INsocketaccess,throughthefuseF101,topreventtheinternalcircuitoverloadandshortcircuit.VAisashuntvoltagesensitivecircuit,whichpreventstheexternalsupplyvoltagefrombeingtoohigh,andoftenprotectsitselffromthesecurityofthesecondarycircuitafterburningitself.C101isafiltercapacitorwithacapacityof2UF.C101levelhighpowerrectifierbridgerectifierblockcanbeprelevel220VACforpulsatingDCsmoothingviapulsatingDCchokeandC102,DCwillberelativelystableforPANtolowertheelectromagneticwirecoil,LCcoilandC103oscillationcircuitPANoscillationcapacitor,therebyonlinediskproducesalternatingmagneticfield.
ThesecondstageofthePANelectromagneticcoilisT102currentsamplingtransformer,andthecurrentsignalistransmittedtothevoltagecomparatorLM339throughthesecondaryoftheT102todetect.
TherearstageofT102isahighvoltageprotectiondiodeD,whichactsasaprotectionagainstIGBTandpreventsreversehighvoltagebreakdownIGBT.TheIGBTcontrolisdrivenbythedriverTA8316S,
TA8316Soutput14KHzfrequencypulse,accordingtoTA8316SoutputpulsewidthtoadjusttheIGBTon-offtimelength,soastoadjustthepowerrequirements.
LM339isvoltagecomparator,PD16usestwoblocksofLM339:oneisIC5,themainfunctionispotdetectionandtemperaturedetection.TheotherisIC6,andthemainfunctionsarecurrentdetectionandvoltagedetection.ThetwoLM339comparatorsoftheIC5andtheIC6feedthedetectionsignalsbacktotheTA8316Sdrivertoachievethepoweradjustmentrequirements.
TheheatsensitiveresistanceRTinthemiddleofthelineplateischangedintoalevelchangethroughthechangeofheat,andthenthesignalistransmittedtotheTA8316SthroughtheQ601triodetoadjustthemagnitudeofthepowersoastoadjustthetemperatureofthecooker.
AtemperatureswitchK1IGBTheatfixedaluminumblock,whentheIGBToverheating,thetemperatureswitchK1on-offstatechanges,therebyconnectingtheIC1chipofthefoot,thefootlevelchangesthroughthelevel,sothattheIC1chippinresetshutdown.
ThefanpoweriscontrolledbytheIC4inthefoothighleveloutputtothetriodeQ703,sothatQ703isconductedby12VDCfanoperation.
ThepowersupplyofthecontrolcircuitismainlycomposedofprimaryaccessoftheT101transformer,andthesecondaryoutputisconnectedwiththreesetsofseriesvoltagestabilizingcircuits.Agroupof+5VvoltageisformedthroughZD204,C207,R204andQ203.ThemainsupplyblockisIC1powersupply.Asetof+24VvoltageisformedthroughZD201,C203,R203andQ201,andthemainsupplyisintegratedIC3powersupply.AnothergroupthroughZD203,C205,R203,Q202,R202form+12Vand+10Vpowersupply,+12Vpowersupplymainlyfan,+10VmainlysupplyIC6,Q301,ICS,Q602,Q601,Q501powersupply.
Thefifthchapterisfaultanalysisandmaintenancemethod
Phenomenon1,startburninginsurance.
Thefirstlegoftheelectromagneticwirecoildisconnectforinsurancetube,measurethecapacitancevoltageacrosstheDCoutputvoltageofC102,thegeneralbridgerectifieris220V-300V,ifthereisnovoltageorcontinuetofuse,judgeforthebridgerectifierblockbad.
Analysisofthereason:iftherectifierbridgebreakdown,then220VACdirectshortcircuit.
ThevoltageatbothendsoftheC102isjudgedtobeIGBTbad,andthetroubleiseliminatedafterreplacing.
Analysisofthereasons:C102voltageatbothends,indicatingthatthebridgerectifierDCoutputisnormal,ifthetwoIGBToutputpinbreakdown,itisequivalenttoDCshortcircuit.
Thebridge,thebridgeandtheIGBTarenotbad,buttheyarestillburned.TheIA8316Sblockisbrokenandreplaced.
Analysisofthereasons:TA8316Soutputduetothepulseangleistoolarge,resultinginoverloadingofthephenomenonofIGBT
2,fandoesnotwork
PleaseturnoffthefanFAN,inserttheline,checkwhetherthereis12Vpowersupply,ifany,thefanmotorisbad.
Analysisofthereasons:thepowersupplyisnormal,usuallyfanmotorisshortcircuitorcircuitbreaker.
FANinsertionline,no12Vvoltage,drivetriodeQ703emitterbreakdown,changetoQ703,troubleshooting.
Analysis:whentheQ703isnotbad,theintegratedblockIC4isbad,replacedwiththeIC4integrationblock,troubleshooting.
ThefanmotorandQ703arenotbad,theintegratedcircuitblockIC4isbroken,andtheIC4integratedblockisreplaced,andthemalfunctionisrelieved.
Reasonanalysis:iftheseventhpinoftheintegratedcircuitblockIC4hasnohighleveloutput,thentheemitteroftheQ703hasnobiasvoltage,andtheintegratedpoleofQ703stillcannotbeconducted,andthepowersupplyisinastateofopencircuit.
Phenomenon3,bootoperationshowsnormal,butnotheated.
MeasurementofthetertiaryfootofTA8316Swhetherthereisno18Vvoltage,ifnot,checkwhethertheQ201hasanybreakdownandwhethertheZD201hasanybreakdown.Ifthereisabreakdown,replacethetrouble.
Analysisofthereasons:iftheTA8316Shasno18Vvoltage,thefaultpointshouldbeinthepowersupplyseriesvoltageregulatorcircuit,soitisnecessarytocheckthebasiccomponentsoftheseriesvoltageregulatorcircuit.
Second,theTA8316Shas18Vvoltage,thefaultshouldbeintheIC3integratedblockTA8316S,replacedaftertroubleshooting.
Causeanalysis:LEDboarddisplayandnormaloperation,acomputercontrolcircuitisbasicallynormal,fuse,high-pressureplateisbasicallynormal,justbecausetheTA8316SnopulseoutputtotheIGBTcontrol,IGBTcannotconduction.
Phenomenon4,aftertheboot,thepanellighthasbeenflashing.
Thecrystaloscillatorisbroken,andthefaultisremovedafterchanging.
Analysisofthereasons:theoscillatorisbad,resultinginCPUcentralprocessorwithoutclockfreque
