施工準(zhǔn)備5.1 環(huán)境調(diào)查5.1.1 施工前應(yīng)對(duì)項(xiàng)目場(chǎng)地、交通、植被、水資源、電力設(shè)施及通訊等進(jìn)行調(diào)查,識(shí)別鉆井(深孔鉆探)施工對(duì)區(qū)域構(gòu)造、生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響因素,按附錄

填寫(xiě),制定專(zhuān)項(xiàng)方案和保護(hù)措施。5.1.2 鉆井(鉆孔)調(diào)查應(yīng)包括但不限于:鉆井地理位置、地質(zhì)構(gòu)造、井別、井型、井深、目的層、等。5.2 設(shè)備選擇5.2.1 優(yōu)先采用先進(jìn)的新型施工設(shè)備,宜選用平臺(tái)型變頻直驅(qū)轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)鉆機(jī)、頂驅(qū)鉆機(jī);鼓勵(lì)對(duì)現(xiàn)有設(shè)備進(jìn)行油電改造,設(shè)備工況良好,新度系數(shù)大于

0.25。5.2.2 井場(chǎng)動(dòng)力源應(yīng)優(yōu)先采用公用電網(wǎng),不具備條件時(shí),應(yīng)采用低噪音和低污染物排放的柴油機(jī)動(dòng)力源及發(fā)電設(shè)備。5.2.3 鉆井液泵的泵壓、排量,應(yīng)滿足鉆井液循環(huán)要求。5.2.4 巖心鉆機(jī)井架宜選用四腳鉆塔、A

型鉆塔和桅桿型鉆塔;石油鉆機(jī)井架宜選用K型井架,鉆井平臺(tái)的高度應(yīng)滿足井控設(shè)備安裝要求和整機(jī)配套要求。5.2.5 鉆臺(tái)上下、振動(dòng)篩、循環(huán)罐等氣體易聚集區(qū)域,應(yīng)選用防爆通風(fēng)設(shè)備。5.3 施工工藝5.3.1 宜采用鉆井平臺(tái)、一基多孔、一孔多支等鉆井方式,減少井臺(tái)數(shù)量和鉆井占地面積,減少鉆井對(duì)地表環(huán)境的擾動(dòng)。5.3.2

場(chǎng)地修建6.1 道路規(guī)劃與修筑6.1.1 施工前應(yīng)對(duì)項(xiàng)目沿線交通道路、地形地貌進(jìn)行實(shí)地踏勘,在滿足鉆井(深孔鉆探)的條件下,DB43/T

2372—備搬遷過(guò)程對(duì)自然環(huán)境的破壞或影響。6.1.2 在確保安全通行的條件下,應(yīng)控制新修道路規(guī)格,宜修建樁架路作為臨時(shí)道路。6.1.3 對(duì)無(wú)法一次運(yùn)輸?shù)轿坏牡缆坊蚶@不開(kāi)的橋涵,采用二次修筑或道路加固時(shí),在滿足設(shè)備二次轉(zhuǎn)半徑等路況制定運(yùn)輸方案。6.1.4 道路修筑應(yīng)遵循如下規(guī)定:——避開(kāi)雨水季節(jié);——控制挖損、占用土地的面積;——耕地、林地、草地和園地應(yīng)進(jìn)行表土剝離,耕地表土剝離厚度宜大于

鉆井(深孔鉆探)7.1 固體礦產(chǎn)鉆探施工7.1.1 施工工藝宜采用繩索取心鉆進(jìn)、液動(dòng)沖擊回轉(zhuǎn)鉆進(jìn)、多工藝潛孔錘空氣鉆進(jìn)、不提鉆換鉆頭鉆進(jìn)等工藝。7.1.2 施工場(chǎng)地應(yīng)遵循如下規(guī)定:——操作場(chǎng)地、材料物資存放場(chǎng)地等地面應(yīng)鋪設(shè)防滲材料,厚度應(yīng)大于

執(zhí)行。7.3.4 高溫鉆井時(shí)鉆頭之上、主動(dòng)鉆桿之下宜各安裝一個(gè)止逆閥,預(yù)防井噴或溢流發(fā)生。7.3.5 地?zé)徙@井采用氣舉反循環(huán)施工及進(jìn)行降壓試驗(yàn)作業(yè)時(shí),應(yīng)及時(shí)向井內(nèi)補(bǔ)充鉆井液或清水,監(jiān)測(cè)周邊水位變化狀態(tài)并采取相應(yīng)的措施。7.3.6 施工中應(yīng)時(shí)刻關(guān)注孔內(nèi)水位的變化狀態(tài),發(fā)現(xiàn)鉆井液損耗異常時(shí),應(yīng)采用環(huán)保材料堵漏或下入對(duì)環(huán)境造成擾動(dòng)破壞。7.3.7 抽水、放水試驗(yàn)的地?zé)崴白砸缇疅崴欧?,?yīng)采取相應(yīng)的導(dǎo)流或封閉處理措施,防止熱水排放對(duì)環(huán)境的影響。7.3.8 洗井及封孔按設(shè)計(jì)要求施工,設(shè)置永久性標(biāo)志。7.4 鹽井施工7.4.1 施工工藝宜采用“一基多孔、多口對(duì)接”方案,同一個(gè)施工場(chǎng)地,實(shí)施多口井對(duì)接;在老礦區(qū)應(yīng)安裝井控裝置,合理選用井(孔)口防噴裝置、鉆井液液面監(jiān)測(cè)裝置。7.4.2 在非含鹽層段,宜選用水基鉆井液;當(dāng)鉆孔將要進(jìn)入鹽層時(shí),應(yīng)配置成飽和鹽水鉆井液。7.4.3 進(jìn)入鹽層前須進(jìn)行氯離子測(cè)試,鹽層鉆進(jìn)應(yīng)使用飽和鹽水鉆井液,不得使用瀝青等處理劑。7.4.4 的泄漏。7.4.5 鹽井施工不應(yīng)采用放射性測(cè)井。7.4.6 水溶性鹽類(lèi)礦床封井宜全孔注水泥漿封閉,礦層段采用飽和鹽水配水泥漿,非礦層段采用清水配水泥漿。7.4.7
