Thereportincludeshumanresourcemanagerstopreparefortrainingactivities,andthetrainingtimeis2to3hours.Thereportincludestheresourcesusedbyhumanresourcesmanagersintrainingandthecontentoftheinterview.Thethemeofthetrainingis“Howtoconductaselectioninterview”.Thereportfirstintroducesthelearningmethod,agoodlearningmethodcansupportthetraining.Themethodsofstudyincludetheoriesoflearningthelearningcycle andlearningstyle.Thesecondpartintroducestheprocessoftheinterview.ThecontentandprocessoftheinterviewincludePreparingfortheinterview conductingtheinterview advantagesanddisadvantagesoftheinterviewanddiscriminationandhowtoavoidit.Traininginterviewmustfollowtheprincipleofequalityandrespect,sotheplacemustbecarefullychosenandmakechoice.Reflecttheimportanceofbusinessprofessionals,asmuchaspossibletoeasethepressure,tocreateanequal,warmandharmoniousatmosphere.Thereportintheformreflectsthetrainingarrangementsandresourcesusedinthetraining,interviewwithwhatresources,trainingandtrainingofthespecificarrangementsandresourcesused.
