房屋建筑工程建設(shè)質(zhì)量管理困境分析,建筑工程管理論文【題目】房屋建筑工程建設(shè)質(zhì)量管理窘境分析【第一章】【第二章】【第三章】【4.1】【4.2】【4.3】【結(jié)論/以下為參考文獻(xiàn)】摘要中國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展帶動(dòng)建筑施工企業(yè)興起，在經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化環(huán)境下，建筑企業(yè)迎來了新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇，同時(shí)也面臨著多方挑戰(zhàn)。對(duì)于企業(yè)而言，質(zhì)量就如同企業(yè)的生命，建筑工程要實(shí)現(xiàn)良性運(yùn)行，做好施工質(zhì)量管理是非常必要的。處于社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的環(huán)境中，居民對(duì)于房屋建筑的質(zhì)量要求越來越高。這就意味著，傳統(tǒng)的建筑工程施工管理形式已經(jīng)難以獲得更高層次的施工質(zhì)量水平，十分是中國城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的速度逐年加快，科技發(fā)展水平的不斷提升，房屋建筑工程項(xiàng)目越來越多。這些工程項(xiàng)目不僅關(guān)乎到民生，且對(duì)于中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展發(fā)揮著重要的推動(dòng)作用。建筑工程質(zhì)量主要在于施工階段的質(zhì)量控制，固然長(zhǎng)期以來中國都極為重視工程施工項(xiàng)目管理，但是在詳細(xì)施行中，卻由于施工質(zhì)量難以保證而導(dǎo)致各種建筑工程存在隱患。為了確保工程施工質(zhì)量，就要將工程建設(shè)質(zhì)量管理體系建立起來，工程項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)、工程管理、工程監(jiān)理以及施工等等都納入到體系中，華而不實(shí)工程施工質(zhì)量控制是工程施工階段保證質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵，施工階段的質(zhì)量直接關(guān)乎到整個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目的成敗。從建筑工程實(shí)踐的角度出發(fā)，通過開展質(zhì)量保證活動(dòng)，對(duì)于建筑工程施工中所存在的問題進(jìn)行研究，建立創(chuàng)新施工質(zhì)量管理形式，以具有針對(duì)性地采取質(zhì)量改良措施。本論文分為五個(gè)部分針對(duì)房屋建筑工程施工質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行研究。第一部分，緒論，對(duì)論文的研究背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)在狀況、研究目的和意義進(jìn)行分析，提出研究思路和研究?jī)?nèi)容。第二部分，房建工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)理論，對(duì)于質(zhì)量管理的基本理論、全面質(zhì)量管理以及建筑工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量展開研究，介紹質(zhì)量管理基本理論產(chǎn)生、應(yīng)用、完善經(jīng)過。第三部分，影響房建項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的因素，對(duì)于房屋建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理中人的因素、機(jī)械因素、材料因素、環(huán)境因素以及工藝因素進(jìn)行分析。第四部分，案例分析，運(yùn)用案例分析的方式方法，對(duì)于項(xiàng)目管理架構(gòu)、質(zhì)量保證以及控制經(jīng)過中所存在的問題進(jìn)行研究，提出改良措施。第五部分，結(jié)論，針對(duì)全文研究?jī)?nèi)容進(jìn)行總結(jié)。人的因素，是決定性的因素，主要是提高人員管理水平，加強(qiáng)人員技能培訓(xùn)。工藝因素，是影響質(zhì)量目的的重要條件，需要采取最科學(xué)、合適的工藝施工，在施工經(jīng)過中加強(qiáng)施工工藝的控制。機(jī)械因素，是影響實(shí)現(xiàn)工藝的重要條件，要根據(jù)工程的詳細(xì)情況采用最合適的工程機(jī)械。材料因素，是影響構(gòu)成建筑產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的物質(zhì)條件，要從原材料進(jìn)場(chǎng)開場(chǎng)控制，并且在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)嚴(yán)把質(zhì)量關(guān)。環(huán)境因素，是影響與內(nèi)外環(huán)境有關(guān)的工作效力，需要盡量把環(huán)境原因造成的影響減少到最少，不對(duì)工程質(zhì)量造成影響。本文關(guān)鍵詞語：工程項(xiàng)目管理；工程施工質(zhì)量管理；房屋建筑工程AbstractSocialandeconomicdevelopmentofChinasconstructionenterprisesledtheriseintheeconomicintegrationofenvironment,constructioncompaniesusheredinanewdevelopmentopportunities,whilealsofacingmulti-partychallenge.Forbusinesses,thequalityislikelife,thebuildingworkstoachievehealthyrun,goodconstructionqualitymanagementisverynecessary.Inthesocialenvironmentofrapideconomicdevelopment,residentsqualityofhousingconstructionisincreasing.Thismeansthattraditionalbuildingconstructionmanagementmodelhasbeendifficulttoobtainahigherlevelofconstructionquality,especiallythedevelopmentofChinasurbanizationrateyearafteryear,continuouslyupgradetheleveloftechnologicaldevelopment,moreandmorehousingconstructionprojects.TheseprojectsnotonlyinrelationtopeopleslivelihoodandforChinaseconomicdevelopmentplayanimportantroleinpromoting.Constructionqualityisthequalitycontrolofthemainconstructionphase,althoughChinahaslongattachedgreatimportancetotheconstructionprojectmanagement,butinthespecificimplementation,butduetoconstructionqualityisdifficulttoguaranteevariousconstructionprojectscausedasecurityrisk.Toensurethequalityofconstructionprojects,itisnecessarytobuildupthequalitymanagementsystemconstruction,projectdesign,projectmanagement,engineeringandconstructionsupervision,etc.,intothesystem,whichisthekeyconstructionprojectqualitycontroltoensurethequalityoftheconstructionphaseoftheproject,Qualityconstructionphasedirectlyrelatedtothesuccessofthewholeproject.Fromapracticalpointofbuildingworks,byconductingqualityassuranceactivities,forbuildingconstructioninthestudyoftheproblems,thecreationofinnovativeconstructionqualitymanagementmodeltotaketargetedqualityimprovementmeasures.Thisthesisisdividedintofivesectionswerestudiedforhousingconstructionqualitymanagement.Thefirstpart,theintroductionoftheresearchbackground,researchstatus,researchpurposeandsignificanceofanalysis,researchideasandresearch.Thesecondpart,housingconstructionprojectqualitymanagementtheory,thebasictheoryofqualitymanagement,totalqualitymanagementandthequalityofconstructionprojectstoexpandresearch,describestherelationshipbetweenqualitymanagementbasictheoryproduce,applications,andimproveenterpriseefficiencyandbetween.Thethirdpart,theimpactoffactorshousingconstructionprojectmanagement,constructionprojectmanagementforhousinghumanfactors,mechanicalfactors,materialfactors,environmentalfactorsandtechnicalfactorswereanalyzed.Thefourthpart,casestudies,methodsusingcasestudies,forprojectmanagementstructure,qualityassuranceandcontrolprocesstostudytheproblems,suggestimprovements.Thefifthpart,conclusions,summarizedforthefulltextcontents.Thehumanfactoristhedecisivefactor,mainlytoimprovepersonnelmanagement,strengthenstaffskillstraining.Technologicalfactors,isanimportantconditionaffectingthequalityobjectives,theneedtotakethemostscientific,suitableconstructionprocess,strengthencontrolofconstructiontechnologyintheconstructionprocess.Mechanicalfactors,isanimportantconditionaffectingtheprocess,toadoptthemostsuitableconstructionmachineryunderthespecificcircumstance
