經(jīng)典校園英語舞臺劇劇本：皇帝的新裝旁白：Longagoandfaraway,therelivedanEmperor.ThisEmperorwasveryvain[ven](a.1.愛虛榮的,自負的,炫耀的)andcouldthinkaboutnothingbuthisclothes.Hehadwardrobesandcupboardsfullofclothes.

TheEmperorspenthourseverymorninggettingdressed.Mid-morning,heinvariablychangedintosomethingmoreformalforhisshortmeetingswithhisofficialsandadvisors.Hewouldchangeagainforlunch,andthenagainforarestintheafternoon.Hejusthadtochangefordinnerandthenagainfortheevening!

NewsoftheEmperorspreadtodistantkingdomsandfinallycametotheearsoftwoveryshadycharacters.

第一場

騙子甲：Couldwe?CouldwefooltheEmperorwholovesnewclothes?（theyaskedthemselves.）

騙子乙：Letstry,

旁白：TheylefttheirhomesandtravelledtotheEmperorscityandappliedtomeettheEmperor.

騙子甲：Wehavesomethingveryspecialtoshowhim。

大臣：Thatswhateveryonesays。.

騙子乙：Ah,butthisismagical。Wehaveinventedanewclothbyusingaveryspecialandsecretmethod.

皇帝：Somethingmagical?（在鏡子前試衣服）Oh,Ilovenewthings,Showthetwoweaversin.

騙子甲：Itisgold,silverandrainbowcoloured,allatthesametime,

騙子乙：Itfeelslikesilk,butisaswarmaswool,

騙子甲:Itisaslightasair,amostwonderfulfabric.

皇帝：Thereisagrandparadeinthecityintwoweekstime,Ineedanewoutfitforit.Canonebereadyintime?

騙子甲：Ohyes,yourMajesty。Butthereisaproblem.Theclothisveryexpensivetomake.

皇帝：Nomatter,（揮揮手）Moneyisnoobjest.Imusthaveanoutfit.JustseetheChamberlainandhellsortitout.Makeithereinthepalace.

（大臣把兩騙子領到織布機旁，騙子作出衣的樣子）

其次場：

皇帝：Chamberlain,gototheweaversandseehowtheclothisprocessing.Theparadeisonlyaweekway.

（大臣去敲門，在外面等了一下）

騙子甲：Enter!（特別興奮）

大臣：TheEmperorhassentmetocheckontheprogressofthecloth,（很驚奇的盯著織布機）

騙子甲：Isitnotbeautiful?Seethelustre,feelthesoftness!

騙子乙：OhwiseChamberlain，Nowyoucanseewhyitismagical.Onlythetrulycleverandbrilliantcanseethecloth.Mostpeoplewouldseeanemptyloom,butaclevermanlikeyouwillseeourwonderfulcloth.

大臣：Um,（不知道該說什么）oh,mygod!AmIfoolish?AmIunquartifited?Iwouldnotletothersknowit!(自言自語)

騙子甲：Areyousatisfied?

皇帝：（先推開門）Why?（驚異）

皇帝：oh,mygod!AmIfoolish?AmIunquartifited?Iwouldnotletothersknowit!(自言自語)

皇帝：Verywell,Firstfittingtomorrow.

官員：Ofcourse！

旁白：TheymutteredanddiscussedattheEmperorsfittings,stitchinghere,cuttingthereuntilatlastthesuitwasmade.Thefollowingdaywasthedayoftheparade.

第三場：

皇帝：AmInotthehandsomestofmeninmymarvelloursuit?（興奮地對大臣和官員門講）

Justlookatthetinystitchesandthelacework.Trulymarvellous.

官員：Undoubtedly,sir，Thereisnooutfitonearthtoequalthisone.
