16th.Theemployerinstitutetherulesofsafetyproductionbasedontherelatednationallegislationandregulation.Theemployeeabidesbythe

rulestopreventtheinjuriesandoccupationaldangers.Violationoperationisforbidden.

17th.Theemployershouldestablishandimprovetheoccupationaldisease

preventingsystem,developthemanagementofoccupationaldisease,andimprovetheabilityofpreventingandcuringoccupationaldisease.

8.Revocation,TerminationoftheLaborContractandCompensation

18th.Therevocation,terminationandextensionofthelaborcontractoftwopartiesshouldunderthegoverningof<LaborlegislationofPeople’s

RepublicofChina>andotherrelatedNationalregulationsorregulationsofBeijing.

19th.Theemployershouldprovidethecertificateofterminationoflaborcontracttoemployeewhentherevocationorterminationofthis

contractoccurs.Theemployershouldtransfertheemployee’sprosocialinsurancewithin15days.

20th.Theemployeeshouldcarryoutthehandoverofhisworkasagreedby

theparties,andpaythecompensationduringthehandoverifnecessary.

9.OtherAgreementsoftheParties

21st.Thefollowingadditionaltermsareagreedbytwoparties:

Theemployerhastheauthoritytoswitchtheworkingpositionofthe

employeeaccordingtotherequirementofcompany.Simultaneously,

thetransfer-positionformshouldbeattachedinthecontract.

10.DisputationsandOther

22nd.Ifdisputationhappenswhenperformingthecontract,eachpartycanturntoconciliationboardinindustrialdisputeofthecompany,orturntothelaborarbitration
