TheOwnersshallhavealienuponallcargoesandallsub-freightsand/orsub-hireforanyamountsdueunderthisCharterParty,includinggeneralaveragecontributions,andtheCharterersshallhavealienontheVesselforallmoniespaidinadvanceandnotearned,andanyoverpaidhireorexcessdeposittobereturnedatonce.

TheChartererswillnotdirectlyorindirectlysuffer,norpermittobecontinued,allylienorencumbrance,whichmighthavepriorityoverthetitleandinterestoftheOwnersintheVessel.TheCharterersundertakethatduringtheperiodofthisCharterParty,theywillnotprocureanysuppliesornecessariesorservices,includinganyportexpensesandbunkers,onthecreditoftheOwnersorintheOwne
