CenterLandscapeSchematicDesign澳派項目的影響力ProjectPro?le綠地銀川超高層雙塔坐落于銀川中阿之軸上，高301米，是銀川的第一高樓并且是閱海灣商務核心區(qū)的地標性建筑。目前正在建設(shè)的閱海灣中央商務區(qū)，將被打造為中國與阿拉伯國家往來貿(mào)易核心區(qū)。預計到2020年，將超過2200家年產(chǎn)值達500億元人民幣(合80億美元)企業(yè)入駐。中阿之軸全長2100米，寬58米，寓意中國與阿拉伯國家之間源遠流長的友好合作貿(mào)易關(guān)系。中阿之軸由三大地標構(gòu)成，包括高為9.9米的中國鼎，寓意天人合一，并且展示龍的文化;高27米，寬20米的伊斯蘭館，該館八面開門，每扇門都有伴有精致的圓頂裝飾，也有穆斯林人民最喜歡的月亮雕塑、花紋已經(jīng)阿拉伯文字。第三個地標為中國阿拉伯友誼紀念碑。Greenland

CenterLandscapeSchematicDesign澳派場地氣候條件Climate銀川市屬典型的中溫帶大陸性氣候。主要氣候特點是：四季分明，春遲夏短，秋早冬長，晝夜溫差大，雨雪稀少，蒸發(fā)強烈，氣候干燥，風大沙多等。一月月平均氣溫為-7.9°C(17.8°F)，7月月平均氣溫為23.5°C(74.3°F)，年平均氣溫9.0°C(48.2°F)左右，年平均日照時數(shù)2900小時左右，是中國太陽輻射和日照時數(shù)最多的地區(qū)之一，無霜期為158天左右。項目基地所處地理位置為自然綠化較多的區(qū)域，地形平坦，起伏不大，東北兩岸均為西湖水岸，自然環(huán)境宜人。Yinchuan

CenterLandscapeSchematicDesign澳派伊斯蘭摩爾花園的特色IslamicMoorishGardens古蘭經(jīng)用花園來比作天堂，因此，伊斯蘭風格的庭院花園是一個寧靜的、用于靜思的花園空間。伊斯蘭花園設(shè)計有幾個普遍的主題：水通常是一體的，通過植被和建筑來獲得蔭涼，得到明暗變化，在正式和不拘的植被布置間有種平衡。世界上最聞名的摩爾花園有印度的泰姬陵以及西班牙格拉納達的阿爾罕布拉和夏宮。水與樹蔭是傳統(tǒng)伊斯蘭花園、庭院的重要組成部分，為干燥、炎熱的夏季提供蔭涼。一般英國的花園講究的是讓人們可以散步遛狗，摩爾花園講究的是讓人們在一個圍合的綠色空間中乘坐休息。Traditionally,

Tower廣州西塔主塔高度達到

米，是全國第二高樓，中國南方第一高樓，也將是廣州毋庸置疑的地標性建筑。澳派景觀工作室是本項目的景觀設(shè)計顧問。設(shè)計師將廣州西塔視作組成珠江新城主軸線的的建筑群的延伸，成為聯(lián)系北面的城市商務區(qū)與南面的珠江的紐帶，營造出渾然一體的城市景觀效果。廣州西塔將被視為廣州整座城市的燈塔。景觀概念“光”是整個設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵與重點：光的色彩、發(fā)散的方向、簡潔并具有動感的線條，共同打造出鮮明的設(shè)計特色與風格。節(jié)能燈帶構(gòu)架出整個設(shè)計場地的骨架與布局，也使建筑構(gòu)架投影在地面上，建筑與景觀形成一個整體。燈光不僅構(gòu)建出場地形態(tài)，也塑造出從建筑本身延伸到周邊場地的統(tǒng)一材質(zhì)肌理，吸引人們進入到場地中來。廣州西塔的南面是五星級酒店四季酒店的入口，設(shè)有一個大型水景池，選用自然冰裂紋黑色花崗巖飾面，中間栽植茂盛的熱帶綠色植物。南面池壁疊水墻高達

2m，與燦爛的陽光共輝映，營造出歡樂愉悅的視覺氛圍；北面池壁的疊水墻是入口雨篷前的視覺焦點，與棕竹、天堂鳥以及雞蛋花等洋溢熱帶風情的植物相結(jié)合，營造出四季酒店高雅與寧靜的品質(zhì)與格調(diào)。整個項目使用節(jié)能燈具以及當?shù)氐牟牧?，保證整個項目的生態(tài)環(huán)保與可持續(xù)性。The

Zhujiang

Town,

as

a

linking

element

between

the

commercialdistrictinthenorthandthePearlRivertothesouth.The

tower

will

be

seen

as

a

beacon

of

light

within

greater

Guangzhou.

Light

is

the

key

to

Guangzhou

West

Tower’slandscape

and

public

realm

design,

with

the

qualities

of

light:

colour,

direction,

dispersal,

and

linear

movement,

allinformingthedesign.Prisms

of

low

voltage

light

become

the

generator

of

the

site’s

geometry

and

topography,

with

the

form

of

the

building’sstructure

in

elevation

being

refracted

across

the

ground

plane

to

provide

a

unifying

surface.

This

light

provides

structureto

the

site,

establishing

a

matrix

of

materials

spanning

out

from

the

building

to

the

site

boundary,

and

draws

people

intoitscore.TheFourSeasonsHotel,locatedinthesouthofthedevelopment,featuresasoftlycascadinglinearwaterfeaturecraftedfrom

split

face

black

granite,

set

in

a

lushly

planted

tropical

garden.

capturesthe

flicker

the

sun

the

strong

Tower哈利法塔（原名迪拜塔）位于阿拉伯聯(lián)合酋長國迪拜的一棟有

162

層，總高

米的摩天大樓。哈利法塔景觀就地取材形成這個公園，例如當?shù)氐木G洲，棕櫚樹和伊斯蘭自然景觀，建成即恢弘又給人親切感的城市綠色景觀。迪拜塔公園除了為當?shù)靥峁┚G地景觀外，還包括了酒店，住宅區(qū)，溫泉和辦公區(qū)等場所。湖邊還建有大面積梯田，梯田里有許多倒影池，點綴著迪拜塔。各種不同功能的區(qū)域之間有舒適的人行道相連。這些戶外景觀就像是迪拜塔的前門，不僅為整個塔提供了多種功能，給游客展現(xiàn)了美麗，神秘，充滿異域風情的景觀，還體現(xiàn)了迪拜塔的獨特之處。該景觀一直延伸到Emaar

飛舞的花瓣，充滿城市幻想的雕塑，在寸土寸金的上海市中心，一塊特有的景致吸引了八方來客。近日，位于靜安區(qū)石門二路社區(qū)的靜安雕塑公園對外開放，這是市中心唯一一座開放式、以城市雕塑為特色的主題公園，目前總占地面積達到

Podium北地塊裙樓在有限的空間內(nèi)打造豐富的景觀體驗，景觀設(shè)計重點體現(xiàn)在車行和人行有效地組織上，同時和南地塊裙樓相呼應，保留了許多特色景觀元素。特色鋪裝的南北軸線在功能上作為北塔樓和會議中心之間的迎賓和接待空間。迎賓區(qū)域包括了特色的波浪形狀的草坡和綠色種植，分別由低矮的葉片形狀的景墻進行分隔，規(guī)劃了北邊區(qū)域的景觀線。會議中心四周圍繞著大氣的特色鋪裝，鋪裝作為連接中央入口和迎賓區(qū)的重要景觀元素，同時也是到規(guī)模相對較小和“花園房間”和東邊的聚會空間的引導。層疊的花園和草坪空間將建筑的外輪廓視覺延伸到了北邊，樹陣中挺拔的林木和整齊有序的植物種植，營造了一種現(xiàn)代簡潔的景觀，與建筑造型竟相呼應。TheNorthpodiumprecinctisacompressedbutvariedlandscapewhichfocusesonstrongcirculationforpedestrianandvehiclemovementwhileretainingmanyofthelandscapeelementsthatexistinthemuchlargerSouthpodiumprecinct.TheNorth-SouthaxiswithfeaturepavingactsasawelcomingmatandmediatesbetweentheNorthtowerandConferencebuilding.ThearrivalsareaconsistsofanundulatingandplayfullandformoflawnandplantingwhichisdividedbyshortbladewallelementsthatanchorthelandscapetoitsNorthernboundary.Thereisagenerouslypavedthresholdalongtheconferencebuildingedgeanditfunctionsasanimportantconnectiontothecentralentryandarrivalsprecinctandalsotoasmall‘gardenroom’totheEastforsocialgatherings.
