Abstract:

Liquidband-aidisacommonmedicalproductusedtopreventwoundwaterseepage.Traditionalliquidband-aidsgenerallyusepolymersasfilm-formingmaterials,butpolymersmaymeltathightemperatures,whichcancausetheband-aidtoseparatefromtheskinandaffectitseffectiveness.Therefore,thispaperusesnitrocelluloseasthefilm-formingmaterialtoprepareanewtypeofwaterproofliquidband-aidandevaluateitsperformance.

Inthepreparationprocessoftheliquidband-aidwithnitrocelluloseasthefilmformingmaterial,theappropriatesolventisfirstlyselectedtodissolvenitrocellulose,andthenacertainamountofplasticizerandthickenerisaddedtopreparetheliquidfilmmaterial.Then,theliquidfilmmaterialiscoatedonaspecialbackingpaperanddriedintoathinfilm.Finally,thethinfilmiscutintosuitable-sizedband-aidsandpackaged.
