2d.Roleplayaconversationbetweenacustomerandasalesperson.

Whenitcomestoshopping,mostofthetimeweneedsomehelptofindtheproductswearelookingfor.Insuchcases,weoftenapproachasalesperson.Asalespersonisapersonwhoworksforastoreandhelpscustomersfindwhattheyneed.Theyareequippedwiththeknowledgeoftheproductsandtheinformationaboutthestorethattheyworkfor.

Thisunitaddressesaverycriticalaspectofshopping,whichistheinteractionbetweenthecustomerandthesalesperson.Inthe2dexercise,youaresupposedtorole-playtheconversationbetweenacustomerandasalesperson.Youneedtoactouttheconversation,asifyouareinareal-lifesituation.

Salesperson:Sure.Wehavethisbrandofrunningshoesthatarequitepopularamongourcustomers.Theyhaveagoodgriponthegroundandprovideexcellentcushioning.

Customer:Okay,thatsoundsgreat.Doyouhavethemavailablerightnow?

Salesperson:Yes,wedo.Wehavetheminthreecolors-blue,grey,andblack.Whichonewouldyouprefer?

Customer:I'llgofortheblackones.Couldyoutellmetheprice,please?
