Arethereupperlimitstothetrend?Whatotherforcesmayaffectthetrend?

EJperyearinbiomass.TheamountofsolarenergyreachingthesurfaceoftheplanetissovastthatinoneyearitisabouttwiceasmuchaswilleverbeobtainedfromalloftheEarth'snon-renewableresourcesofcoal,oil,naturalgas,andmineduraniumcombined.Asintermittentresources,solarandwindraiseissues.PVSolarforElectricityPhotovoltaicsForthe2billionpeoplewithoutaccesstoelectricity,itwouldbecheapertoinstallsolarpanelsthantoextendtheelectricalgrid.(TheFundforRenewableEnergyEverywhere)
