beresponsibleforthedailyoperationofairexportshipment.

primaryresponsibilities:

1.communicatewithoverseasoffices/agentsforexportshipmentfromchina.

2.followupoverseasroutingordershipmentinstruction.

3.goodcommunicationwithinternalcolleaguesandexternalsuppliers/agentstoensurecorrectunderstandingondifferentservicerequirement.i.e.sopimplementationandproblemsolvingskills.

4.closercooperationwithspacecontroller,documentationandairportoperation.

5.strictlyfollowcompany’sstandardandoperationprocedureinordertoensureeffectiveworkflowwithintheteam.

6.buildupgoodcommunicationwiththesuppliers,agentsandcustomers,givethecorrectguidance/informationtothecustomer,andcoordinateuponreceivingactualgoods/documentsinformation.

7.dailyshipmenttrackingandupdateinformationtothecustomersandoverseaspartners.

8.issuethedocumentsandinvoicetocustomersontime.

9.takecareofeachjob’sprofit&loss.

10.answerinquiries&settleproblemwithoverseasoffice,reportandescalatetosuperiorforinstructionsinregardtotoughissues.

1.totakeupadditionaltasksasassigned.

2.backupforotherteammemberswhennecessary.

knowledgeandskillrequirements:

1.collegedegreeorabovemajorinlogistics,internationaltradeorrelevant.

2.1-2years’experienceinlogistics,forwardingorrelevantserviceindustry,preferablyintheairfreightexportoperationposition.

3.familiarwiththeprocedureofairfreightexportoperationandforwardingrelatedknowledge.

4.cet-4orabove,goodspokenandwrittenenglishandchinese.

5.independentproblemsolvingskill,patientandagoodteamplayer.

6.proficientinmsoffice.

7.hardworking,responsible,goodteamplayerandcanworkunderpressure.
