海關(guān)編號(hào)：No.ofCustomsItisgivenbythecomputersystemautomaticallyorgivenbythecustomofficer.由計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)編制或由海關(guān)人員給出。3.

出口口岸：PortItreferstothenameandcodeofthecustomsatfinalportofexport.指最后口岸的海關(guān)名稱及代碼。說明：若出口貨物在設(shè)有海關(guān)的發(fā)運(yùn)地辦理報(bào)關(guān)手續(xù)，出口口岸仍應(yīng)填寫出境口岸的名稱。如在深圳辦理報(bào)關(guān)手續(xù)，陸路運(yùn)輸至上海出境的貨物，其出口口岸為上海。同時(shí)加注關(guān)區(qū)代碼。美元（502）港幣（110）日元（116）英鎊（303）歐元（300）人民幣（142）22.

保費(fèi)：InsurancePremiumThepremiumispaidforthegoods’insuranceonCIForCIPterms.Indicatetypeoftheforeigncurrency.在CIF和CIP條件下所付的貨物保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)。標(biāo)明外幣種類。23.

雜費(fèi)：AdditionalExpensesItreferstotheotherchargesexceptthefreightandinsurancepremium.FillinwithRMB.指運(yùn)費(fèi)和保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)以外的他費(fèi)用。以人民幣填寫。24.

標(biāo)記嘜頭及備注：Marks,NosandRemarksFillintheshippingmarksprintedonpacking.“N/M”ismadeoutifthereisnomarks.填包裝上印制的嘜頭。如無標(biāo)記，請(qǐng)?zhí)睢癗/M”。33.

數(shù)量及單位：QuantityandUnitFillinthequantityofpackageandmeasurementofunit.Forexample,200dozen,10,000kilograms,etc.填寫包裝數(shù)量及計(jì)量單位，如：200打，10,000kg等。35.

最終目的國(地區(qū))：FinalDestinationCountry(Region)Itreferstothecountry(region)thatconsume,useandprocessthedeliveredgoods.指貨物的消費(fèi)、使用及進(jìn)一步加工的國家(地區(qū))。說明：運(yùn)往內(nèi)陸的貨物除空、郵運(yùn)外，都要經(jīng)過其他國家的港口轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)，如運(yùn)往瑞士的貨物，經(jīng)過安特衛(wèi)普運(yùn)至日內(nèi)瓦(GenevaviaAntwerp)，則最終目的國為瑞士。經(jīng)港澳商人轉(zhuǎn)手的出口貨物，不能預(yù)知其最后運(yùn)往國，則最終目的國可填香港或澳門。成交條件為選擇港的，以第一選擇港所在地為最終目的國。36.
