傳輸光衰過大導(dǎo)致上傳速率不達(dá)標(biāo)【摘要】在日常測(cè)試單驗(yàn)過程中，發(fā)現(xiàn)一個(gè)站點(diǎn)上傳異常，該站點(diǎn)下載等其他業(yè)務(wù)正常，在后臺(tái)的配合分析過程中，定位為該站因傳輸光衰異常導(dǎo)致。【關(guān)鍵字】上傳異常傳輸光衰【故障現(xiàn)象】：現(xiàn)場(chǎng)對(duì)臨泉鲖城站點(diǎn)上傳下載業(yè)務(wù)測(cè)試過程中，發(fā)現(xiàn)下載速率正常，滿調(diào)度，SINR等能達(dá)到好點(diǎn)要求。在相同位置做上傳業(yè)務(wù)RSRP良好，SINR良好，后臺(tái)跟蹤干擾檢測(cè)均在-100以下，RSSI輸出在加載和不加載的情況下均正常，但是調(diào)度較差，導(dǎo)致上傳速率持續(xù)較低（基本在10MBPS以下）?！驹蚍治觥楷F(xiàn)場(chǎng)主要進(jìn)行如下幾個(gè)方面的排查。上傳速率較低可能與服務(wù)器有關(guān)，嘗試更換服務(wù)器后做上傳業(yè)務(wù)，發(fā)現(xiàn)速率沒改善，和更換前服務(wù)器前一樣，上傳速率較低，嘗試在該站點(diǎn)各個(gè)扇區(qū)做上傳，情況相同，上傳低的情況沒改善。繼續(xù)用原服務(wù)器換個(gè)另外一個(gè)站址進(jìn)行上傳業(yè)務(wù)能夠達(dá)標(biāo)，排除服務(wù)器問題。異常點(diǎn)SINR值較高，達(dá)到30左右，可見下行無線環(huán)境較好，同時(shí)后臺(tái)跟蹤干擾檢測(cè)、小區(qū)內(nèi)用戶是否接入過多、RSSI檢測(cè)，檢查結(jié)果為以上各項(xiàng)均正常。排除基站無線設(shè)備和頻率干擾等原因。聯(lián)系后臺(tái)檢查是否有告警，后臺(tái)反映該站點(diǎn)不存在告警，排除無線硬件故障。傳輸因素會(huì)影響上傳下載業(yè)務(wù)的性能，需要對(duì)該基站進(jìn)行PING大包測(cè)試（大包1500KBYTE），發(fā)現(xiàn)丟包現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重，結(jié)合以往項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)，定位于傳輸問題。需要傳輸側(cè)配合排查傳輸是否有光路不正常（如光衰過大導(dǎo)致）。傳輸人員配合光路排障后到原站址進(jìn)行上傳業(yè)務(wù)，速率正常了。［解決方法】 ^出現(xiàn)上傳異?，F(xiàn)象，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人員一般從服務(wù)器異常、SINR值異常、告警、小區(qū)接入用戶數(shù)、調(diào)度情況等等入手處理。后臺(tái)人員可以通過PING測(cè)試，判斷下該站點(diǎn)的傳輸情況。具體執(zhí)行步驟如下1.首先查詢?cè)摶驹碔P和目標(biāo)IP，命令為：LSTSCTPLNK詳情如下圖：十十十 咒-i舊暴-娜jHFESm-q馳性4CM 4&43CliLC:2T:?W/xaHHE203</LSrSCTFLJOCKETCODE=0執(zhí)行或功3-i^cnWBeS^S.11鏈路號(hào)拒號(hào)框號(hào)nr號(hào)是大誼號(hào)控制fli式VM泰引市iSWfir地fte若第一 二市酒和號(hào)十希i一個(gè)_此批1-77 D D 7J7目勰式］7.1B4.39.1LB1D.a.0.D 3E4￡2 BEO.]ZB94 口HDTS 0 0 7IT=1三惟-1' 1fl&4.]g?lLB n.n.00 3612Z ?EC.339.142 ELCLDf也 D 。 TIT目動(dòng)喉式0T.1&4.19.1L8 Oj：i.00 3明22 BW.ILLSS 0.000E0 0 0TIT目酬式0T.1E4.IB.1L8 0.0.0J：i 3G422 B.W.123.L66 0.0.ElO6L 0 0 7IT仙|口JT.1E4.32.1L6 0.0.Ojj 3fi-l￡2 fl.W.135.W O.Q.DJJ1結(jié)果中數(shù)二5：）1不尸不一II 12■STSCTTLME：sJ-中習(xí)::|_...1L'L.— rJ?_zl5Ch_'AB13 2.使用MML進(jìn)行PING測(cè)試（大包1500KBYTE），具體操作如下：
