輪一與齒輪二之間傳動(dòng)比為1,齒輪二與齒輪三之間傳動(dòng)比為4,其余齒輪傳動(dòng)比為1。所選齒輪模數(shù)m=3,壓力角α=20°,齒頂高系數(shù)為1.0,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)直齒圓柱齒輪的頂隙系數(shù)為0.25,堆齒輪的頂隙系數(shù)為0.2。帶輪一為皮帶輪,直徑為140mm,那么帶輪二的直徑為560mm。齒輪一齒數(shù)為18,其余齒輪齒數(shù)為72。4.6機(jī)械執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)尺寸計(jì)算送料夾緊機(jī)構(gòu):其推塊與擋板之間的最短距離為100mm。打印機(jī)構(gòu):打印部位和底板最短距離為50mm。輸出機(jī)構(gòu):短桿長度為400mm,超過紙盒長度。5機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng)簡圖設(shè)計(jì)總結(jié)由于實(shí)力有限,各方面軟件應(yīng)用能力不強(qiáng),因而未能使該課程設(shè)計(jì)更加完善。但通過一個(gè)禮拜的課程設(shè)計(jì),在瀏覽其它學(xué)校的課程設(shè)計(jì)以及圖書館的檔案資料時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)自己對(duì)機(jī)械行業(yè)的知識(shí)確確實(shí)實(shí)了解的不是很多。很多專業(yè)術(shù)語看不懂,很多圖也不知道怎么畫出來的,公式數(shù)據(jù)也不知道如何調(diào)整。剛開場(chǎng)由于對(duì)自動(dòng)打印機(jī)的名字了解的不夠,以為是平常見到的打印機(jī),因此在看了一天半的打印機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)方面的書,信心滿滿的打算開場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),才發(fā)現(xiàn)自己要設(shè)計(jì)的打印機(jī)根本不是平常所見,而是一種用于紙盒打印的打印機(jī)。但總歸還是有不少的收獲的,至少在下次設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),可以少走很多彎路。也由于在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)遇見了許多問題,也使我認(rèn)識(shí)了自己的很多缺乏之處。參考文獻(xiàn)[1]文緯吳克堅(jiān)機(jī)械原理〔第七版〕高等教
