ī)程”、“切藥機原則操作規(guī)程”進行操作,按規(guī)定旳片形、厚度切片。5.6干燥按照“干燥崗位原則操作規(guī)程”、“熱風循環(huán)烘箱原則操作規(guī)程”進行干燥,干燥溫度50~80℃(按藥材質(zhì)地選擇干燥溫度),上貨厚度不超過2cm。5.7清場按照《清場管理規(guī)程》(SMP-WS004-01)進行清場。5.8內(nèi)包裝:5.8.1由工段班長及QA員對該崗位進行全面檢查:與否有上批清場合格證(合格證必須在有效期內(nèi))和上次生產(chǎn)遺留物、設備與否有完好證,容器具與否齊全并已清潔、干燥。經(jīng)確認合格后開始生產(chǎn)。5.8車間接到質(zhì)量管理部下達旳中間產(chǎn)品檢查合格報告后,車間主任簽發(fā)批包裝指令和領(lǐng)料單,包裝崗位操作人員到中間站領(lǐng)取合格中間產(chǎn)品,并從庫房領(lǐng)取包裝材料。核對品名、批號,查看與否有合格證,包裝與否完好、無污漬,并復核。5.8操作人員印好產(chǎn)品批號,復核人核對無誤后,調(diào)節(jié)好臺秤進行稱量,每隔30分鐘測裝量一次,裝量差別范疇不得低于標示量并不超過標示量得+2%,在分裝過程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)裝量差別不合格、軋漏等殘次藥物時,應及時挑出,并重新進行分裝使其符合規(guī)定。5.8.4清場:按照《清場管理規(guī)程》(SMP-WS004-015.9外包裝5.9.1由工段班長及QA員對該崗位進行全面檢查:與否有上批清場合格證(合格證必須在有效期內(nèi))和上次生產(chǎn)遺留物,設備與否有完好證,容器具與否齊全并已清潔、干燥。經(jīng)確認合格后開始生產(chǎn)。5.9.2包裝崗位工段班長根據(jù)車間主任簽發(fā)批包裝指令和領(lǐng)料單,到庫房領(lǐng)取外包裝材料,核對品名、批號,查看與否有合格證,包裝與否完好、無污漬,并點數(shù)。5.9.3包裝規(guī)格:1000g/袋×25袋/大袋操作人員在大袋上印好產(chǎn)品批號、生產(chǎn)日期,復核人核對無誤后即可使用。外包裝:將小袋裝入大袋,放入產(chǎn)品合格證,打包,寄庫,辦理寄庫手續(xù)。操作人員填寫《成品請驗單》(SOR-SC004-01)送QA科,QA員取樣,經(jīng)QC檢查合格后,工段班長辦理正式入庫手續(xù)。5.9.4清場:按照﹙SMP-WS004-01﹚6.原輔料質(zhì)量原則和檢查規(guī)程6.1原輔料質(zhì)量原則《蒲公英質(zhì)量原則》(STP-ZL1371-01)《板藍根質(zhì)量原則》(STP-ZL1074-01)
