七氟丙烷（HFC-227ea）滅火系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明－中英文對(duì)照設(shè)計(jì)范圍SCOPEOFWORK：本工程共有一個(gè)防護(hù)區(qū),采用了一套分配系統(tǒng)予以保護(hù).ThereisONEzoneprotectedwithinstallationofonesetofequipment.二.設(shè)計(jì)條件DESIGNCRITERIA:1.保護(hù)區(qū)的有關(guān)參數(shù)：見(jiàn)附表.Designdata:perscheduleattached.2.采用一套分配系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行保護(hù).Onesetofequipmentistobeprovided.3.保護(hù)區(qū)為獨(dú)立封閉區(qū)間.Protectedareaistotallyenclosed.4.保護(hù)區(qū)平時(shí)環(huán)境溫度與自然環(huán)境溫度相同.Environmentalconditionoftheprotectedareaissameassurroundingarea.5.保護(hù)區(qū)均設(shè)置通風(fēng)設(shè)備.Ventilationsystemisprovidedinprotectedarea.6.HFC-227ea滅火系統(tǒng)瓶站設(shè)置在保護(hù)區(qū)內(nèi).FM200containerislocatedwithinprotectedarea.7.瓶組間的樓板應(yīng)能承載儲(chǔ)瓶組的重量.FloorstructuraldesignshallbecapabletowithstandtheweightoftheFM200containerequipment.三.設(shè)計(jì)DESIGN：1.設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)DESIGNCOMPLIANCE1)TocomplytoGB50307-2005《氣體滅火系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》Regulationforfirefightinggassystemdesign；2)TocomplytoGB50263-97《氣體滅火系統(tǒng)施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》Regulationforfirefightinggassysteminstallationandinspection/acceptance；2.滅火方式FIREEXTINGUISHINGMETHOD:本設(shè)計(jì)采用全淹沒(méi)式滅火系統(tǒng),在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi),噴射一定濃度的七氟丙烷滅火劑,并使其均勻地充滿(mǎn)整個(gè)保護(hù)區(qū),此時(shí)能將在其區(qū)域里任一部位發(fā)生的火災(zāi)撲滅.Fireextinguishingisbytotalfloodingmethod.Withinspecifiedtimelimit,FM200gasshallbedischargedtotheconcentrationasdesignedfortotalfloodingandabletoextinguishthefireinanylocationwithintheprotectedarea.3.滅火系統(tǒng)的控制方式為自動(dòng)、電氣手動(dòng)、機(jī)械手動(dòng)三種.在有人工作或值班時(shí),采用電氣手動(dòng)控制；在無(wú)人的情況下,采用自動(dòng)方式.自動(dòng)、手動(dòng)控制方式的轉(zhuǎn)換,在滅火控制盤(pán)上實(shí)現(xiàn)（在保護(hù)區(qū)的門(mén)外設(shè)置手動(dòng)控制盒,手動(dòng)控制盒內(nèi)設(shè)有緊急停止與緊急啟動(dòng)按鈕.）Thefireextinguishingsystemshallbeableforautomaticcontrol,electriccontrolandmechaniccontrol.Manualelectriccontrolshallbeadoptedwithattendant;automaticcontrolshallbeadoptedwhenwithoutattendant;changeoverofautomaticandmanualelectriccontrolcouldbesetonthecontrolpanelinstalledatoutsideoftheprotectedarea.Emergencystopbuttonshallbeprovidedonthemanualcontrolpanel.4.保護(hù)區(qū)的要求Requirementinsideprotectedarea：1）保護(hù)區(qū)為獨(dú)立區(qū)域Protectedareashallbeisolated.2）保護(hù)區(qū)的耐火極限>0.5h,耐壓強(qiáng)度>1200Pa-Fireratingoftheprotectedareashallbe>0.5hour,mechanicalstrengthshallbe>1200Pa.3）保護(hù)區(qū)的通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)在噴放七氟丙烷滅火劑前應(yīng)關(guān)閉,并設(shè)置防火閥門(mén).AllventilationsystemshallbestoppedwithdamperclosedbeforeFM200gasisdischarged.4）保護(hù)區(qū)的門(mén)應(yīng)采用裝有自動(dòng)閉門(mén)器的防火門(mén),保證在任何情況下均能從保護(hù)區(qū)內(nèi)打開(kāi).Doorofprotectedareashallbeself-closingandfireratedandabletobeopenedtooutsideatanycondition.5）在保護(hù)區(qū)外設(shè)置聲光報(bào)警及釋放信號(hào)標(biāo)志.Soundandlightalarmandgasdischargesignalshallbeinstalledatdooroutsideofprotectedarea.6）為保證人員的安全撤離,在釋放滅火劑前,應(yīng)發(fā)出火災(zāi)報(bào)警,火災(zāi)報(bào)警至釋放滅火劑的延時(shí)時(shí)間為30秒.Fireaudioandvisualalarmshallberaised30secondbeforegasemissiontoensurepeopleinsidecouldevacuatesafely.7）為保證滅火的可靠性,在滅火系統(tǒng)釋放滅火劑之前,應(yīng)保證必要的聯(lián)動(dòng)操作.即滅火系統(tǒng)在發(fā)出滅火指令時(shí),由控制系統(tǒng)發(fā)出聯(lián)動(dòng)指令,切斷電源、關(guān)閉或停止一切影響滅火效果的設(shè)備.Toensurethereliabilityofthesystem,beforegasemission,allinterconnectingoperationshallbeclosedandstoptheequipmentwhichwouldaffectthegasextinguishing.8）保護(hù)區(qū)內(nèi)設(shè)有排風(fēng)設(shè)備,滅火劑噴放后,人手啟動(dòng)將廢氣排盡,人員方atthelocalcontrolpanelofthecontaineroratoutsideoftheprotectedarea.Firstly,removetheprotectedcoverofthereleasevalveandpressdownthecontrolhandleforgasemission.Anyequipmentaffectingthefirefightingprocessshallbestoppedandnotifypeopleinsideprotectedareatoevacuatebeforepressdownforgasrelease.2.無(wú)論什么情況下達(dá)指令,自指令下達(dá)后延時(shí)30秒左右啟動(dòng)滅火系統(tǒng),以保證人員在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)從滅火區(qū)域撤離,自動(dòng)滅火系統(tǒng)釋放七氟丙烷滅火劑時(shí)包括釋放后相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間內(nèi),絕對(duì)不允許有人停留在滅火區(qū)域內(nèi).Underanycondition,instructionforreleaseofgasshallbedelayedby30secondstoensurepeopleinsideprotectedareaareevacuatedbeforegasreleases.Afterreleaseofgasforacertaintime,peoplearestrictlyprohibitedtostayinsideprotectedarea.3.滅火系統(tǒng)動(dòng)作釋放七氟丙烷滅火劑后,經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)確認(rèn)火災(zāi)已經(jīng)撲滅的情況下,打開(kāi)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng),向滅火作用區(qū)送入新鮮的空氣,廢氣排除干凈后,才允許人員進(jìn)入.WhenFM200gasisreleasedandfireinsideprotectedareaisextinguished,gasextractionsystemshallbeswitchedonandensurefoulairisremovedbeforeallowingpeopletoentertheroom.4.滅火系統(tǒng)應(yīng)有專(zhuān)人負(fù)責(zé),經(jīng)常進(jìn)行檢查和維護(hù)、保養(yǎng),保持良好的工作狀況.檢查方法與要求可根據(jù)供貨商提供的使用說(shuō)明書(shū)進(jìn)行.Gasextinguishingsystemshallbeperiodicallyexaminedandmaintainedtooperationalcondition,detailofserviceandmaintenanceshallbeasrecommendedbyvendor.5.滅火系統(tǒng)的七氟丙烷滅火劑儲(chǔ)瓶和啟動(dòng)裝置充裝介質(zhì)不允許發(fā)生泄漏,當(dāng)七氟丙烷滅火劑重量下降5%啟動(dòng)裝置的壓力指示下降10%時(shí),應(yīng)及時(shí)充裝和更新,恢復(fù)正常工作狀況.Leakageofgascontainerandreleasemechanismisnotallowed.Whentheweightofgasincontainerisreducedby5%andthepressureofthereleasemechanismisreducedby10%,thesaidcontainerandmechanismshallbereplacedwithnewoneandsettonormaloperationcondition.6.建議在防護(hù)區(qū)外配置空氣呼吸器或氧氣呼吸器.Airinhaleroroxygenmasksarerecommendedtobeprovidedatoutsideofprotectedarea.七.驗(yàn)收Inspectionforacceptance.1.本滅火系統(tǒng)按設(shè)計(jì)圖安裝完畢后,經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)合格,可提交驗(yàn)收.Wheninstallationiscompletedasdesignedandinspectedasqualified,theworkcouldbeaccepted.2.驗(yàn)收試驗(yàn)合格后,經(jīng)消防主管部門(mén)以及使用單位認(rèn)可,即交付投入使用.Afterqualifiedtestandapprovedbyfireauthority,operationcouldbeeffected.八.七氟丙烷自動(dòng)滅火系統(tǒng)動(dòng)作程序如附圖FM200operationsequenceshallbeasattacheddrawing.九，設(shè)備選型:報(bào)警主機(jī)選用聯(lián)動(dòng)型氣體滅火控制器;探測(cè)器選用智能光電型、智能差定溫型.Equipmentselection:alarmmainpanelshallbeinterconnectedwithgasextinguishercontrolpanel,detectorshallbeintelligenttypewhichcandistinguishtemperatureofdetection.十，設(shè)備及探測(cè)器布置:報(bào)警控制器設(shè)于室外墻壁上距地1.5米高;電源由甲方提供專(zhuān)用消防電源接口220vac,防護(hù)區(qū)內(nèi)設(shè)兩路煙感探測(cè)器并使每路探測(cè)器均能單獨(dú)覆蓋整個(gè)保護(hù)區(qū).保護(hù)區(qū)門(mén)頭上內(nèi)設(shè)警鈴.外設(shè)置聲光警報(bào)器;保護(hù)區(qū)門(mén)頭上外設(shè)噴灑指示燈及門(mén)邊設(shè)緊急啟停按鈕.Locationofequipmentanddetector:alarmcontrolpanelshallbeinstalledonwallatoutsideoftheprotectedareaabovefloorlevel1.5m;220vacpowersupplyshallbeprovidedbyemployer.2detectioncircuitsshallbeprovidedinsideprotectedarea,eachdetectorcircuitshallbeabletocoverthewholeoftheprotectedarea.Alarmbellshallbeprovidedabovedoorheadoftheprotectedarea.Outsidedoor,soundandvisualalarmshallbeinstalled.Gasreleaseindicatorlightshallbeinstalledontopofdoorheadinsideprotectedarea.Emergencystopbuttonshallbeprovidedadjacenttothedoorside.氣體滅火系統(tǒng)啟動(dòng)前,聯(lián)動(dòng)切除非消防電源切除、空調(diào)電源.Beforegasreleases,interconnectionshalldisconnectallpowersupplyincludingairconditioning,exceptforfirefightingequipment.十一，設(shè)備安裝高度:緊急啟停按鈕距地1.5m;報(bào)警控制器、電源箱底邊距地1.5m;聲光警報(bào)器、噴灑指示燈的安裝位置根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況在定.Equipmentmountingheight:emergencystopbuttonat1.5mabovefloor,electricalpanelbottomat1.5mabovefloor;sound/lightalarm,emissionindicatorlightlocationtobedecidedonsite.十二，報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的接地端子應(yīng)采用專(zhuān)用接地線直接與樓房接地裝置相連接.Earthconnectionofthealarmsystemshallbeterminateddirectlytotheearthterminalofthebuilding.十三，報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的供電應(yīng)用專(zhuān)線,采用單相三線制,6平方毫米銅芯線引自樓房消防電源,控制室內(nèi)設(shè)配電箱,用4平方毫米銅芯線接入報(bào)警設(shè)備電源接線端子,不得經(jīng)過(guò)插座.Exclusivelyusedpowersupplywiringforthealarmsystemshallbesinglephase3wire,6mm2copper,derivedfromfireservicepowersupplysystem,socketconnectionisnotallowed.連接線路電線須為耐火型電纜或是安裝在鋼管/鐵槽內(nèi)護(hù)套線.Wiringshallbefireretardingtypeanddrawninsteelconduitorsteeltrunking.十四.INTEGRITYTEST完全測(cè)試侍服器機(jī)房需按設(shè)計(jì)要求建造.四面墻璧，地板，天花板，門(mén)及門(mén)框全部用兩小時(shí)耐火材料建造.所用材料，門(mén)及門(mén)框構(gòu)造需有相關(guān)檢證.建造完成，須有嚴(yán)緊測(cè)試.在機(jī)房外排煙風(fēng)管，予留界面，用臨時(shí)風(fēng)機(jī)風(fēng)管加壓24小時(shí)，同時(shí)在VESDA探測(cè)管安裝3通閥連接臨時(shí)壓力表，如壓降輕微，方可接受.測(cè)試完成后，接口需用兩小時(shí)耐火材料封閉，包括飾面.Serverroom/UPSroomshallbeconstructedwith2hoursfireratedmaterialforallwalls,floor,ceiling,doorandframewithcertificateofcompliance.Uponcompletion,INTEGRITYtestshallbeperformedwithgasgeneratorconnectedtotheroomthroughaconnectorfromoutside.PressuregaugeshallbeinstalledandconnectedtotheprobetubeoftheVESDAunit,slightleakageisacceptableascompliance.The
