全球疫情影響下我國服裝企業(yè)升級(jí)研究摘要
自2019年12月COVID-19疫情爆發(fā)以來,世界各國的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)都受到了不同程度的影響。作為全球服裝生產(chǎn)和出口大國,我國服裝企業(yè)也受到了巨大的沖擊。本文通過對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的梳理及對(duì)國內(nèi)外服裝企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的研究,探討在全球疫情影響下我國服裝企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)如何升級(jí),以適應(yīng)服裝市場(chǎng)的新變化和需求。首先分析了全球疫情對(duì)我國服裝企業(yè)的影響,并探討了新冠疫情背景下我國服裝企業(yè)進(jìn)行數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的必要性;其次,本文詳細(xì)分析了數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型對(duì)我國服裝企業(yè)的影響和作用,包括生產(chǎn)效率的提升、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的保障、渠道升級(jí)和品牌形象的優(yōu)化等方面,闡述了數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域。通過案例分析和實(shí)證研究,本文進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型對(duì)我國服裝企業(yè)的益處,以及如何實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的具體措施和方法。在建立數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型框架的基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出了我國服裝企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)采取的策略和措施,包括加速數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型、推動(dòng)品牌建設(shè)、探索新商業(yè)模式等,以應(yīng)對(duì)新冠疫情后全球服裝市場(chǎng)的新形勢(shì)和挑戰(zhàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)我國服裝企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。

Abstract
SincetheoutbreakofCOVID-19inDecember2019,economiesandsocietiesaroundtheworldhavebeenimpactedtovaryingdegrees.Asamajorglobalproducerandexporterofclothing,theclothingindustryinChinahasalsobeengreatlyaffected.ThispaperexploreshowChina'sclothingindustryshouldupgradeinresponsetothenewchangesanddemandsintheclothingmarketundertheglobalpandemic.Byreviewingrelevantliteratureandresearchingthestatusofdomesticandforeignclothingcompanies,thispaperfirstanalyzestheimpactoftheglobalpandemiconChina'sclothingindustryanddiscussesthenecessityofdigitaltransformationforclothingcompaniesinthecontextoftheCOVID-19outbreak.Secondly,thispaperanalyzesindetailtheeffectsandrolesofdigitaltransformationonChina'sclothingindustry,includingimprovingproductionefficiency,ensuringproductquality,upgradingchannels,andoptimizingbrandimage.Italsoclarifiesthedevelopmenttrendsandkeyareasofdigitaltransformation.Throughcasestudiesandempiricalresearch,thispaperfurtherverifiesthebenefitsofdigitaltransformationforChina'sclothingindustryanditsspecificmeasuresandmethods.Basedontheestablishmentofadigitaltransformationframework,thispaperproposesstrategiesandmeasuresthatChina'sclothingcompaniesshouldtake,includingacceleratingdigitaltransformation,promotingbrandbuilding,andexploringnewbusinessmodels,torespondtothenewsituationandchallengesintheglobalclothingmarketaftertheCOVID-19outbreakandachievesustainabledevelopmentandupgradingoftheclothingindustryinChina.
