集成電路設(shè)計(jì)與集成系統(tǒng)本科培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃UndergraduateProgramforSpecialtyinICDesignandIntegratedSystem一、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)I.ProgramObjectives以集成電路及電子信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)為目標(biāo)，培養(yǎng)掌握集成電路基本理論、基本方法及EDA工具，能在集成電路及系統(tǒng)集成相關(guān)領(lǐng)域從事科研、教學(xué)、科技開(kāi)發(fā)、工程技術(shù)、生產(chǎn)管理與行政管理等工作的高級(jí)專門(mén)人才。Targetedtodesignintegratedcircuitandallsortsofelectronicinformationsystems,thisprogramaimsattrainingadvancedtalentswhocangraspfundamentalintegratedcircuittheories,methodsandEDAtools.Thesetalentscanmeetthedemandsofscientificresearch,education,techniquedevelopment,engineeringtechnology,productionmanagementandadministrationmanagementfortheintegratedcircuitandsystemanditsrelatedfields.二、基本規(guī)格要求n.LearningOutcomes要求學(xué)生具有良好素質(zhì)、道德修養(yǎng)和創(chuàng)新能力，具備扎實(shí)的數(shù)學(xué)、物理、外語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)，掌握大規(guī)模集成電路及集成系統(tǒng)所必需的基本理論和方法，具有超大規(guī)模集成電路分析及設(shè)計(jì)、版圖設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)集成等的基本能力。具體而言，畢業(yè)生應(yīng)獲得以下幾個(gè)方面的知識(shí)和能力：具有較扎實(shí)的自然科學(xué)基本理論基礎(chǔ)和寬闊的科學(xué)視野；對(duì)全球信息科學(xué)和技術(shù)的前沿、發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)及其影響具有足夠的理解力和敏感性；具備較強(qiáng)的分析問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題的綜合應(yīng)用能力；具有較強(qiáng)的外語(yǔ)和計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用能力；掌握文獻(xiàn)檢索、資料查詢的方法和撰寫(xiě)科學(xué)論文的能力；具有良好的人文素質(zhì)、有效的交際能力以及較強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)、組織能力；具有較強(qiáng)的創(chuàng)新精神和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)；具有較強(qiáng)的在未來(lái)生活和工作中繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)的能力。Theprogramrequiresthatthelearners,withgoodquality,moralcultivationandinnovationcapability,beequippedwithsolidmathematics,physicsandEnglish,basesfundamentaltheoriesandmethodsessentialtoVLSI,basiccapabilitiesofVLSIanalysisanddesign,layoutdesignandsystemintegration.Specificallyspeaking,ourgraduatesareexpectedtohavetheknowledgeandabilitieslistedasfollows:Havesolidfundamentaltheoreticalknowledgeinnaturalscienceandwidescientifichorizon;Haveenoughapprehensionandsensitivitytothenewdevelopmentsandtheimpactsoftheglobalinformationscienceandtechnology；Havegoodcomprehensiveabilitytoanalysisandsolveproblems；Havegoodabilitytouseforeignlanguageandcomputer；Masterthemethodofliteratureretrievinganddata-inquiring,andtheabilitytowritescientificarticles；Beofgoodqualityinhumanities,effectiveabilityinsocialintercourseandgoodabilityincoordinatingandorganizing；Havestrongconsciousnessofcreativityandcompetition；andHavegoodabilitytocontinuousstudyinginfuturelifeandwork.三、培養(yǎng)特色皿.ProgramHighlights本專業(yè)融合電子工程與計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)，形成從信息系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā)到嵌入式系統(tǒng)以及片上系統(tǒng)硬件實(shí)現(xiàn)的“Top-to-Down”的專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)體系。課程設(shè)置上，分流二個(gè)專業(yè)方向：半導(dǎo)體器件與集成電路設(shè)計(jì)，以及體系結(jié)構(gòu)與嵌入式系統(tǒng)。提供系列化的綜合型和研究型課程設(shè)計(jì)，以及學(xué)科交叉、特色鮮明的任選課程組合。堅(jiān)持理工結(jié)合，重視基礎(chǔ)理論，強(qiáng)調(diào)寬口徑培養(yǎng)，著眼全面提高學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)。Thisspecialtyconvergeselectronicengineeringandcomputerscience，settingupa“Top-to-Down”talenttrainingsystemfromsystemarchitecturetohardwareimplementationrespectivelyviaembeddedsystemandsystemonchip.TwoprofessionaldirectionsaredividedforcoursesystemintosemiconductordeviceandICdesign,aswellascomputerarchitectureandembeddedsystem.Comprehensivecourseprojects,aswellasfeaturedandcross-disciplinaryoptionalcoursecombinationareavailableincurriculum.Convergingscienceandengineering,strengtheningfundamentalknowledge,andmulti-disciplinaryeducationsystem,improvetheoverallperformanceofthestudents.四、主干學(xué)科閃.MainDiscipline電子科學(xué)與技術(shù)ElectronicScienceandTechnology五、學(xué)制與學(xué)位V.ProgramLengthandDegree學(xué)制：四年Duration:4years授予學(xué)位：工學(xué)學(xué)士DegreesConferred:BachelorofEngineering六、學(xué)時(shí)與學(xué)分M.CreditsHoursandUnits完成學(xué)業(yè)最低課內(nèi)學(xué)分(含課程體系與集中性實(shí)踐教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié))要求：158學(xué)分。MinimumCreditsofCurricular(Comprisingcoursesystemandintensifiedinternshippracticaltraining)：158credits其中，專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課程、專業(yè)核心課程學(xué)分不允許用其他課程學(xué)分進(jìn)行學(xué)分沖抵和替代。Major-relatedbasiccoursesandcorecoursescannotbecoveredusingcreditsfromothercoursesintheprogram完成學(xué)業(yè)最低課外學(xué)分要求：3學(xué)分。MinimumExtracurricularCredits：3credits.1.課程體系學(xué)時(shí)與學(xué)分CourseCreditsHoursandUnits課程類別課程性質(zhì)學(xué)時(shí)/學(xué)分占課程體系學(xué)分比例（％）通識(shí)教育基礎(chǔ)課程必修1032/5941.2
