12開關(guān)柜能夠靠墻安裝，以節(jié)約占地面積，但假如條件許可，仍建議設(shè)計(jì)配電室平面布置時(shí)，按雙面維護(hù)考慮，使開關(guān)柜后蓋板到隔墻之間以及開關(guān)柜兩側(cè)到隔墻之間均留出適當(dāng)?shù)陌惭b維修通道。TheswitchgearsKYN28-12havetwokindsofmaintenancemannersfordoublefacesandsingleface.KYN28-12canbeinstalledalongsidewall,thustosavefloorarea.Whenitispermitted,collocationinswitchingroomisadvisedtobedesignedwithdoublemaintenanceforthatchannelsforinstallationandservicingbetweenthebackcoverboardofswitchgearsandpartition,betweenbothsideofswitchgearsandpartitionarebesetaside.開關(guān)柜距墻要留有足夠?qū)挼耐ǖ溃瑢Π惭b運(yùn)行和維護(hù)都較方便。若開關(guān)柜是雙排面對面布置，兩排開關(guān)柜之間距離建議不小于2500mm。Wideenoughchannelsshouldbestaybetweentheswitchgearsandwallforthatinstallationandrunningandservicingaremoreadvantageous.Thedistancebetweendoubleswitchgearsisadvisedtobenotlessthan2500mmwhentheswitchgearsarelaidface-to-facebetweendoublelines.5.3基礎(chǔ)Foundation將開關(guān)柜安裝在配電室地板上的基礎(chǔ)框架或升高的輔助地坪上，是比較合適的。當(dāng)敷設(shè)基礎(chǔ)時(shí)，應(yīng)遵守GB規(guī)定，尤其是直線度和平面度的同意公差，這是開關(guān)柜安裝完美的先決條件。開關(guān)柜基礎(chǔ)的施工應(yīng)符合電力建設(shè)施工及驗(yàn)收技術(shù)規(guī)范中有關(guān)條款的規(guī)定。Itisrelativesuitabletoinstalltheswitchgearatthefoundationframebuiltinginthefloorofdistributionhouseorelevatedauxiliarylevelground.BuildthefoundationaccordingtoGBregulation,especialthepermissiontolerance,itispreconditionforful
