TheU.S.laborforcewillbecomemorediverseby2005,whitenonHispanicmenmadeupaslightlysmallerproportionofthelaborforcethanin1992,whilewomenandminoritygroupmemberswillmakeupalargershare.Between1992and2005,blacks,Hispanics,Asians,andotherethnic(種族的)groupswillaccountforroughly35%ofallpeopleenteringtheworkforce.Inaddition,womenwillcontinuetojointhelaborforceingrowingnumbers.In1979,womenmadeup42%ofthelaborforce.By2005,theirshareisexpectedtobe48%.
