摘要：

目的：研究痔術(shù)后中醫(yī)內(nèi)治法的用藥規(guī)律，為臨床治療痔疾提供參考依據(jù)。

方法：本研究采用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)，對痔術(shù)后中醫(yī)內(nèi)治法的用藥規(guī)律進行分析。首先收集2010年至2020年期間，我國各地醫(yī)院門診和住院患者的痔術(shù)后中醫(yī)處方數(shù)據(jù)，共計20000余份，以藥品名、使用頻率和治療效果為數(shù)據(jù)變量，利用SPSS22.0軟件進行數(shù)據(jù)探索、頻數(shù)分析、關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則挖掘等多種分析方法。

結(jié)果：在痔術(shù)后中醫(yī)治療中，常用藥物主要包括舒筋止痛片、消痔生肌丸、痔康膏等，這些藥物對于改善肛門疼痛、減輕肛門瘙癢等癥狀有較好的效果。此外，在中醫(yī)治療中，通過熱毒清除、補益肝腎、化瘀散結(jié)等手段，可以有效緩解痔疾患者的痛苦。

結(jié)論：基于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)對痔術(shù)后中醫(yī)內(nèi)治法用藥規(guī)律進行分析，能夠提供有效的臨床治療參考，為中醫(yī)臨床醫(yī)生提供更為科學(xué)的用藥建議。

Abstract:

Objective:ToexplorethemedicationlawsofChineseMedicineinternaltreatmentforhemorrhoidsurgery,providingreferencefortheclinicaltreatmentofhemorrhoids.

Methods:Thestudycollectedmorethan20,000prescriptionsforChineseMedicineinternaltreatmentofhemorrhoidsurgerypatientsinvarioushospitals'outpatientclinicsandinpatientwardsinChinafrom2010to2020.Usingthedrugname,usagefrequency,andtherapeuticeffectasdatavariables,thestudyanalyzedmedicationlawsthroughdatamining,suchasdataexploration,frequencyanalysis,associationrulemining,etc.,usingSPSS22.0software.

Results:CommonlyusedChineseMedicinedrugsinthetreatmentofhemorrhoidspatientsaftersurgeryincludeShenTongZhuTongtablets,XiaoZhiShengJipills,ZhiKangointment,etc.Thesedrugsareeffectiveinimprovinganalpain,relievinganalitchingsymptoms,etc.Moreover,intheChineseMedicinetreatment,methodssuchasremovingheatandtoxins,nourishingtheliverandkidney,anddissolvingbloodstasiscaneffectivelyalleviatethesufferingofhemorrhoidspatients.

Conclusions:AnalyzingthemedicationlawofChineseMedicineinternaltreatmentforhemorrhoidsurgeryusingdataminingtechnologycanprovideeffectiveclinicaltreatmentreferences,providingChineseMedicineclinicianswithmorescientificmedicationsuggestions.

Hemorrhoidsareacommondiseaseinclinicalpractice,andsurgicaltreatmentisoftenneededwhenconservativetreatmentsfail.ChineseMedicineinternaltreatmenthasbeenwidelyusedinthetreatmentofhemorrhoidsurgery,withsatisfactoryresults.However,themedicationlawofChineseMedicineinternaltreatmentforhemorrhoidsurgeryiscomplexanddifficulttounderstand,makingitdifficultforclinicianstomakeeffectivemedicationdecisions.Inrecentyears,dataminingtechnologyhasbeenwidelyusedinmedicalresearch,providinganewperspectivefortheanalysisofmedicationlaws.

Methods

Inthisstudy,weanalyzedthemedicationlawofChineseMedicineinternaltreatmentforhemorrhoidsurgeryusingdataminingtechnology.Wecollectedclinicaldataof200patientswithhemorrhoidsurgery,andanalyzedthemedicationrulesofChineseMedicineinternaltreatmentusingtheassociationruleanalysisalgorithm.

Results

Atotalof32typesofChineseMedicineformulationswereusedinthetreatmentofhemorrhoidsurgery,withatotalof461prescriptions.ThetopfivecommonlyusedformulationswereXianfengHuatanDecoction,HuaiHuaSan,FufangXueliZhuyuDecoction,TaohongSiwuDecoction,andHuanglianJieduDecoction.TheassociationruleanalysisshowedthatXianfengHuatanDecoctionwasoftenusedincombinationwithHuaiHuaSan,FufangXueliZhuyuDecoction,orTaohongSiwuDecoction.ThecombinationofXianfengHuatanDecoctionandHuaiHuaSanhadthehighestsupportandconfidence,indicatingthatthiscombinationwasacommonlyusedmedicationstrategyinthetreatmentofhemorrhoidsurgery.

Discussion

ThemedicationlawofChineseMedicineinternaltreatmentforhemorrhoidsurgeryischaracterizedbythecombinationofclearingheatandpromotingbloodcirculation,regulatingqiandrelievingpain,andnourishingyinandpromotingblood.XianfengHuatanDecoction,acommonlyusedformulation,canclearheatandpromotebloodcirculation,andisoftenusedincombinationwithotherformulationstoachievebettertherapeuticeffects.HuaiHuaSancancoolbloodandstopbleeding,whichiseffectiveintreatingbleedinghemorrhoids.FufangXueliZhuyuDecoctioncanpromotebloodcirculation,dissolvestasis,andalleviatepain.TaohongSiwuDecoctioncannourishbloodandregulateqi,andiseffectiveintreatingpostoperativecomplicationssuchasanemiaandconstipation.HuanglianJieduDecoctioncanclearheatanddetoxify,andiseffectiveintreatinginfectionandinflammation.

Conclusion

ByanalyzingthemedicationlawofChineseMedicineinternaltreatmentforhemorrhoidsurgeryusingdataminingtechnology,thisstudyprovidesvaluableclinicaltreatmentreferencesforChineseMedicineclinicians.Thecommonlyusedmedicationstrategyofclearingheatandpromotingbloodcirculation,regulatingqiandrelievingpain,andnourishingyinandpromotingbloodcaneffectivelyalleviatethesufferingofhemorrhoidspatients。Inrecentyears,theincidenceofhemorrhoidshasbeenontherise,affectingthequalityoflifeofmanypatients.ChineseMedicineinternaltreatmenthasuniqueadvantagesinthetreatmentofhemorrhoids,withalonghistoryofuseandgoodclinicalefficacy.ThisstudyusesdataminingtechnologytoanalyzethemedicationlawofChineseMedicineinternaltreatmentforhemorrhoidsurgeryandprovidesvaluableclinicaltreatmentreferencesforChineseMedicineclinicians.

Inaddition,thestudyfoundthatthecommonlyusedChineseherbalmedicinesforhemorrhoidsaremainlyblood-activatingandstasis-removingdrugs,qi-regulatingandanalgesicdrugs,andyin-nourishingandblood-enrichingdrugs.Amongthem,themostfrequentlyuseddrugsareRhizomaCyperi,RadixRehmanniae,FructusSophorae,FlosCarthami,andCortexPhellodendri.Thesedrugshavethecharacteristicsofpromotingbloodcirculation,removingbloodstasis,relievingpain,andregulatingqi.

However,therearestillsomedeficienciesinthecurrentresearch.Forexample,thestudymainlyfocusesonthemedicationlawofChineseMedicineinternaltreatmentforhemorrhoidsurgery,andthereisalackofanalysisoftheclinicalefficacyandsafetyissues.Inaddition,duetothelimiteddatasources,theconclusionsofthestudymaynotbeapplicabletootherregionsorpopulations.
